Have them for both business and home, unfortunately, and probably wouldnt if they werent the cheapest, but sometimes you get what you pay for.Business - scheduled a pick up of one of our machines with our water delivery day. Representative on the phone (less than enthusiastic to speak with me, but well look past that for this one), confirmed change of address, water delivery, and pick up of one machine. Machine was never picked up, and water was never delivered. Who knows if the address was changed, guess Ill have to confirm that for myself online.Home - Typically have a water delivery guy that calls me before delivery to ensure I need water and if he needs to pick up empties. Havent heard from him in a while (hopefully he left this company and got a new job with someone that saw his worth). New delivery person - doesnt care to come up our drive way to see if we have emptys or how many bottles we need, they just leave it in the bushes at the end of the driveway. (see images). If that bottle went missing for whatever reason, Im sure they would have still billed me for it.If looking for a water delivery service, I highly encourage you to look elsewhere because youll be met with headaches with this company.

We have been using this company for several months here is Walsenburg and there great... there was 1 time our main water deliver was on Vacation and for 1 week we had a few issues of getting water at our home but I still give 5 stars 🌟. Thank you for your service of clean great tasting water 💧 😀

Horrible service!! They would charge for items not delivered, not deliver what was ordered, one of the water dispensers stopped giving cold water. Told driver and he didnt care and pretty much said good luck! Called 800 and was told they would replace it (that never happened). Over the last year have called and asked for the local manager to call me (that never happened). Someone came by once and I asked them about having the drivers boss call me. He said the boss really doesnt have control over that driver so dont expect anything. Cancelled service and got billed for a month that NOTHING was delivered and STILL waiting for them to come pick up the stuff!! Can not recommend enough to stay away!!

Our delivery schedule was changed with no notice or explanation. My account was charged but no delivery. They cannot give me a reason why, and cannot tell me when I can expect delivery. When you call Customer service they are very nice, but not local. It appears they use a national call center which is, although very polite, not very helpful.

I have been waiting almost a week for them to deliver water to our business. They keep saying it will come the next day and it never comes. I am the only one in the office and cant go to the bank or post office while waiting for them to deliver, they have basically stopped me from being able to do my job cause they cant deliver water on time. We canceled our account and they told us they would come get everything next month. This company is trash never use them.

I have been a customer for over 3 years and within the last couple months it has become a nightmare. We depend on our delivery because we live in an area where there is a high level of CFLs in the water due to an accident at our local air force base. Our last delivery date was skipped with no communication, the issue was escalated to the branch, still no communication. Rescheduled delivery was missed, still no communication, escalated again, still nothing. Third reschedule was missed and I was just told they may not even deliver it today. Pretty much ready to cancel.

The worst service - weeks and weeks behind and will attempt to bill for jobs that were never completed. I am supposed to get water every 2 weeks and it have been over a month since service and they have tried to bill me twice. Be Smart and STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - No one answers the phone and no one calls back

What an awful service. I have been with Deep Rock for 10 years. Ever since they were bought out by the Sparkletts/primo water conglomerate, wait times are over an hour, my deliveries arent received and still charged to me. I havent received water in over 2 months at my place of business. I have 7 empty bottles sitting here. I have been on hold over an hour each day for over a week and a half- still no water- yet they are still charging my card. I have now been on the phone on hold almost 2 hrs trying to cancel my account. And I cant delete my credit card on my online account, nor cancel online. True example on why I always stay local.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Thats how bad customer service is. Wait times well over an hour. Why am I having to call customer service every other month? Because there is something wrong with my delivery. Either not the right day and I have to ask wheres my water or theyll just skip my delivery all together that go round ( still charge though, of course). Or the type of water is wrong. There are only 2 options and its color coded on the top. A 3 yr old could tell the difference so either the driver doesnt pay attention to my order or they didnt have the right water on the truck. Either way, not acceptable. I have to wait for my day off to call since I know it will be an hour long call with the hold time. Ive asked for manager call back with all the continued issues with no response.

Worst service I have ever encountered!! Supposed to get water last monday had the email confirmation. Tuesday no water, called only to be passed along and put on hold multiple times, when asked for a manager I was told there was none. Finally a sales person set me up with delivery for this monday. Well today wondering where the water was I see they changed my delivery to October 11. No call no notification, now calling again, I am being passed along to multiple people and noone knows anything. The worst place ever, I advice you go somewhere else and if its through costco the service is worse.

