I was trying to claim my smart pay rewards which doesnt expired until 9/19/21 and obtain my gas receipt because the machine was out of paper. I get in line which was all the way to the door. When the grumpy cashier finally called for next customer in line I stepped up to the counter. The lady had zero social skills no smile seemed miserable. I dont really use this app much and it wasnt letting me click yes to claim my reward. So I unfortunately tried to ask for help and she wouldnt help me instead she insinuated my coupon had expired so I showed her. Her response was to walk away and help someone else. This is not the way to treat customers. I really cant believe this is the kind of stuff this company allows. I wouldnt even give this location 1 star but I have to rate something.

Nice new facility, variety of choices, and great prices. I can get my usual breakfast here for $3.71 vs $7.28 at Stewart’s. Customer service is a hit or miss, but that’s everywhere.

I worked here for awhile and can say that the store needs some improvements from management, but the store itself along with the product is not bad.

Love Cumbys! Not always the best gas prices, but best coffee prices, and really good coffee at that. Also, has a little bit of everything else I their grocery section. Snacks, prepared foods and slushies make this a great quick stop for whatever youre looking for.

Recently building, clean, well lit, with a good selection of items from sandwiches to walking beer vault and basic convenience food

Worst Customer Service EVER. The employee named Mia was rude as hell I was talking to the one worker and she gonna jump in the conversation trying to say something and I said very politely I am speaking to her and she gonna say well Im speaking to you. First of all that is NOT how you speak to a customer and this isnt the first time I have had an issue which I spoke to a manager last time so since she dont want to change I thought people should know what kind of customer service you will get from this Cumbys.

Well lit & great prices. The only drawback to this place is the line that is frequently to the door. While they often have several employees working you will often find 2 or more of them performing other tasks while the line of customers continually grows. If time is a factor for you I would avoid this place.

Horrible service, even worse blasting music. At 8AM I’m told they can’t break $100 in any of their drawers and turned away my money, refusing to let me make my purchase. I will never shop here again and I’ll make sure everyone I know gives their business to Stewart’s.

I very rarely write bad reviews, but this company is an absolute nightmare.I used to love Cumberland farms. I would go there once or twice a week to get gas and maybe grab a snack. I had there SmartPay app and it was great until this company absolutely screwed me over and ruin my credit.I accidentally got subscribed to their monthly coffee service. I rarely ever drink cumbys coffee. It must have been a pop-up or something when I was filling gas. I immediately called customer service to get the transaction undone. Why pay for something that I was never going to use?Customer service didnt help me at all. They transferred me to a different company that runs their app and that company said I have to call cumbys customer service to get a refund which was who I called in the first place. After I got called again they said theyll transfer me to a manager, but it went to voicemail.I was fed up at this point so as soon as a transaction posted on my bank account I disputed.3 days later I got my first call from a debt collector asking for the $25 for the coffee subscription service. And they said if I dont pay in a week they will charge an additional $10. I refuse to pay and filed a dispute.I still get daily calls from debt collectors about this. Ive called customer service trying to get to a manager, but always goes to voicemail and left multiple voicemails. Never got a call back.This company is basically trying to force me to pay for something Im never going to use. This is absolutely insane. Ive never seen the company so unresponsive an unwilling to help.And I still dont even know how I got signed up in the first place. I was filling gas, put my phone in my pocket when I took it out I noticed I was signed up. It must have been a one click sign up that didnt need a password or pin to confirm the purchase.This transaction appears on my credit report that I have something in collections.

Horrible customer service. Rude and pushy employee with gaged ears. Should be trained in customer service. Complaining about having to take two steps to the other register. I am a regular customer and after today’s experience, I will be getting my gas and coffee elsewhere!

Brand new facilities, bright, clean, with a great selection of food and drinks. A vast improvement over the previous location.

I frequent cohoes cimberland farms just across 112th street bridge.I go there at least 2x a week this time of year and more during summer months.their new location is great.I like going there in the summer and having my coffee in their outside area.ig you go there ill probably see you sometimes deck out in wester wear.see you there.
