I was struggling with finding a place to store my brothers collectables until we could find out how his condition was getting. The price was fair, the gentleman behind the counter was very kind and courteous, and it was well within driving distance from where we needed to bring it all to. All that said, we ended up changing our minds due to personal circumstances with my brother and the condition of his items, and part of me ended up caving in that it may just be better to do an estate sale instead. Thinking I wouldnt wt our money back(and rightfully so, I wouldnt expect a lease to be able to be broken), the man allowed us to get our money back for the ongoing months we initially planned(6 months in advance), just not for one of them seeing as it had already started the first month. This was well beyond what I was expecting and this company actually cares, we need more businesses run by people like this. I really appreciate what they did and the effort they went through, I highly recommend this storage facility for anyone needing some extra space. It was Mike I spoke with, good man!