I do not recommend this company they have zero customer service no way to speak to anyone you can hold for hours and hours waiting to speak to someone but no one ever answers. The only time a person will answer is if you are starting new service and they will not help with all the issues you have once your a customer. DO NOT GET WATER THROUGH THIS COMPANY. They overcharge from what they say they will and I get random fees on my account. I get the same amount each month and the amount that is taken from my account each month is never the same. I have been trying to cancel my account and have been on hold for 2 hours with not one pick up after the automated service. 1 hour and a half on one line now I’ve hung up and tried another number and I’m already at another 30 minutes. This company makes it impossible to cancel and says they have amazing customer service or that you can use the self service apps and website and none of this information is true. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with and I hope no one new starts with this company. It is absolutely ridiculous.

At first things went well. Once i changed my delivery date, things got ghetto. My last delivery was aug 4th 2021. I was due for 8/31 delivery, never came, switched to 9/4 never came. Ive made multiple calls, dealing with their high call volume, reps will tell you youre on route when the drivers never show up. I just called again today 9/23, as i was told i would get a delivery today, i did not. They tell me ill get a delivery 9/27. I cant even trust they will show up! The worst water company ever. They yell me Colorado springs is low on drivers, but they have never caught up! They just dont show. Ive escalated multiple times, never called back from management. They are the worst. Now i have to go to walmart and fill up my waters.

We have had Deep Rock water delivered for years. Greatly appreciated the service that we receive every delivery. The quality of the water is very good as well. When we had problems with the equipment it was replaced as soon as possible. Great service all the way around.

Very rare the delivery is made on time we always run out of water (4- 5 gal are used monthly. We are on a 2 week delivery schedule... and that is laughable as they have never followed. If we call to schedule an extra stop (because they never come when they are scheduled) they dont show up. 5/6/21 @3:31 pm Ive been on hold for 35min and have a feeling it I will be so frustrated by the time they answer(if they do). Terrible company... save yourself time go with a different company.* 52 minutes on hold ...ugh

We’ve had this water delivery service for about 2 years now. Our town water doesn’t taste the best and isn’t all that clean. So the wife and I made the decision to get a filtered water service for our drinking water and just use the town tap water for everything else. We found out today that the price of water was increased. However, on the website it shows the price is $3 cheaper/5 Gal bottle. We called them to ask about the pricing difference. Apparently when you’re a loyal customer, this company likes to increase prices the longer you’re with them. The prices shown online are promotional only, and when you set up the service they fail to mention that to you. So if you enjoy staying loyal to a company, I never understand why companies like to raise prices on their loyal customers and only give promotions to new customers. Not a very good business practice in my opinion. Anyways, we’ll be cancelling our service soon and invest in another water filtration device.

We were excited to try this service as other family members had an excellent experience with the company. Unfortunately, it has been nothing but obstacle after obstacle. Poor communication between customer service and delivery drivers and between billing and us. Late deliveries (which are not a huge deal, but we have never gotten an on time delivery). The water is great quality, but sadly it is not worth all of the problems.

Quick update- delivery was fixed. Still three stars though. Delivery driver bumped them up. Initial set up is a pain.We’re set for initial delivery Tuesday Sept. 22. No delivery, no phone call. Called Wednesday Sept 23, and assured that even though we were rescheduled for Sept 24, they would deliver that day and were sorry for the inconvenience. No delivery, no phone call. This morning, Sept 24, deep rock truck parked in front of my house. I wave and open the garage. Driver looks at me and waves. Then turns around and drives away. No delivery, no call. I call customer service and am told that it has been marked as delivered. The route manager told the service rep that it was delivered to the wrong house. The driver delivered to the wrong house, I am waiting on a call from the route manager now.

Worst company I have ever done business with in my 38years on planet earth. Called to cancel service in 2016 account put on hold instead, years later once cc I pay everything with and autopay every month was lost called again to cancel service. They picked up broken dispenser few day later, then got bill for over a hundred dollars for bottles that I never received, for heavens sake stay away from deep rock or any of the Primo waters affiliates would rate negative stars if it was an option.Edit, absolutely love the copy pasted responses from Cara K aka owner, please paste it on mine for maximum lulz.

Getting worse I live way south in rural area where our water is not very good to drink so we depend on them Ive called several times and also requested a new machine after a month driver stops by and no machine even though its on the order its getting rough to try to talk to anyone and the app forget about it cant even see past orders or billing

Ive had this delivery service for several years and only had a glitch once, at the start of the Coronavius, so I attribute it to that. The glitch was an order for a case of water, along with my normal delivery, which I did not order. I changed it and called, it happened again, called again, and its been back on track ever since. Basically, I love this company and the service, and that they call to remind you to put your bottle(s) out, and I love having good hot and cold water at my fingertips. Im drinking water regularly now for the first time in my life, and my coffee tastes better than ever.

