Today, we completely forgot to set out our 6 bottles of water for delivery in Fountain. It wasnt until I was going for a short walk at work and saw the truck that I realized it. I called the office and spoke with Cameron who was awesome and was going to see if the driver would return to our house.I ran home and put out our bottles. On my way back to work, I saw the driver heading to our house.Thank you!!!!! I cant tell you how much I appreciated the great customer service.

This isnt just about the water. Most water is good! This is about the service. The gentlemen that comes is one of the nicest individuals. He accepts that Im a level 9000 space head, and is always so kind to come to my door, and get my empties for exchange. He doesnt need to sit and wait around for me, but he does. If your looking for a great water company for your business: We use Springs Mountain Water at A&E Tire and I just wanted to say that they are a great company. We are set up for them to come once a week to provide us with water and our coffee supplies. I would recommend for any business to use this company. Their pricing is great and the staff is friendly. We have NEVER had an issue getting our supplies. Its just nice to know that we dont have to worry about getting our employees water.

I used them for years until this past October. Never really had a problem with the service until then. I called to notify them of my move to our new house, and provided them with the new address. I was told that since I had just missed my delivery date, water would be delivered on next scheduled date, in 2 weeks, just to leave bottles outside. I again confirmed address and did as asked. No water was delivered. When I called to inquire as to why no water was delivered, I was told they would look into it, and water would be delivered on their next delivery run in the area if it was found to be an error on their part. The guy on the phone was Not very courteous. I was then called back and told that the driver had been contacted, and had confirmed that no bottles were visible outside my home. I confirmed the new address again, and was told the driver had taken a photo to prove no bottles outside. I was basically accused of lying. I cancelled my water service and was told to leave equipment outside for pickup, which was Another 2 weeks. That day, I received a call from the driver in the afternoon, asking why equipment was not outside. I was home that day, and confirmed everything was outside. I then confirmed address... he was at the Old address! They had never bothered to update their system, and the delivery guy kept going to the old house. So because of someones failure to verify the right delivery address, and because they were rude about it, I decided not to continue their service.

If i could rate you at ZERO stars, I would!First they send someone to set me up with water, without making the appt with me first.Second, we scheduled the appt for a friday 9am - me having to leave the house by 9:30. I was awake at 8am waiting. By 9:15 I called and Daniel claimed his driver was at my place at 8:45 am knocking on my door - when I said that wasnt true, DANIEL said his driver wouldnt be lying...So what? Im lying instead???There are more water companies who would LOVE my business and my money!Not happy at all!! Thank you for making me LATE for work! Jerks!

TERRIBLE service and faulty products!!! Their water bottles leaked twice and damaged property in the suite below our office. Springs Mountain Water refused to pay for the damage that they caused and relied on boilerplate language in the agreement to argue that they have no liability. Customers cannot assume liability when the product itself is defective. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
