The guy there name Joseph acted like he didnt have time for us. Just gave us a much of paperwork about hot tubs and left us alone. He said he needed to ask us questions to see what would be perfect for us, but he didnt even ask us. Its like he didnt even want to spend time with us. We left and went to another hot tub store where they were welcoming and were very helpful. We spend $13,000 there. Joseph lost alot in commission.

If you are looking for a Jacuzzi, go see Joe at Spa Palace. After careful research of this product, we discovered that it is placed in most health facilities. I researched for months, before finally buying one. There is a You Tube video of a guy slamming Jacuzzi, and because of this You Tube, I was really hesitant to buy one. I showed Joe the You Tube video, and he took two hours explaining that the information on that video was entirely wrong. It was a competitor trying to slam Jacuzzi. Joe went through it step by step--was very calm and patient with me. He showed me that Jacuzzi has changed their outer protection and no longer use screws which tend to warp the plastic protection. Also, there are virtually NO parts of Jacuzzi made in China as proclaimed by this competitor; the motor is made in Mexico, right over the boarder and governed by an American company..Jacuzzi has perfected its insulation and Joe showed me an old model and a new model to prove the facts. There are a lot of competitors out there; the fact that Jacuzzi is the primer maker of hot tubs means that theyve been doing something right for over 50 years. The fact that most of the major spas buy Jacuzzi says something. If you want to deal with a very patient, HONEST guy--go see Joe. Hes very reputable, has been in the hot tub business for over 20 years, and will tell it to you straight up--no pressure and he even encourages you to look around at other brands. He will not call you to bother you; theres no getting your name and phone number immediately and having them call you constantly. Ive had other shops in town do that, and it is annoying. This guy is super ! Patient, honest, and not out to make a fast buck.He encourages people to take their time when buying a hot tub. He is concerned about his customers and it shows in his approach ! Joseph is AMAZING!!! I purchased my first hot tub in 2005 and I strongly encourage anyone who purchases a hot tub, whether it be new or used, to go meet with Joseph at SPA PALACE. He will test a sample of your water and not only give you a printout and explain every chemical you will need, but he will also teach you how to manage the water. It takes time to learn the ins-and-outs but dont be intimidated because he will walk you through every step. When I first met Joseph he said do not buy cheap chemicals from W-mart or any other store because you will end up buying three times as much product and still not be able to regulate the water properly. Being the skeptic that I am, of course I had to test that theory. It ended up costing me more money, just like he said, lol. SPA PALACE not only sells you Superior products but they educate you every time you go in to the store. From 2005 till 2020, 15 years, Joseph has walked me through many repairs, fuse changes and other fixes that would normally cost a couple hundred dollars for someone to come out and repair. It is rare that you run into someone in the business world with such high standards, ethics and KNOWLEDGE. I received a discount for my service too! Purchased a spa from this place that has the capability to run off 110 or 220. While waiting for the 220 we had two different technicians attempt to configure 110, only to find out there was a faulty pump. Well two weeks later the pump is placed in the spa and by this time we have 220 power ran to the tub. Here is where it gets interesting. The tech came out and plugged in the 220 to the spa. He attempted to leave prior to my coming outside and speak with him about the electrical and functionality of the spa but I managed to catch him outside putting away his tools. I asked him if I could speak to him about the spa and he told me no. As he climbed out of his van and walked around to get into his van I stated I would like to talk about the spa and he stated no you dont. I stated yes I really would would like to speak to you about the spa and if it works. The tech states I know how to do my job and your tub is fixed, now step away from the truck and then drove away. I called Spa Palace twice and spoke to two different individuals about this incident and both people I spoke to represented themselves as some form of leadership and both gave me a mild attempt at some service. When others on here have stated bad customer service I would recommend that you pay very close attention because I have never received treatment from a customer based company like this. It was impressively rude. Beware, if you have any issues I would expect nothing less then extraordinarily poor service.

Well I spa palace employee came to my store . In a large spa palace truck. He . Demanded two butane bottles refilled . He stated he used the torches for spa repairs . When asked for payment only 2.50 he stated he wasnt going to anything and was upset that I should ask for payment . Told the employee go to hell and slammed the door. I contacted the manager at spa palace and told he details and he stated well what did I call for? So you be the judge.

Bought a Jacuzzi two months ago. Joseph the manager was great answered all questions tested my water, good job!. Set up went fine but when I turned the tub on the lights wouldnt work. Service rep came over to fix the problem but couldnt (he was not a great person). Two months later still no lights, not a huge issue but still not a complete produce.