Im very happy to say that she responded quickly and I had my delivery successfully delivered today! Im very pleased at how quickly someone responded and corrected the situation. Have had this service for MAYBE two months now, and they have missed delivery literally AT LEAST SIX times. That is both normal scheduled deliveries (every other Thursday) and rescheduled deliveries (from missed original drop-offs). TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION, and no compensation has been offered by them. Incredibly disappointed in their service. Don’t waste your money.

Here we go again. We were due for delivery on Friday Oct 16. Delivery person showed up on Saturday. We had (3) 5 gallon bottles out for exchange, were left (3) 3 gallon bottles. When I called today I was told that the warehouse was probably out of 5 gallon bottles. How can a company consistently be out of their product? This happens over and over with Derp Rock. I will be finding another company and I suggest that anyone who reads this review do the same.

Disappointed at poor communication, unreliable delivery and a lack of ability of customer service to make things right.Was scheduled for our normal water delivery November, 15, 2020. They never came. No one called to communicate a reason for the no show. When I called, I was told a truck broke down and water would be delivered the next day. The next day came and went. No one came. No one called.Again, I called and was told it would now come the following day. Wanna guess what happened? Wanna guess what happened for the next two days after that, in fact? Yep. Rescheduled days skipped. No communication. It took FOUR rescheduled days for water to finally show.Yesterday was my two week scheduled delivery day. No show again. When I called I was told a “hold” had been put on my acct on the 15th by “someone for some reason.” Our bill is current. The rep could not tell me why and by whom the hold was placed. (No broken truck excuse). Moreover she could not tell me how to get the hold removed. Despite a supposed “hold” she nonetheless scheduled another delivery for today.Because of my experience with these missed make-up delivery days, I had a strong inclination the water would likewise not come today. When I called today to see if they were coming, I was now told that they wouldn’t be coming today but would be coming Monday.How can anyone rely on this business!?This is such poor communication and customer service. It’s abundantly clear this business does NOT value their customers.

I started using the service in May, 2020 and I’m so glad I did. After we went into stay-at-home, I bought a water dispenser for my family. Unfortunately, as the person who went out for necessities, I found myself going for water every two weeks. It was such a hassle plus going out filled me with a lot of anxiety. Thanks to Deep Rock, my water is delivered every two weeks like clockwork, payment comes directly out of my account and if I need to change anything, I do it all online. I’m happy with the service that has been provided to my family.

The water is great and the delivery guys are always nice! However, deliveries are scattered and I just found out that the $6.99 per bottle charge is only a promotional price. I was NOT told that in the beginning nor was I aware the price was changing after 3 months. I’ve been on autopay so I’ve been getting overcharged for about 2.5 YEARS without even knowing it. It’s not on the website either. I’m absolutely disgusted by companies that charge loyal customers more just because they chose to stay with them. We are investing in a countertop water filter and will be cancelling this service.

Scheduled my first delivery - was contacted by the driver saying he doesnt deliver to my address EVEN THOUGH he delivers to the street below me AND the neighborhood across the highway. He said that our roads are too rough on their trucks.I spoke to the driver a second time to try and get him to take a smoother route up here since he mentioned he delivered to the street below me. He told me that he never said he delivered to the street below me that they used too... Regardless of what was said you should never call a customer a liar!I called customer service twice and they emailed the regional manager and route manager twice and to date I still have not received a call from them. Customer service has done everything in their power to report and escalate this issue but the regional manager and route manager do not care.There is a huge break in communication as the driver also mentioned that the delivery schedule I was told would happen - twice a month was not accurate. He was only in this area once a month. This was part of the complaint I lodge however they have not reached out to address my concerns.

$6.99 per bottle and $3.00 equipment rental fee per month yet I was so over budget I couldn’t figure out how I had no money left for food, I had one bottle dropped off to see what they would charge: attached is a picture of that $6.99 bottle delivery charge.This company will beaten switch you to no end!I signed up for automatic bill pay and I was getting deliveries of 3 to 5 bottles at a time with charges anywhere from $300-$400 twice a month!They lied to me and said that half of the charges would be refunded I never saw a refund!

