After online price research, today I purchased a battery for my vehicle -- best price anywhere AND the BEST service! I did not get her name, but kudos to the young lady who installed my battery today! Not an easy installation, but she got it done! Friendly and efficient staff. I always tell my friends to go to Batteries Plus Bulbs!

Ordered online and battery was ready for pickup very quickly. NO offer to change out battery or even to use tools to do it myself. Even after I said it was right there in the parking lot. Only “we’ll give back the core charge when you bring back old battery. I can and did change out battery but what happened to “customer service”? Would I recommend this store? Only if you can’t find your battery elsewhere.

I ordered a car battery online to be picked up at the store and chose Batteries Plus Bulbs because of the free battery installation and good battery price. When I picked up the battery I said that Id like to have it installed and was told that he couldnt do it because he was the only employee at the store. Okay, thats understandable. I asked about different options for me to come back and have it done and his response after each suggestion was, Im not sure. At no point did he offer any possible solution. If any effort had been made to resolve this, I would have been much happier.

Ordered on line, as time was of the essence, plus a bonus of 10% off.I got an email to say my order was ready to pick up.When I arrived at the store, the guy took ages to find the order, then had to go to the shelf to find the battery, it would have been quicker If I went straight to the shelf and picked up the battery myself!Not impressed with my order is ready to pick uponly gave 2 stars because of the 10% off.

It was so nice to be able to order and pick up at the local store. Unfortunately I had to return the item as it wasnt the problem. The young man that waited on me was so polite and very helpful.

Came here because SQUARE TRADE insurance said this was one of their recommended repair shops. Could not be happier with the repair. All the issues I had have been fixed and I have their 6 month warranty on the fix. This is the first time I had to use the S T ins. plan. Everything went very smoothly. I dropped my phone in April picked up the phone and may the store was refusing to give me my phone back. When I picked up the phone instead of freeze in the touch screen would not work. I called the store they manager was avoiding my calls for almost 2 months. I took the phone to Apple come to find out they have taking the plates that came with the phone and eight screws out of the phone. My new iPhone 6 Plus never worked again. The manager at TONYA EVANS. Kept our voiding my calls and also when I finally got in touch with her she made it seem like everything was OK and she was going to fix the issue anytime I talk to her its a different story after four months with them having the phone she tells me that when I brought the phone to them it was already bent. This I find to hard to believe because every store you take your phone to run a diagnostic test and a diagnostic test will tell you whether or not they cant fix the phone so after us for months shes coming up with another story saying my phone is bent and it cannot be fixed. Just an advice to everybody out there do not take your phone to battery plus Colonia heights Virginia if you do make sure you are standing by the. technician to either take everything apart and put it back together if not youll walk out with the phone working in few days later it would die on you and when you open the phone you wont realize that you are missing parts of your phone. This is a wake Call to everyone out there do not take your phone or your device to battery plus Colonial Heights Virginia to get fixed. The employees are very honest but the ad manager Tanya EVANS is a liar and I repeat she is a pathological liar do not take your phone to that store she is a thief

They replaced the battery in my car key for me and it was under $6. Awesome! The guys there were very nice and took care of the battery very quickly.

Purchased Battery from Home Depot they gave the order to Batteries Plus and they had it ready for us the next day. No problems. Very efficient

Always can make a quick run in. They usually always have trained staff who can help you find what you need.

I took my phone over there with nothing wrong with it but the screen being cracked. He came out the back with the new screen in place, but my phone wouldnt power up. Its going through a boot loop, give me 5 minutes, he said. 5 minutes turned into 2 hours and my phone still doesnt work. Batteries & Bulbs owes me a new phone. I do not recommend at all.

This Batteries Plus, like every other one I have ever visited was GREAT... kind of reminds me of the service I would get at Radio-shack back in 1975.... I dont know how corporate does their hiring, but they have it down.

So its Saturday and i came to batteries plus for a battery for my key fob. When I arrived to the store within business hours the door was locked and a note on the door stating will be back soon. This is my second attempt to coming to this store. I have seen up to five customers attempt to go in. VERY BAD BUSINESS. WILL NEVER CONE BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN!

I think its a bit much to have a store solely based on batteries but I have come here for that special battery that no one else had... so there are times when a specialty store is needed lol! Oh and they carry a few other gadgets and items.

Order a battery online and the order was ready for pickup within 30 minutes. The line was not long at the store and the employees was friendly.

This place is okay in my opinion is extremely overpriced they did repair on my phone which I dont know if it was done correctly or not as I had fruit fixed do it prior and they told me it was not done correct but it worked just fine with another phone the weight and lack of customer service is pretty much a drag thats why I guess theres not very many people there
