I recently received a pool table from a family friend. The table itself was in good shape, but low quality felt and bumpers meant the table needed someTLC. I tried to move it myself with a group of guys with no luck.I called the guys at Billiards Service and they were very helpful setting up a day and time. I met up with Scott and Joe at the pick up house on a cold morning. They were both friendly and easy to talk to. After a quick look at the table is when Scott recommend the updates to the table.They brought the table home in pieces, reassembled and prepped the table for refurbishment. It took a few weeks to get the new bumpers and felt back, but it was well worth the wait.They took great care in reassembling the table and made SURE it was perfect before they left.I couldn’t be happier with the way it looks, and our friends didn’t even recognize their old table.Thank you Scott and Joe, I will always recommend your work to anyone that has a table!!!!!

Phenomenal service. Very friendly and took extra care with the table. Went above and beyond to ensure it was set up and leveled perfectly. Even took the time explain to my spouse why it needed to be setup a certain direction. Tear down, pick up, delivery, and setup all in under two hours. Highly recommend Scott and Joe to anyone needing this service.

This is a great company for the following reasons: (1) fair and upfront price, (2) excellent workmanship, (3) they do what they say they will do in a timely fashion. We were extremely pleased with the move of our pool table to our new house. We also decided to replace the fabric and rails. I am still a lousy player, but my pool table isnt the reason.

These guys were great. Good prices to re-felt and put the table together. We did not have several required bolts but they worked through it even though it took longer than normal. I would definitely recommend and will use again as needed.

I called scott/skip to see if he could move a Connelly table I wanted to purchase. It was located in lake George and I needed it moved to Colorado springs. To my surprise he could and gave me a very reasonable price. He and his co worker were very professional and even shoveled my walk way before installing. If you need a table moved or restored I would highly recommend skip and his crew.

I have to admit that when I was making research of costs for moving a pool table I was buying I was a bit worried that Scott gave me the cheapest price in town no matter the table was going to be moved from a house using stairs to my basement. Scott did an excellent job, he was punctual in both houses and level it perfect. He also gave me warranty for the leveling and asked us to please call him back to re-level if we notice something funny with the level. My only regret is that I do everything with credit card and he didnt have a way that we can tip him which we really want it. I am very happy with Scoot and definetly he is going to take care of our billliard table needs in the future. Higly recommended.