Currently 6/12 and still have not had any success in getting a delivery or someone on a local level to call us even though I’ve called customer service at least 3 times. It’s been incredibly aggravating, I don’t understand why it’s taken almost a month (and counting) to get water delivered??

I never get my correct order, and when they correct it, it is still wrong. They don’t keep track of your returns so your bill is 150$ a month at times. No matter when you use the online service to change your order it’s wrong anyway. When you ask to talk to some one above the rep. it takes weeks for them to contact you, and correct your bill. I have Deeprock for years but in the last year their customer service and orders are awful.

I would not go with this company. We stopped service back in March of this year, its now August, Ive called 4 times over those months to get the overpayment on our account refunded to us. The 1st 2 times I was told it was being mailed. The last time I was told it was being credited back to our credit card. Still no refund has shown up. This time I was told it is being mailed now. Well see if it shows up. My other big complaint is that they never sent us a monthly bill. It was expected that we the customer take on the responsibility of paying on time every month even though we were never sent a bill. After a few months of complaining about that they figured out there was a space at the end of our account information when it was set up so I was never able to log in to print our bills. (They dont mail out bills, you have to log in online to get a bill)Even if you are able to log in and get your invoice it never matched the amount you owed. They need to hire someone who understands how to set up an invoice that matches the billing cycle.

I love Deep Rock Artesian water. I can not drink Pueblo water. As soon as I smell chlorine my throat closes off and I would rather go thirsty. Have had deep rock water for over 3 years. Was a good service never had any issues until about 2 months ago. My water stopped coming on the delivery day and would come a day or 2 later. Wanted a new machine, set up the delivery date, took off work to make sure I was there and they never showed up. They finally showed up about 2 weeks later, unaware they were coming with my new machine only for it to be the same one I currently had (wanted the one with the bottle on the bottom). Still having issues m with the delivery for new water. Never bothered coming, called and set up 2 different times so I could get water didn’t bother showing up for those dates. Canceled my service and was told they would be there to pick it up in 2 days they came in 3 hours to pick it up. If only they could have done that with full bottles of water.

This company is terrible!!! I strongly encourage you to search for water service that will treat you right and keep money in your pocket. Their billing department is ages behind. They don’t send invoices via mail or email and just send you off to collections if you are past due. I had to call every time I thought my bill cycle was over to make a payment and the very last time I called, they informed me the bill was sent out of office and there was nothing they could do for me. I paid over $400 in “services” in 6 months. This was for 2 bottles of water once a month. It was the cheapest option, I filled my containers up at a local grocery store, to avoid any other charges. This place sucks just look at the pattern of Yelp and Google reviews. Call customer service (you’ll have to google the 800 number because the local numbers they provide is out of service) and ask them if they are aware of the lack of customer service their company offers. I talked to three employees today, they all said that they hear this everyday, management is aware of the reviews and are “trying” to fix it. I don’t see how they will stay in business if they continue to run their operations this way!

My story is the same as many others here... we started out 2 years ago happy with the service, then Kevin our delivery person left the company 4-5 months ago. Service and reliability are awful since he left. Was initially told they were in between route drivers for my area and thats why my water wasnt being delivered. Then was told Marcus is my delivery person... service is actually worse than when they were in between drivers. Im supposed to get 3 bottles once a month. Three months ago, the wrong # of bottles showed up on the wrong day. Last month, no delivery on the scheduled day, but 2 bottles a couple of days later AND 3 bottles the day after that!!! And billed for all 5 bottles. Im still waiting for this months delivery, which was scheduled to be on the day after Thanksgiving. I got a robocall on Thanksgiving day reminding me of my upcoming delivery. When it didnt happen, I called customer service and was told thats just a robocall that goes out...you cant rely on it . Ive spoken with 2 call center supervisors who both said theyd have the route manager and driver contact me. That hasnt happened. Im shopping for a new water service today. I suggest if you want to avoid frustration, dont use this company.

We used this service for about a year and never once got the correct order. They would skip deliveries, they never left the correct number of full bottles when they did deliver, and they charged us for bottles that were never delivered. We called their customer service repeatedly, but nothing was ever fixed. In the beginning they blamed it on a new delivery driver, but after a year that excuse has grown old. Dont waste your time or money with this company.

Service was good up until recently. Started receiving disposable jugs of water in lieu of the usual 5 gallon jugs, I figured it was a shortage due to COVID. Now, every week, they keep adding more and more to my order. I keep getting charged for things that I didnt even order. Now, I suddenly have a $70 charge with no explanation. This is ridiculous.

