She was extremely helpful, kind, and supportive. The fact that she only schedules one bride in the shop at a time also makes it feel like such a luxurious experience! Highly recommended.

Robin was amazing. Dress shopping can be overwhelming and she made it so easy and enjoyable. I had been to two stores before hers and nothing felt right from the atmosphere to the dresses. Robin was calm and listened to what I liked and then picked out a handful of dresses that were like what I described. And a few others that were different than my normal style but still beautiful. I found my wedding dress there and it is such a beautiful gown and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.

I was so nervous about going dress shopping because I wasnt exactly sure what style I was looking for, or how to answer any of the questions, but Robin made it all so easy and stress free!! Felice Bridal shop is such a gem! They have a great selection of dresses in all different styles and price points and I ultimately ended up selecting from here and Im so glad I did! I had been to a few other bridal stores and I was pretty unconfident coming in. My experience at Felice Bridal was wonderful! Robin was so kind and accommodating. I walked in with close to no idea of what I was looking for and walked out with the perfect dress. I had an incredible experience with Robin! I had tried on dresses at three other places before going to Felicé. She only does individual appointments so I didnt feel any need to rush or grab a dress that others were considering too. She had BEAUTIFUL dresses for every price point and really respected my budget, which was pretty low. I sincerely LOVED EVERY DRESS I tried on at the boutique, which was different than the other places I tried. She has incredible style and has brought elegance and variety to the Springs. Robins personality is more reserved, which really allows for YOU to decide what you want, without her input confusing you. I personally loved her approach. When I found the dress that was perfect (after battling between 3 that were amazing) she sold me the in-store sample so that I could afford it!!! As the MOB I have been to several bridal boutiques in the Denver metro area when a friend recommended Felice Bridal. I was hesitant to go because it was in Colorado Springs. I cant tell you how I regret not starting at Felices! Robin was incredibly attentive to my daughters visions of what she wanted in a dress and was respectful of the budget. The dresses she brought out were perfect to my daughters style....classic, stylish, timeless and fresh. The selection was incredible compared to the other boutiques we visited. She had a detailed knowledge of each designer and incredible knack of pairing them with my daughters fashion sense. She was fun to work with and we both left feeling were given the royal treatment!

This was my first stop, tried on some dresses and found a few I liked, continued on to his the top5 Denver bridal shops, and ended up going back. I didnt buy my wedding dress here, but I went with my friend who did. There is a good variety of unique dresses if you have a large budget for your dress. The owner was very well educated on what dresses work best for each body type, but her appointments were so tightly scheduled that she appeared rushed towards the end and slightly stressed about making the sale before the next bride arrived.

First and foremost... this place came to me (I feel ) as a blessing! We traveled 5 hours because of the wonderful things I heard and felt when I spoke with Robin on the phone initially.I didn’t feel as if I was just “ another number” I felt the trailered experience is what I was seeking for with finding THE DRESS... and that’s exactly what I got.Though I am now finding out some of the ladies in my groups felt rushed towards the end .. I didn’t feel that way.As a business owner I think it’s important to keep a schedule thus honoring everyone’s time.Our party (10 girls), was TOO large of a group looking back because theirs so many opinions and just getting everyone there on time was tough! I believe we were almost 30 minutes late and with having a 2 hour window that’s a lot!So I feel Robin did an amazing job with the time I ended up having.Her place is gorgeous !!! The only downfall was so many opinions and WiFi- I couldn’t get it to work when I was trying to FaceTime my dad.. so I would suggest just calling Her ahead of time and getting that locked in so you aren’t trying to do it in the moment if that’s something you care to do.All and all - I SAID SAY TO THE DRESS!! Robin was lovely, place was lovely and I would definitely say she earned 5 stars!Thanks Robin!

Just like their dresses, Felice Bridal is one of a kind! Robin knew the exact questions to ask about the dress of my dreams and with just a couple of seconds pulled my it dress directly off the rack. I came into this boutique thinking that there was no way I could afford buying a dress from such a fancy store! Karen pulled sample dresses for me to try and I fell in love with one! It was perfect! She was so very helpful! It was great going in on a Friday afternoon because the store was slow and she literally spent 2 plus hours with me as I figured out details for my dress. My dress is so lightweight and flows beautifully and I could not be happier! Thanks!

