Tommy was horrible. I’ve ever met someone who would be rude when you’re being polite. He Set an appointment with a 77 year old woman at 1230 and doesn’t come back to the office till 130. Then when arriving he we said we’d been waiting and he said “I can leave again if you want”. Definitely don’t go through this location. They have no fence in the front as well so your property isn’t even secure. Want to get robbed, talked down too and more go there!

I am completely unsatisfied with customer service i cant even get access to my unit during operation hours the rent has tripled since I opened my account 4 years ago I do not recommend and employees arent even present during regular business hours

As always, I have nothing but good experiences when I stop by the store. Bill, the manager, is always helpful, and willing to lend a hand if needed. If all of the Life Storage businesses were this good, you wouldnt need any others. Keep up the good work 👍.

I just want to thank Bill at Life Storage, 801 US #! in Cocoa, Fl for all he does for us at Life Storage. Bill is one of the kindest & most considerateman I know. The property is clean & I always see him making his rounds around the property making sure everything is alright. He always smiles and makes sure you are alright too. He is never to busy to say hello as hepasses by on the golf cart doing his rounds.I know he cares about the customers who rent there at Life Storage. Found this storage unit solely based on reviews. Great location, fantastic staff, and clean facility. Will definitely use this facility in the future. We used them for 6 months. Bill is the store manager and is wonderful. Cannot say enough good things.

I had a climate controlled unit. After almost a year I went to clean it out only to find live and dead roaches, RAT droppings and pictures eaten. I took out what I could and refused to touch the rest. I told them I was leaving and instead they put a lock on it and are continuing to charge me. The manager has called and left threatening messages. I paid on time for almost a year! Unacceptable treatment. Would not recommend

Needed to find a cheap storage unit so I ended up coming here. Bill is the man who helped me out showed me what Im renting he was very helpful explain all the things I needed to know. Made it feel like home he wasnt pushy trying to sell me the biggest unit their. All an all I would say a 10 star if it would let me put a 10. Thank you bill for you help much appreciated.

I had a very positive experience with Life Storage. I only needed storage for a month but if I needed to stay longer, I would have felt comfortable with doing so. Bill was extremely attentive and helpful, the environment was safe, and the storage unit was in good condition (I had to work a little to get the lock to line up right-it stuck-but I was told that if it was still a problem that they would have fixed it. I trust that they would have). Id highly recommend this company and location.

I have received excellent service with this company every time i use them. Very helpful guys up front at the desk, and theyre more than willing to find you the best price you can get. We even wound up with a $5 credit when we upgraded, rather than owing a pocketful of cash like we were expecting. Great company, I highly recommend them to anyone.

I hadnt been to my storage locker for ten years, I kid you not. I didnt remember how to get through the gate and didnt have a key. In ten minutes, the manager had located all my information, put on a new lock, and had offered to help me find some to haul some of my junk off. HE DIDNT HAVE TO BE NICE TO ME. But he was nice, professional, friendly, and quick. I certainly found the perfect place for storage, which I will use more wisely now!

The staff personal is amazing!!... They really know they work and what is best for you, and also they give you allot of options and best deal... My unit was intact when I came back, everything was in perfect conditions... I will go back to this storage in a heart beat If I need to move again, I highly recommend this storage!!

The security and care the staff show assures us that our property is safe. This is the third unit I have rented from Life Storage and their service just keeps getting better. This time I reserved my space online and checking in went even faster. I use the 5x20 foot size each time since I am storing boxes that all contain the same thing, so its very easy to get what I want out without searching anyway.

The Life Storage in Cocoa is well kept and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful and the property is easy to get in and out of. Great location on major road - no driving thru questionable neighborhoods to get here. I’ve always had good service here.

I have been with Uncle Bobs in Cocoa Fl for about three years. I find their websites online bill payment system very convenient and fast. It provides a clear record of all your account activity. The manager Bill and his staff John are always polite and respond quickly to any request for help. 24 hour access to your storage unit on specific days can set up with a simple phone call. The units are always clean and dry. The interior roads are wide and well-lit. Some of the larger units have interior lighting as well. They also have reasonable overlapping time frames for moving to a different sized unit. When you first move in the have excellent deals on reduced rents and also offer the use of a free moving truck and appliance dolly. I have rented storage units in California, Hawaii, Georgia and Florida. Uncle Bobs tops my list for friendly, professional service and great facilities.

I have never had to use a storage facility before and was recommended to Uncle Bobs. The customer service was more than I expected. The gentlemen there were very friendly and helpful! The storage was affordable. I felt that my belongings were safe AND THEY WERE! My overall experience was one of great satisfaction. Uncle Bobs was one less thing to worry about in the moving process and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I do not recommend this place to anyone. My friend put her belongings in there and her $3000 mattress was ruined by mice. There were bugs everywhere. Stay out of here.

Warning, 10x20 here is more like 9x17. 10x10 here is more like 9x9.5. Its like pulling teeth here to get accurate information and a place to put things. Also be sure to come by at the beginning of the day, theyre closing up shop at 5:30. Once youre in its not a bad place, but getting started is more trouble than its worth.

Needed a short term rental between vehicle changes and the Manager worked with me when my needs took me into the next month. Basically got 5 days free till the 5th when a late fee would have kicked in. Awesome service!

The staff here is really very friendly and patient. I was really delayed and having a hard time moving out of the unit and went thru a lot causing quite a scene with my belongings outside of the unit, all over the place and blowing away in the wind. The manager, i think his name is Bill, was VERY patient with us, he would go by and see the chaos, it was embarrassing, but he didnt say anything or give us any hard time. He actually brought a family photo back that he found had blown away. We stayed past the grace period and he still put up with us, which believe me, was not easy to do. If you look online you can find some deals and coupons to help out with the cost and as far as making a decision on this area i know that the customer service here is superb