I am stumped by the negative reviews of Deep Rock. I also signed up through Costco with Melissa & Lorie. They know their product, I felt informed enough to chose the best option for our family. Around Thanksgiving, when I knew there would be more people around, I simply went to the web site and increased my request for more bottles of water. I love that I am notified the night before of the next day delivery. I get an email with the bill and can also see the bill on the web site. And ! the water taste great! What is not to love! I highly recommend, dont be afraid because of the negative ratings, I think the company has got them under control.

What a joke of a company. I went on military orders (and am able to furnish those orders). Received ZERO notifications of an amount due (I was unable to check my mail during this time). They sent me to collections AND are unable to re-establish my account.Also found numerous additional charges on my bill beyond what I was told in the beginning. Delivery driver NEVER dropped off the correct amount of bottles and it got to the point of me having to leave notes on the bottles to ensure the proper amount was left. Best part? Finding those notes crumpled up and thrown in my yard.Go with a local provider, this place is a joke.

I dont even want to give them one star! So frustrated! I have tried 3 times to get a new bottom loading dispenser. Wasted 3 days of my time! I had to take time off from work to wait for them. They change their scheduled time with you without notice. No courtesy call, nothing. Third time the driver actually calls at 4:30pm says they dont have the dispenser on the truck. HOW DO YOU START YOUR ROUTE WITHOUT ALL THE PROPER EQUIPMENT/PRODUCTS ON BOARD??! Cancelled my service!

I am starting to get very disappointed at my water service...not only did my water scheduled date change but the new water delivery man forgot to deliver my water on April 26, 2019. If it continues I definitely will have find another water service. Deep Rock is definitely not living up to their name and quality service. So sad.Very unhappy customer.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST service I have ever seen in ANY company! We placed an order about 2 months ago, calling back weekly, only to be told it would arrive in the next couple of days but it never does. Finally this week it shows up. The order was incorrect AND there is something wrong with the system. Floaties are all in the water! Put the thing out of service, called for repairs which were supposed to happen the following day and here we wait! How this place stays in business is beyond me.

I would give FIVE stars for the quality of the water. Its excellent. But, the way they do the billing is deceptive. First, they do have a delivery charge (which I was NOT told about). But, what they do is charge you for the first delivery (water/machine/delivery charge) and then the very next day its a NEW billing cycle, so even if you cancelled within one or two weeks, you are charged for next billing cycle (not the water, but for the machine and the delivery). Thats a very poor business model (from the customer perspective; its great for them though).

I live in Black Forest Colorado and I’ve never had a delay or problem with delivery they’ve always been on time and they always give a phone call the day before not sure what’s going on with the rest of the negative comments coming in from Colorado Springs area definitely would make me angry as well but we are doing good.

BEWARE WITH DEEP ROCK COMPANY. Lack of communication skills. Our payments were requested to be taken out of our account. It was never done. Invoices were never sent to our home address. After 3 months of having the machine hot water part stopped working. I would suggest finding a different water company for your needs. Maybe a company with actual customer service.

Terrible company. Continually delivered more and more water until we ended up with about 3x the number of water bottles we should have had at any given time. Ran out of storage space to store all the water bottles. Finally canceled the service and they did not show up to collect all our empty bottles when they were supposed to. When they finally did collect our empty bottles, they issued a credit to our account and weve now had a credit balance for multiple months. Every time we contact them, they tell us our refund check will be generated soon and could take 4-6 weeks for them to send to us! I feel like they purposely do things to squeeze extra money from their customers and now that weve canceled, they are purposely making it difficult to receive our refund back from them! We will never do business with them ever again!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND DEEP ROCK WATER!This company has the worst customer service out of any company I have ever dealt with. Several horrible billing mistakes and delivery mistakes have taken days out of my time to resolve! I discontinued my service and they have missed two appointments to come pick up the equipment and refuse to send some one out when I call, but tell me I am responsible for the equipment. TheyI DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I have the hardest time getting my water delivered on time. They once sat my water bottles outside my business door instead of bringing them up the stairs because our business was closed. I would simply like to get my water delivered on time. I would like to know that I will not be running out of water. And I would like to talk to someone when I call within minutes instead of being told to contact you by your online service.Good ole fashioned customer service is all I am ever asking for. Good quality service, concerned staff, and a good delivery driver!

