Ordered a countertop and backsplash from Katie at probuild. When the order came in there was no backsplash, was told she forgot to order it and it would cost a bunch extra because the quote didnt include it (though I thought it did. Because I asked for a backsplash. Seems reasonable.). Then the pieces beside the stove werent finished correctly. I am now over a year into the countertop process and am still waiting on the stove pieces. Be prepared to keep hounding about what you ordered because thats the only way to get anything handled.
