TL;DR: More helpful than the internet, model customer service.Id been performing a series of repairs using Google/youtube and buying parts on Amazon and as was well. Unfortunately, after I thought I had it fixed, The dryer stopped heating. FML. I figured it was the heating element and needing some part anyways/being too lazy to replace my 9v in the multimeter took the whole heating element/therm up there to test and replace is necessary. I ended up learning more about the repair than I knew before coming. The guy basically narrated what he was doing while testing parts and crimping wires, very helpful. I received printouts that were more helpful than any form/help page Id come across. Anyways, that type of customer service was really surprising and I appreciated it. Hopefully I wont need to come back soon, but Ill definitely come here in the future if possible.

Excellent business! I used to go to the appliance store on Arrawanna St. but they are now only wholesale. Im very glad to find this place that caters to the individuals who need to fix an appliance.Rocky was very helpful. The heating element I needed wasnt in stock but he ordered it and called me the very next morning to let me know it arrived. The part worked perfectly and my dryer is up and running again.Ill always go here now when I need help with appliances.

Having read the other Google reviews, I had pretty high expectations here. I was very pleased to have an experience that not only met but exceeded those high expectations. I needed a new motor for my dryer, so I started calling around to see when and where I could get one. Nobody in town had one in stock, but Rocky Mountain Appliance Parts tracked one down that was in Denver and had it to me the next day! Not only that, but when my wife went in to pick it up, the staff was great about opening up the box to make sure it was the right part, and to check on its new condition. Furthermore, they reassured us that installing the new should fix our issue, and reminded us what to look for on the belt and rollers, since we had to take the drum out to install the new motor anyway. Seriously top notch customer service here, and I am very glad to have spent my money locally to support such an outstanding small business! Thanks Rocky Mountain Appliance Parts!!!

What a great place! After my experience yesterday I would never go anywhere else. Between the knowledge they have and share and the parts in stock it was a great experience. I felt a little bad that I spent so little after they helped me with my problem. Do yourself a favor and give Rocky Mountain Appliance parts a call or visit.

Fantastic! He had my part ready when I got there from when I called previously. When I arrived, he even showed me videos on how to install the part!

Mr. Gonzalez was a godsend! We went in to see about getting a part to fix our dishwasher. He listened to our issue, looked up what parts could be causing the issue, found where the parts were in stock and who had the best price, and advised us to check one more thing before we ordered new parts. The issue turned out to be exactly what he suspected (based solely on how we described the issue), and we were able to fix the dishwasher without having to purchase any parts at all. I will be returning to Rocky Mountain Appliance Parts for any future appliance replacement parts. What amazing customer service!

Rocky was great and very knowledgeable. I needed a spring for the door mullion on my fridge. He had all the common springs in stock. Even if he didnt he could get quickly. Glad I found this small locally owned business on Google. Will definitely use again for any of my appliance repair needs.

Amazing customer service! Rocky responded to my inquiry about a dishwasher part on the same day (a Friday), and had my part in the store by the following Monday! Not only was it faster than if I ordered online but was also less expensive. So glad I found out about this business!

My refrigerator wasn’t making ice. I called and spoke to a guy and asked him if he could help me diagnose whether it was the ice maker or the water valve. I am handy enough to do the repairs myself but was just having a difficult time diagnosing it. I told him the problems and he was happy to help me troubleshoot it with my multimeter. To make a long story short...he went out of his way to help me troubleshoot and said he thought it was the ice maker. I special ordered the part on a Saturday and it was in by Monday. I changed the part and it works great now. I will be using them for future repairs and will refer everyone I know to them!

Roque and I talked for about 30-40 minutes about dryer parts and I learned a lot. He will be my go-to professional advisor when I need troubleshooting advice, testing of parts, and most definitely the purchase of parts. Hes good!