This was a horrible salon and a traumatizing experience. I went here based on a recommendation and positive reviews, but I had such a terrible time that I felt like I needed to warn other brides. I will start by saying that Kathryn, my consultant, was great and did everything she could to salvage the appointment. It was the other women (I believe they are mother and two daughters) who were awful. I wear a street size 10-12, which no other salon has had any problem accommodating me. However, Felice stocks a lot of sample sizes that are 2-4 (saying thats how bridal is, but no other salons Ive been to carries this small of sample sizes), which obviously would not fit. They kept having me try on dresses in their sample sale, despite the fact that they were too small for me, telling me that I could corset the dress. When we asked about alterations that would be needed, they avoided the question and simply told us that every dress will need at least $500 in alterations regardless (which is obviously not true because it depends on the dress). They pulled dresses that were not good for my body type and not what I wanted, but that they liked. When my mom tried to pick out a dress for me, the owner said that I could not try it on because it was over budget, however, it was over budget by only a few hundred dollars over the range we told them and I feel that it is my decision as to whether I could afford the dress or not. They also said that I couldnt try on certain dresses because of how they were cut and that I would look fat in it. They were rude, condescending, and had a small selection. I would never, ever buy a dress from here and would never recommend it to anyone. If you must go, ask for Kathryn because she is the only sweet/normal one there.

This was the very first place I went to try on a wedding dress. Im plus sized so the samples were for smaller girls of course but the ladies there made me feel so amazing and comfortable she explained things and answered all my silly questions this was the best experience I will recommend this place to everyone

Had a great experience at Felice! Taylor was quick working but very friendly and extremely knowledgable about the gowns and in helping you find what youre looking for. Ultimately however it was out of my budget so I walked away, purchasing from a different store but the gowns I was shown were out of this world amazing and were handmade locally. If you have a 4-5Kish budget and up, this salon is a must.

Had an appt at noon, I showed up and store was locked with no one inside, called and they blamed me that I didn’t receive their email to confirm but no one called me either. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend!!

I wasnt originally intending on buying a dress during my visit at Felicé Bridal (since my wedding is almost a year and a half away and I still didnt really know what I liked when I visited), but I ended up with an amazingly beautiful gown. Kathryn did a wonderful job of picking out gowns I wouldnt have picked out for myself and helping me realize my vision of my wedding. Im not exactly what you would call a typical bride, and Kathryn was very in tune to my tastes, offering accessory advice and being incredibly personable in general. I was imagining my experience at any bridal boutique to be the usual poofy gowns (they do offer these if thats your taste) and You look like a princess! but my experience at Felicé Bridal was absolutely magical.My experience aside, they also offer free storage, which is a definite plus (especially if youre in my situation, where you live with your fiancé and only have 600 square feet to share). The alterations person they recommend (you can go with anyone you like, however) is in the same building, which makes it easy since youre keeping your gown in one place. And even if youre on a budget, they should be able to find a gown for you. I would very highly recommend Felicé Bridal!

Felice was my 5th stop on the bridal gown hunt...And I wish I would have gone here first. I was lucky enough to get in as I was on a wait list. I worked with Robin and she was not only able to help me find MY GOWN (it was literally the first gown she pulled) but she was able to manage my somewhat opinionated group with firm kindness and compassion which is exactly what I needed. She really listened to what I wanted and asked follow up questions to make sure she was looking for the right details. She also really knows her selection; through the entire process she shared information on the designer, fabric and fit. I had a GREAT experience at this shop. At first I thought the dresses were going to be too expensive and that I would look at the sample sale... the dresses they have are jaw dropping. I was helped right away by Karen and we discussed my budget and low and behold, most of the dresses were within my price range. My DREAM dress ( that I bought and was the first dress I tried on) was apart of a trunk show they were having and made it discounted enough that I could afford it. I came back and worked with Robin who helped me try on several dresses just to make sure I was 100% positive I wanted my first dress. Not only were they very patient and kind, they also gave me a FREE belt. I also have family coming into town wanting to see my dress and they let me come in whenever I want to show my family that couldnt be there for the purchasing of my dress.
