We went to Something New to shop for my best friends wedding dress. Sophia (come to find out later is the manager) was AMAZING! She made my friend feel amazing throughout the whole experience. She was fun, and made the experience fun for everyone involved. This is such a special time for my friend and I am so grateful that Sophia and Something New made it so much better. I highly recommend this store if you are shopping for your wedding dress. I hear they have other types of dresses too. OUTSTANDING place! I love how they love on the ladies that come in!

I had such a specially experience here. I had no intention of getting my dress the day I went, but Becca was so understanding and she helped me make a picture in my head of what I wanted for my wedding. She gave me the best advice on how to choose a dress so I didnt get overwhelmed because, lets be honest, they are all beautiful. When I found my dress I knew instantly that it was the one and I could tell Becca knew it too. I couldnt ask for a better stylist and I am so grateful to her for everything!

I visited Something New on 9/13/21 and had the absolute best experience! I was greeted by my stylist, Sophia, when I arrived and she was nothing short of amazing. I had never been to a bridal store or tried on any wedding dresses before, so I was very nervous about the experience and nervous I would not find my dress. Sophia made the process so easy and fun! I told her what I was looking for and due to my very specific description she said she had about three dresses in the store that fit what I was looking for (exactly what I was nervous about), but she also said she was thinking of a specific dress and said it was my dress. She wasnt kidding, the first dress I tried on was a beautiful Brooklyn Grace dress that fit absolutely everything I had described and pictured, I instantly fell in love! Sophia being the great stylist she is, still had me try on different styles and dresses to ensure that first dress was in fact the dress. Although some of the dresses she pulled were great contenders, that first dress was the one! She listened to everything I wanted and knew right off the bat the dress I wanted, which was so nice! From the initial booking of the appointment, to my amazing appointment with Sophia, to the followup call I received from Sophia after my appointment, the process was a dream! Thank you Something New and Sophia for making this process so special for me and helping me find my dream dress! Also, if you are debating on booking the robe and rosé package, DO IT, it was so fun and makes you feel so special!

Something New was amazing from start to finish. The store itself is GORGEOUS, not to mention the selection of dresses is so modern and unique. Two of my friends recommended this shop and it certainly lived up to its expectations. I was nervous about my 2 month timeframe. They made the process easy, fun, exciting and personable. Allie helped me find my dream dress and I got to take it home same day.

It was still like putting lipstick on a pig. The original product delivered was the problem.Original review: Such a terrible experience. The woman I worked with assured me the custom modifications I asked her for (sleeves and slight changes to the front) would return just like the inspo pics I sent her. It returned NOTHING like the pics i showed her. The alterations ended up being over $700 and that didnt even address all the issues... it just made it somewhat wearable. Their solution was to offer me 50% off shapewear and pay for sleeve alterations. Again, that hardly touched the issues and I was still over $700 out of pocket. For a dress I paid over 2k for. It felt like i was at a used car dealership with the first woman (that no longer works there) and the others didnt solve the problem at all. By the time I got the dress in from ordering it...it was too late to get anything else. Plus... why they gotta keep calling me babe? Stahhhp

She picked a dress I probably would have never tried on myself-and low and behold it was THE DRESS. Went to Something new on Sunday to do some wedding dress shopping, this place is absolutely amazing! Starting from booking my appointment they had called right after and then a couple of days before my actual appointment to ask some questions and I loved that! And then at my actual appointment my stylist elicia was incredible!! We had a contest of who was going to pick the winning dress and it ended up being my stylist she was straight forward, knowledgeable, and just super sweet! She made me feel comfortable and beautiful! I have told multiple people after my appt that if they know someone who is getting married to come here!!

This shop is GORGEOUS first of all. There are so many windows, and plenty of natural lighting. My stylist was Shawna, who did a great job of staying within my really tight budget AND finding me a beautiful dress that I absolutely fell in love with. The first dress she showed me was THE ONE I will be married in!! She made me feel so special and celebrated, especially after I found my gown. She got everyones attention in the store and announced me 🤣 (after asking my permission, which was VERY lovely and considerate)! She was fun, she listened to everything I said, and gave me a super cute box of goodies after I said yes! I got to sign the Heritage Dress and take lots of celebratory pics. She also let us know a bit about the owners of the shop, and what they stand for. We learned that proceeds from dresses are donated. Which makes me feel great about buying from their family-owned business. All in all, so much fun and SUCH a beautiful collection!!! Thank you Shawna! 🤍💍🤍

Wedding dress shopping was an amazing experience here. I did find a dress and it’s beautiful, however, I personally think they can do better accommodating alterations.To be fair, the only other place I went was Grace Loves Lace and they handle everything from start to finish. In my mind, that’s how I expected it to be here.Once my dress came in, it felt like they could care less. They made their sale, and good luck on alterations.I didn’t have much time between engagement and wedding so it is what it is. If I could do it again, I would have definitely gone to the other place.