I wanted to express my sincerest appreciation and to let everyone who reads these reviews that Spa Palace is the real deal! They educated and guided me to purchase a Sundance Cameo Spa and it was the best decision we ever made for a Hot Tub! That was 20 years ago and this Spa is still running without any problems as we have had only one service call on it. We keep everything maintained and anytime I had a question for some help or a small part, or even chemicals, Joseph was always so helpful. He obviously has years of experience in service, sales and parts and he is the best guy as the manager of the North Nevada store in Colorado Springs. I have sent many of my neighbors there and told them there are no other spa dealers with this level of customer care and customer service. I told them if you want a cheap deal go elsewhere...if you want quality and value go to Spa Palace. If you think about it, how many businesses go the other way after 20 years...more than we would like to think about but Spa Palace has always been amazing and there for us. I will buying my next Spa from them when this one dies. I cannot say enough great things about this company except they deserve all the awards they receive and then some. Thank you. Robert Smith

The hot tub itself is great. The buying experience was great. It’s everything after that where our experience turned horrible! We purchased our hot tub in January. The wood sighting was damaged in multiple spots upon delivery. I was told at the time that it would take a few weeks to get replacement sighting in. It’s is September and they finally got all of the sighting replaced. 8 months to get this fixed is beyond ridiculous! The staff is very nice when you call them, but had I known it would take this long to get my tub fixed I would never have purchased from them. Sighting replacement is common and not difficult. Also, I have a new tub and the brand is Jaccuzi so parts are not hard to get. It is important to mention that my tub had a small leak and they immediately sent a tech out to fix the problem. I don’t know why they were so good with one fix, but not the other.

Great selection of the best brands! You can even go in a wet testing room and try one out with towels provided! Service has always been affordable and great. I go get my water tested for free all of the time and it prints out exactly what I need to add with chemicals! All of the staff is always smiling! Highly recommend!

My husband came in with question on repairing our spa. Joe was so friendly and helpful. Did not try to up charge us and was willing to walk him through the phone on the repair. Im extremely happy there are still good reputable honest companies in business. They are now our new chemical supplier and possible new spa dealer.

Came here to get assistance with a frozen hot tub. Most stores were not wanting to help me fix it myself of course. Joseph and crew gladly analyzed pictures I took and provided the parts and directions I needed to fix. All parts were on hand. This will be my go to store for any hot tub needs.

Came In to purchase a hot tub from Martin got told a price and was told that he could get us a even lower deal close to a 1000 off. Waited five days for the price after begging to get emailed and he gave us 5 dollars of the original price quoted. He is not a man of his word and wasted our time. Spa Palace recommended that we purchase a Sundance Cameo Hot Tub. That was over 18 years ago and it is still working great! They were low pressure sales, informative and their two service calls that we had for 1 motor about 6 years ago was it. I have since purchased all my ancillary SPA items from them. I would buy from them again and would recommend anyone in the market to buy a new spa to not think twice about this company. They stand behind their product as well!

This place has just about all you need if youre looking for a new home tub. They also have a great deal of pool maintenance supplies whether its for your hot tub or even a pool. We get silica sand for our pools sand filter from here.

Everything went smooth and we went into the store after installation and got some free stuff that they decided that we needed and wasnt left after installation. The whole experience was very good.

Asked the Manager what the difference was between his spa and arctic spas why they where priced several thousand higher tried to give me a clever answer but i wasnt buying in.

Great store with excellent selections, however my singular issue with it is that prices arent very clear on many items. I guess its cause some things can be customized but they should really be more upfront about it.

Spa Palace charged us $120 to come to our house, tell us to hire somebody else, and give a sales pitch. When confronted about the bad service, they only doubled down on the well you agreed to pay for a service call bull. I paid for someone to tell me something that might fix my problem. A professional, if you will. Not a salesman masquerading as a technician.Spa Palace is not a scrupulous place to do business. Do not call or set foot in their place if you value your time and money.

Showed up as scheduled. Showed us what to do on start-up. Nonproblems. Sales guy did tell us we just need to put a little packed in the filter and they would be provided. Received bottles of chemicals. Doesnt apoear its ascessy ss promised....

Traded in an old 2005 Sundance Majesta for a 2017 Sundance Cameo. Joe was a great help in advising my wife and I about the new hot tubs and features. He was going to cut us a very fair deal on a 2016 model (Altamar). In the end we bought the Cameo because we felt we wanted to have a bit more space in the tub than the Altamar. The pick-up of our old hot tub and the delivery of the new one went very smoothly and the delivery team did a fine job. I just wired up the hot tub myself yesterday, flipped it on, had no error messages, conditioned the water appropriately, and this morning we have a fully heated hot tub and will jump in later today. Now we look forward to many years of enjoyment and hopefully we have no issues to report. Up to this point this has been a great purchase experience. Terrible! If you dont own a very expensive spa or pool, they are not interested in helping. All I needed was an adapter for my cheap pool to upgrade the filtration. Told him it was an above ground pool and was promptly told that I need to check elsewhere and he did not even look at the parts that I had in hand. Not everyone can afford a $10,000 spa.

Purchased a filter online through Amazon and when it arrived it was not the number I ordrered. I called the company and Ginny the Marketing Manager was more concerned about them not refunding all my money then taking care of the problem she got to the point of hanging up on me. Simply stated I will never buy from them again. I would have continued to buy from them if they had simply offered to take this fitler back and swap if for the one I needed if there was a price difference I would have paid that but again she was more concerned with not refunding any shipping charges then taking a care of the issues . Ths is one way to really build customer relations....

They were very rude and should be shut down. Dont buy from these jerks.

This was a long time ago, but these people sold me a Sundance spa back when there was a problem with the PVC glue. Three repairs under warranty and then they turned their backs when it started leaking again. No support whatsoever. The only suggestion they had was to buy a new spa. Not from them, never again!
