And Im not sure exactly what her name is but to the employee who even came up and owner her mistake and rudeness over the phone, THANK YOU! You owning your mistake speaks volumes to the integrity of you and your company and to the care you take of your customers and helped cement my belief in the value your company can provide.

We are in the process of building a house, and we met with Toni Carter this past Saturday to pick out flooring. Of all the professionals with whom we have worked so far, she is hands down the best so far. She came in several hours before opening so that we had the entire showroom to ourselves, which was extremely helpful since we were so picky! She was very patient, practical, and together we picked quality flooring that will be absolutely perfect for our home. I cant wait to continue working with her as we move forward with our build.

Our contractor referred us to ProSource. Toni was amazing to work with!! She helped pick out textures/colors/designs that made the process much easier for me! I was allowed to take samples home to see how they would look in my kitchen. Very helpful!!
