I went on a Friday after hours with a tire that kept going flat… I only had a debit card to use – but a Man named Chris told me that they cannot use debit after hours… I didn’t have cash on me… I was really scared to go to the bank ATM to pull out cash as my tire was flat… So Chris went ahead and did my tire for me for free… I truly appreciate him because I get my grandkids every weekend… And I need a safe vehicle to drive around in… I appreciate him very much… So Chris if you’re reading this- On Monday I will be bringing some treats… Thank You for helping me… Sorry it took so long… You’re a good people…

Made a reservation 10 days ahead of time. I brought the vehicle in on time, was told 3-5, days - maybe a week. I called the 7th day and they hadnt even started. Maybe another week they said.I picked the vehicle up. I intend to take it to a more reputable shop that is also more truthful.

Brought a car from this place broke down in a month and a half. Brought it back to see what was wrong told me I needed a transmission. How u sell me a car that needed a transmission when u a transmission place which leads me to believe they knew what they was doing when they sold the car.

I can honestly say that this is the best shop Ive EVER used...they are very honest people and make you feel like family. You dont have to wait for hours for normal maintenance like you do at other places. The get the job done and they do it correctly.

I have taken 3 cars to them to work on an I have been very happy with the results. My first car I took to them 14 years ago and is still driving today the person I gave it to said the transmission is still working fine. I recommend 2 of my friends here and they told me thanks for letting them know how well there work is. Wont waste my time going somewhere else. If they are very busy Ill wait to have car fixed by them.

Honest and quick service with fair prices. After being charged by somewhere else just to even look at my car and being quoted at over three times the cost of this place to get it fixed, coming here felt like a breath of fresh air. Only downside is the lack of parking area. But, you can park next door.

Originally took my volvo into a shop on hull street where they were going to charge over 700.00 to fix my window regulator. I walked away from that deal and came to Master Transmission They fixed my volvo for 300.00 total. That not only included the window repair but also an oil change and new inspection.Added both quotes side by side. If that does not speak for itself, I do not know what will. I am very greatful there is an affordable repair shop near Richmond!
