Great customer service! I go to this T-Mobile(In southpark mall) all the time and always leave pleased. Marques and Ashley are two great people and are always my go to when I go into the store. The wait times have been good at this location and definitely recommend it :)

Bad customer service

Ill give it 3 stars for now. Off the top, Laquita and Steven, very hard workers also consistent. Pleasant. We went in for a switch of service, with a family (of 4) plan. We got there around 11 am or 12 noon. Did not leave until after 3. The phones were not in stock that we wanted twice. The phones were not switching or installing in a timely manner. Because Steven said we were patient, he promised my husband a credit on the first bill. If he gets a credit, Ill give the store all 5 stars. Markesha started off loud, and unprofessional, which we agreed was tasteless. Then later, she became helpful. All worked together to get us taken care of and out of the door. We still left out without everything transferred to all of our phones, having to complete ourselves at home. Overall Steven and Laquita get 5 stars!!!

I went to this location to purchase the LG G5 on Sunday, February 12th. Robert and Jeremiah were working and I was instantly greeted and offered assistance. Robert dealt with my transaction from start to finish and the entire experience was very pleasant. They did not have the LG G5 in stock at their T-Mobile booth - Robert even checked the storage unit located away from the booth. When he returned he called a nearby T-Mobile store to see if they have the phone which they did. He offered to personally drive to the store to pick up the phone and bring it back (this excursion was a family affair including my husband, brother-in-law, sister-in-law and three toddlers between us). The rest of the transaction went smoothly and Robert was very patient with me as I had a screaming toddler on my hip slowing me down during some of the prompts and requests. I was also impressed by how professional both Robert and Jeremiah were while dealing with a disgruntled customer during my transaction. All in all, I was very impressed by this location and the staff.

Unbelievable customer service. You can tell theres some seriously good management here. I believe the managers name is Rick or Ricky? You go in there, and even if you just have some random question about something totally unrelated to sales... theyre seriously all about helping you no matter what. I trust them seriously. I wasnt even really interested in getting a plan, I was killing time while my wife was getting her nails done, and BOOM, switched us from Verizon that day, they saved us a lot of money, and we still go in to pay our bills at the store instead of online, just because we love seeing everyone.

Worst customer survice I ever seen in t-mobile store Associate mane Hugo, He has time to play with his cell phone but he has no time for customers.

This store is awsome!!!!! I will ship here again.😁
