This company was very professional and the dedication to helping veterans is amazing. The time and effort put in from the husband wife duo is outstanding. If you have the chance to stop by for a custom job, it would be well worth it.

Our experience with Custom Wood Creations/CWC Design was AWFUL. They build cabinets for our entire home and within a year or two the wood veneer was bubbling up and peeling off on the sides. We called them and they came out and used a hand roller to get rid of the bubbles and within a couple months they would come right back. They came out 3 to 4 times in total within in 5 years, never actually fixing the problems. The veneer is now breaking off. When Marty came out the last time he was embarrassed when he saw them, and verbally said that he would replace the cabinet doors.They sent someone out shortly after. When he came my wife was complaining that no one was returning her emails or phone calls. After he left, my wife received communications from Martys wife (Sheila, I believe) saying they were not going to replace the cabinets because they only work with happy customers and that our 5 year warranty had run out, even though weve had these issues for years. We have inexpensive cabinets in our laundry room and they have no issues and look 10 times better than CWCs. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

CWC DESIGN makes some of the nicest cabinets Ive ever seen. If youre in the market for some cabinets I would definitely suggest them. Top-notchCraftsmanship..great attention to detail.Good people ..

Does get work.

These people take your money and Do Not finish the Job or answer their phone or emails. BEWARE these are NOT honest people. They Lie and tell you what you want to hear and then disappear! I am going to be contacting the BBB and filing a lawsuit against them