Something new was the best choice I ever made with finding my wedding dress!! I had a dress that I purchased two years ago(pre COVID) and when it got back from alterations for our wedding that was rescheduled to this year… it no longer fit 🤦🏻‍♀️ I had THREE WEEKS to find a new dress before the big day and was in absolute panic! I booked an appointment with Something New and spoke with Elisha the same day and she let me know they had my back! I was lucky enough to work with Elisha again on the actual try on day and she was AMAZING!!!!! After trying on 4 stunning dresses, I found the one!! I couldn’t have done it without her and the amazing staff at Something New and they will forever be a beautiful part of my wedding story!

I am a 2nd-time bride and Sophia made me feel like an absolute gem who deserved to be treated like the most special person in the world. She is a really skilled, active listener and because of that I felt well taken care of by her. I would recommend this place based on her service alone. On top of that, it is not a national chain, and they have their own stunning in-house designer in addition to the big name brands. I wish I could put into exact words the feeling and experience I had with Kristi, if I could rate 100 stars I absolutely would. From beginning to end my appointment was phenomenal. I was never the type to fantasize about my perfect dress, I went into my appointment open to whatever but with quite a few donts, wonts, and cants. Kristi made myself and my family feel like we were all old friends! She was incredibly knowledgeable and fastidious; the parts I disliked or liked about a certain dress, she was able to find the dress with the pieces I did like. My dress is incredibly gorgeous and feels so unique and so me, it feels as though I got to build a dress. Kristi was able to take all aspects of all the dresses I liked and found me the perfect dress. Im a little heavier set and at no point did I ever feel self conscious or out of place or weird, it truly just felt like I was having a fashion show with all my girlfriends. Amazing establishment, amazing staff, incredible atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend!!!

When you book an appointment to try on wedding dresses, they take their time to get to know you and your vision. I thought I knew exactly what I was looking to buy, but my consultant asked me if I would be willing to try something out of my comfort zone that she thought I might like- turns out, it was MY dress. It was perfect on me and fit my personality well, but was also something I never would have pulled of the rack for myself.On the day my dress came in, they helped me try it on and look at accessories, gave me an excellent referral for a seamstress for alterations and made me feel like a bride!Finally, the day before the wedding, I picked my dress up after it was steamed to perfection. The team brought the dress out to me carefully and helped us get it ready for transport.Throughout the whole process, I felt like the team had my best interest in mind and really took the time and energy to make the process feel so darn special. Dont get me wrong, it is a special time no matter what, but this team makes space for you to really FEEL it and bask in the ooey-gooey awesomeness that every bride deserves. Its like walking into a shop filled with old friends that want you to feel and look your best. This place was absolutely amazing. I attended an event they put on earlier in the year and when they reached out to me a few months later, they let me know they were having a sample sale. They were conscious of my budget and got me scheduled for one of the first appointments of the day. I found the dress which is absolutely gorgeous but each staff member makes you feel like family and that was so fun! Thank you all, you made a very special day even better!

I absolutely LOVED this place. All the staff are so friendly and amazing. Kristi helped me find THE dress. She listened to everything I said as we tried in dresses and from what I told her I was looking for she found it for me! She also made me feel beautiful and confident being a bigger bride. Even though THE dress was 10 sizes too small she made it fit me perfectly! It was like the dress was my size by the time she had me in the dress and clipped up. My sister had a champagne accident which happened to go everywhere including the dress I was in and Kristi was so amazing and told us no big deal as we cleaned up the mess. She even cracked jokes about it making us feel welcomed and like family at Something New! The experience I had here was EVERYTHING and would recommend Something New to any bride or bridesmaids!

I had a phenomenal experience at Something New Boutique with Kristi on the day I purchased my dress. I was made to feel important and special, and she went out of her way to make me feel heard and trying to find exactly what I wanted in my dream dress. Unfortunately, I’m unable to give an overall rating higher than three stars. I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service I received on the day I picked up my dress. I was made to feel like an inconvenience and rushed to get in and get out. It was as if the quality of care provided, deteriorated once I made the several thousand dollar purchase of a wedding dress. My additional complaint as to why I can’t provide a higher quality rating is that I was absolutely astonished that a garment bag is not included with the expensive purchase of a dress. If I didn’t pay to purchase a bag that publicly advertises for the boutique, I was going to be sent home with my dress in what appeared to be an oversized plastic bag. And the only option to purchase a dress if $50. If it’s not included, I should have more than one option to buy a garment bag at various prices. This is absolutely information that should be provided to brides up front. Just disappointed that the appointment made on what should’ve been a special day of picking up my dress, was then tainted by a poor experience. Otherwise beautiful store, beautiful and inclusive options, and a variety of pricing and styles.