They forget to deliver to my shop all the time, and when confronted about it they just laugh and say oh sorry. Customer service is beyond horrible. Even getting someone on the phone to pay a bill (online website/automated service is not functional) is next to impossible. Getting new service. The only thing Im going to miss is the water cooler.

Negative 5 Stars..... Outrageous. I dont receive hard copy invoices so didnt notice the multiple months of being billed for 6x the amount. Called the Cust. Service number and after much persistence and research into our consumption history, the supervisor agreed that Id been overbilled and advised hed requested credits of $74.29 and $46.66. A month later no credits to my account or my credit card. Called again to be advised that the local Colorado Springs Deep Rock Water denied the credits. The Customer Service supervisor, Nancy also advised that the chance that my account would be credited after having been denied once is zero to none. I asked if I could have the contact information for the local branch manager to be told no, we can not give out any contact information for local branches. Oh my gosh. I let Nancy know to contact the Colorado Springs local office and advise the branch manager that I will be filing a Small Claims suit against their branch and it would be far less costly for them to have just handled this correction appropriately from the onset. Im pretty sure the attorneys fees will be much more than the $120.95 they stole.

I decided on deep rock bc of its connection to costco. It was an absolute mistake. Company does not communicate with delivery folks. You cancel a delivery and they will still come and leave bottles. Lastly, im on phpne call number 7 so that they can pick up the dispenser before my move out date. Do not recommend this company.

I really wish I could give zero stars. We started off with continuous billing issues. Once we decided the Services werent as valuable as we were sold, we decided to cancel. We were told that we would get a final bill and never did. Then I was sent to a collections agency. The agency assured me that deep rock would no longer converse with me but I tried anyway. When we called them to ask about the late fee they said they couldnt do anything. I will never endorse this company and anyone that I referred will hear about this experience. Do not sign up for them. They dont show empathy once theyve got you and theyre even worse when you decide to leave.

I would give a o if it were possible. Billing issues. Issues in getting deliveries. I was promised water to my office on Tuesday it is now Friday and still no water. You can not call the local number as it is not published and their 800 number has hour plus hold times. They say they will call back but so far nothing. A water service is a convenience. I am better going and picking up water myself. Would be cheaper less time and less trouble.

Read the rest of the reviews. My story is too long to post but its pretty much the same thing as the other negatives. Water is good but service and billing is horrendous!! You are better off buying a cooler and going through the hassle of getting your own water.

Twice theyve missed my delivery dates. both times I was completely out of water. I use it to make bone broth for my business. I had to make several trips to the store. Still no water. I hate holding and holding on the phone. No followup. Youd think with all the terrible reviews theyd step up to the plate.

TRULY EXCEPTIONALLY TERRIBLE. Borderline criminal behavior. You dont get to just drop off items we NEVER EVER ORDERED OR ASKED FOR. Customer service lies and says no supervisors are available. Who is running this absurdly dumb ship? Driver also tells you your account is going to collections unless you pay MORE THAN your invoice says to him immediately. Liars and crooks. We are so upset with this company! We had our order to have an aout set up for 2 bottle a month they did that for 2 month then next thing I see are 6 bottle delivered. We notified them to tell them that was incorrect, and they still had to charge us for it, so we asked for no deliveries until we finish them then another 6 was delivered. Once again called to just tell them it happened and to cancel the order until we finish all the botte and they finally did. Mind you they still have billed us for everything. Finally we finished all the water bottles and scheduled for a puck up to close our account and well they never showed up and after I called a few times to get them to reschedule pick ups no one would ever show up and wven drove to there office in town and no one was ever there just drop off stuff. And now we have a bill that has been sent to collections! I will be contact Costco is where we signed up and contacting the BBB.

Terrible service. I received my water/coffee system in Nov. they serviced it one time and never returned, the machine stopped working in January. I called a couple of times, and was told that the invoices are e-mailed to you. Which they had the wrong e-mail twice. Never received bill, service then the very rude delivery guy shows up and makes a smart remark. Terrible, Terrible service!!!

Horrible customer service!!! They over charge, deliver bottles that shouldnt be, and charge you extra. They deliver bottles in the only walk way, when there are multiple other areas to place them, blocking the only handicap walkway, to a house hold where the handicap person can not move them. Rude customer service reps. I would rate a zero, if that were an option

I would give 0 stars if there is an option. This is by far the worst customer service i have ever experienced, worst than Comcast. They messed up my delivery schedule and they deliver the water even when i dont need it. I have never ever waited so long on a phone to speak to customer service. There seems to be a disconnect between customer service and delivery people.
