The sales lady was very nice and informative while I was inside of the store asking questions.

I dont usually leave reviews but this store has the WORST customer service ever ! No help what so ever but quick to take money for a sale. Im really disappointed with the lack of help I got from the men who were supposed to deliver and the manager who just could not control the mess he made.

If I could give no starts I would. Listen your so called collections manager Josh is going to cost you alot of business. He is rude, no customer service, lies about coming out to peoples houses etc. I dont know who thought it was ok to hire him, but because of him myself and my family are pulling our business from Rent A Center and going elsewhere

They quoted me on price and charge me another price when I made my first payments my second payment was a different price and I asked why the gave some story that I was double charged for insurance the first time and it would be deducted off my next payment but I returned what I had rented and asked for my refund that was owed to because I was over charge Brian said they didnt owe me any money back after he told me they over charged me. I dont think they know what they doing in colonial heights rent a center. I didnt have any problems when I rented from the Hopewell one .

Very rude josh assistant store manager... tried to make a payment online was not workin call the store to make payment they want to charge... not my fault shouldnt have to pay!!!!!!! plus when i came in i had 50 $ towards my rental and they didnt take it off the price of the xbox instead gave me to weeks and charged me 10 to get started..... tried to say my 50$ expired lairs!!!!!!

They have come a long way over the years! The APP is a major upgrade to the company! Saves time and less headache