I went into my bridal appointment with very low expectations. I had a consultation the day before and realized the designer I liked was out of my price range. However I decided to go just for the experience. My consultant Sophia helped me to stay open and brought quite a few dresses, most being the style I told her I wanted. There was one that was on sale but not exactly what I described. I told her I wasn’t sure if it was right, but she encouraged me to try it. All the other dresses I had thought I wanted weren’t quite right and we came to the last dress, the one I resisted. I put it in and it had almost none of the most important details I thought I wanted, but it felt good and I had to admit I liked how I looked in it. To my surprise it was my size, so it would need very few alterations. Sophia let me stay in the dress for a long time before I finally realized if someone else took this dress I would be upset. So I said this is my dress!! I’m so thankful that Sophia and Kristi didn’t let me back out of my appointment or let my expectations get in the way. I felt no pressure to buy, they just let me make my own choice. The whole team was wonderful and even on a very busy Saturday I felt they cared about my experience. I highly recommend this boutique!

I never leave reviews, but this one was well deserved! I had my first bridal appointment with Sophia today. As soon as we walked in, the experience began. The new salon is spacious, well lit and modern. We were greeted right away and taken to our seating area. Sophia came and introduced herself. She was friendly, personable and made me feel heard, but that’s just where her skills began. She brought several dresses and the first one she wanted me to try on was nothing I would’ve ever picked on the hanger. I tried it on and immediately went to tears. She nailed it perfectly on the first try! I tried on several more and she absolutely impressed me with her choices. I was upfront that I was not comfortable purchasing today, and she gave me no pressure. I will definitely return here when I purchase, and I will be requesting Sophia for all of our bridesmaid’s and mother’s appointments, as I don’t think it could get any better! We left feeling like old friend. I would recommend Something New to anyone, no matter where you are in the planning process. Thank you Sophia! You are a rockstar!

This place is amazing! I had just had my baby 4 weeks ago at the time and time was ticking to find my wedding dress. I was so nervous to call and make an appointment because I thought I wasn’t going to find a dress I liked or feel uncomfortable with how I looked in the dresses. Shanah was AMAZING and so sweet, she was so helpful and supportive and made sure to help me find my perfect dress. She also helped boost my confidence in every dress I tried on and was so friendly with my bridal party I brought along. This place has a variety of so many beautiful dresses and such a great atmosphere, I recommend it to everyone. I fell in love with my dress and I can’t wait to wear it on my special day. Working with Sophia was fantastic! I was feeling discouraged after looking at dresses at other stores and felt like I wasn’t even close to finding my dress. Sophia sat down and asked me exactly what I was looking for and listened. She made the process so fun and enjoyable! Highly recommend coming to this boutique! They had a wide variety of dresses and you can tell their employees truly love what they do.

AMAZING. Kristi was my stylist and I absolutely loved her. She was so patient and kind and it felt like she was meant for me! I had a bigger party with me and she listened to everyone’s opinion and was a phenomenal guide. I even let her choose my very last dress based off of her observations and what she thought we would love and it was so perfect I said YES!

I wouldnt recommend for men at all. Was the best man for my friend and ever single mens suit (rental or bought) had an issue. Jr groomsmen suits were too small, wrong pants were sent for my suit, suit jacket was too small for one groomsmen, 2 sizes to big for another, and different shirts were sent than we picked out for everyone. We looked great but the mens side definitely felt like an add on to the store that didnt get nearly the attention to detail that the womens side got. The women looked stunning and had a great experience (very important) but there wasnt much attention paid to the mens side.

I accompanied my little sister to try on dresses here in Dec 2020. Our stylist, Shawna, ensured we had the best experience wed ever had dress shopping. We gave her details about the dress we wanted and the wedding itself and she pulled the most amazing dresses. We did end up finding the perfect dress! We went over in time and Shawna gave up her next client to stay with us. (Dont worry, the next client got a different stylist; they didnt turn her away!) Shawna is fantastic and you wont go wrong at this shop! Thank you Shawna and Something New! Youve helped make my little sisters dreams come true!

From prom dresses to my daughters gorgeous wedding dress, the wedding suit, and also my mother of the bride dress, we had the best experience always. For my dress I saw Karen, the mother of the bride specialist and I had a wonderful experience, she took the time to listen and helped me finding the very best dress for me!
