We were Sprint customers for almost 3 decades. When were treated right we are very loyal customers! So when Sprint got swallowed up by T-Mobile we decided to give them a try. We walked in and spoke to the manager. Her name escapes me. We told her our long history with Sprint and asked if she could at least match what we had with them - which was free phones and unlimited data etc. for $90 a month. Oh yes! she said. I can get you free phones and its only $70 a month. Sign us up! Imagine our surprise when the 1st bill came and it had charges for protection plans we didnt ask for. And charges (in installments for 2 years!) for those 2 free phones. And even charges for the cases in installments!! And I immediately replaced my case with a better (and cheaper!) case. Someone needs to tell that young lady that some folks do read their bills. Just be upfront. Well be visiting Verizon soon.

My husband came to cocoa store asking for an Apple Watch that would monitor his pulse, blood pressure and in case something happens he would be able to dial emergency and call 911. Two months later he started feeling dizzy and passed out. He was trying to dial 911 from the new watch and was not able. He was unconscious for over two hours. After he was released from the hospital he went to the store. The manager talked to the sales person, who confirmed his original request. It turned out they sold him wrong watch. They refused to replace it or take it back. In stead they sold him the one he originally requested. We are paying for both watches now monthly. The people have no decency!!! Stay away from that store especially if you are not savvy with electronics.

I don’t usually leave reviews but it would seem wrong not to with how helpful everyone was. Awesome group of people here, this will definitely be my main T mobile spot! Gino the manager even went the extra mile to go down and get the Apple Watch with a bigger screen on it for me because their was only one left for me and my wife. If I knew the others names I’d also shout them out. Thank you guys so much you all are awesome.

I purchased 3 new IPhone 12 Pro Max devices in March 2021. A few days later, I had some questions about the phone. When I arrived, I was approached by Tom that worked there. I told Tom about the issues that I was having issues with some features on the phone. Tom took care of it not just on this occasion but another occasion a few days later. Tom is really been patient with me cause of my disability. He’s really professional and has great knowledge about iPhones. If you have to go and Tom is the guy with glasses and tattoos on his cell forearms. All in all I like T-Mobile a lot better and I switched from Metro which was a big difference between daylight and dark. I liked that T-Mobile store.

Brand new location (Dec17)beside Aldi in the new building that youve seen built over the last few months.Now could be the very best time for you to get new phones and service. Two reasons:1)The Christmas holidays are here and2) usually at new locations like this one, they have special pricing to help drive customers to the new store.

I switched to T-Mobile prepaid from a store in Melbourne who gave good service. But every time I try to deal with some issues with the store and Cocoa the customer service is absolutely terrible. The people answering the phone or at the counter normally have no idea how to work through any issues and all they want to do is pass the buck and send you somewhere else. They dont stock the free phones thats part of the special sale promotional thing that I get told on the phone about. So what good is that? And they cannot seem to solve a performance issue with their own phone that Ive only had less than 6 months and is not able to make calls correctly. And nobody will take any initiative to resolve the problem by doing whatever they need to do to make my phone work or get me another one that does work. I would rate them a zero if possible to be honest.

I was approached by T mobile authorized agents and given an offer to help lower my phone and cable bills by switching. After visiting the T mobile store in Cocoa to active my service, I was informed by Kerry Hewitt that there was a mishap in the way our plan was ordered/processed. She took the time and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our phones and our service. Working in retail myself for more then 20yrs I know as a corporate employee sometimes there are limits to what an associate is authorized to do. She did everything she could to help us. Her energy and personality made the whole experience wonderful. Authorized agents will offer you the same deals as in the store. If you are looking for upfront prices and great customer service see Kerry at the Cocoa T mobile store.

We were lied to, mislead, and bamboozledWent during a free phones when you switch we were told by an evidently incompetent clerk we had to pay for pbones. So kept old phones,After switch phones acted funky, ended up on phone with tech support for 1.5 hours, setting up our phones for tmobile. all clerk did was switch out sims nothing elseWas told we could add a line for just $10 a month, bombarded with text about it weekly, finally decide to add a line, now its $20. Called T-Mobile about our experience, they expressed how sorry they were we had this experience. But other than sympathy nada, zip, 0 done about it. So we are shopping for a new service providers that care about and value thier customers, and really care if you stay or go. If you know of any, contact me.Thank you.

I am very disappointed in t mobile. Mainly Kerry Hewitt out of the cocoa florida store. She seemed knowledgeable in person and got us out of there in a timely fashion, but left out some important details. We switched from sprint, our contract was over so we decided to go with t mobile. We have five lines. My wife and I had a brand new IPhone 8 and 8+. And the other three were Motorola. We leased the phones from sprint. So they needed to b returned or bought out. We were going to return them, but Kerry said they would take care of it and to ignore the calls, emails, and the return packages they would mail us. We thought that was odd so we questioned it, but she reassured us that this is how it works and it would be fine. We went on vacation for ten days, tried to use our atm card and got rejected. There was $600 in our account. Checked on our phone and the account was emptied by sprint. Called bank. Couldn’t do anything. Called sprint and apparently we signed a contract that said they can take the money from our account if we didn’t return phones. We didn’t know this, and no one does I’m sure. But T-Mobile was taking care of this. After multiple phone calls on my vacation, apparently T-Mobile uses the phones as payment and we were still obligated to pay sprint. But we could have paid on the spot and returned the phones to sprint on way home that day. If we knew this was the case, that’s what we would have done. But we were never told this. She made it seem like we we’re getting the service with no money down and returning phones to sprint for us. Even talked us into opening a business account for the extra perks. She said T-Mobile covers each line up to $650 a line. So all seemed good until we lost the phones and had to pay sprint $800 for them. Because of her incompetence, T-Mobile is reimbursing is for the cost to sprint. I recommend taking ur leased phones back yourself or emptying ur account until u know all is good. What a huge disappointment. We r in our 40’s and have had a lot of phone contracts, this has never happened and we always knew what we were getting before we left the store. This lady didn’t tell us the important things. Maybe because she was rushing us thru the process.

I went to the T-Mobile in Merritt Island and they sucked and were rude and changed my number after I told her not to. so I came to the one in Cocoa on Clearlake Road and they are the best around dont go to Merritt Island go to Cocoa on Clearlake Road theyre the best!!!!!

Absolute nightmare if a store. One 9f the phones on my account has been defective since day one, tech support sends me to the store to have it replace and the store tries to charge me!! Wont do anything to help their customers out what so ever!!

Poor management :)The manager left his employees without the key to warranty devices locker or whatever. So I am tasked of driving from Palm Bay to pick up a phone that I was texted to go and retrieve. Get there after work around 6pm and there was no way to get the phone. Total waste of time and zero help from the associates and the lack of concern. Good job guys.
