Do not recommend the Chevy location on auto mall loop. They were rude and didn’t even fill out my vehicle VIN verification form out correctly when I went there awhile ago. VW location has a great staff.
Worst service ever!! Had to wait two months for parts and guess what they still never came. Then had to fight to get a refund. The boss has no idea about customer service and will not respond to emails. They dont have it together to even order parts let alone install them. We recommend someone else... anyone else.
I had a scheduled oil change at 9:00 am on the 1st of July 2021. I had indicated that I would wait for the service. When I arrived, I was told it would be at least 2 hours, probably longer. I asked what good was scheduling an appointment, the reply was “that’s just the drop off time”. Ok fine, I’ve dealt with Maroones silliness for the last time. Not the worst dealer I’ve been to, but definitely high on the list for inadequate service and customer relationship. Good day to you sir’s, our relationship is severed!

Great dealership! Not to pushy. Worked with a guy named Chuck who showed me several vehicles and worked with me to get some issues I had with my car taken care of after driving it off the lot. They have a good loaner program in their service department where they let you drive a new vehicle and not a scummy rental. Overall I would highly recommend.
Every time I need parts or service on my GMC 3500HD, I never have any problems getting what I need. Quick and done right.
If I call and schedule an 815 appointment for an oil change a week and a half in advance, I dont expect to be sitting in the lobby for 2 hours for an appointment that should take 30-60 minutes max. Word of advice, dont buy any service plans here. More convenient on your schedule to go elsewhere. I used to love bringing my car here, times and service have definitely changed.
I will not go here again. I got my headlight and oil changed here 2 months ago and I paid $186 then my other headlight went out. They tried to charge me 197 + tax just to change my light bulb. After I went to talk to them about it the guy told me not to get all bent out of shape. I was being totally calm. He told me their labor went up and I informed him I would take my car elsewhere. After I said that, he then dropped the price to $138. As I was waiting in the lobby, I spoke to two other women who were dealing with similar issues. I do not appreciate them trying to take advantage of me and will take my business elsewhere in the future.
This place is pretty nice! Nice coffee machine in the waiting room with free water and a snack machine. Waiting room is a bit small and cold feeling but it does have a TV and decent sitting. Service was fast but they do try to push the upper level service on you. It bad though like some shops. I will be going back for sure!
I bought my car here and they were very helpful in getting the car that was made for me.. I take my car for maintenance there because they do such an excellent job and their customer service is outstanding
Express lube at Mike Maroones Chevrolet North in Colorado Springs is the place to go! Professional staff, courteous and clean. My service agent, Army veteran Jeff Jackson, dressed in a business suit, was outstanding. A business suit! You wont see that at the 10-minute lube joints! The entire building was spotless and welcoming. Great coffee machine. OBTW: the price for the oil change cant be beat. Express lube at Mike Maroones.........DO IT!
If you dont plan to buy right on the spot I dont recommend it. The first guy we saw I had absolutely zero problems or complaints with (Alberto) but then we went to meet the boss. Now, I dont mind that, I was actually very happy with my service up until I did meet the boss... At that moment I began feeling pressured. Next thing I knew, after speaking to the manager another guy was sent in, pushing even further for us to purchase a car- and not a car we wanted. I understand that you need to sell product but when a person wants to walk away with nothing, let them. Shouldnt pressure people into things they dont want which is why im giving two stars. But as for Alberto, I honestly give him 5 stars. He tried to find out what I was looking for in a vehicle and took the time to show me options I hadnt considered. He made me feel comfortable and welcome along with a chance to come back when I was truly ready to make a deal/purchase. I felt he gave true customer service and if ever I consider going back I will only do so if he is there to service me.

Cannot recommend the service department at the North location.UPDATE: My previous comments were general but now I will be specific. These guys asked me to contact them about my negative review. As a favor to them, I did. When I did they didnt call back as they indicated they would. You should know that this service department didnt update my vehicle service records for maintenance I paid for, and damaged my vehicle. A year later when it was discovered, that damage cost me over one-thousand dollars and two new tires to repair. On another occasion they left my car unsecured for who knows how long in the back lot with all the windows down. During the winter. I found it that way myself when they couldnt locate it. All in all a complete cluster of a service department.
Limped in with some issues while traveling. Shop worked us in and next morning we were back on the road. Great service and knowledgeable mechanics. Treated us great.

Good service department and always easy to check in. Reasonable repair times and some excellent deals on tires. Overall appears to be well run with the goal of giving the customer a fair price. We have not purchased a vehicle for Mike Maroone but did under the prior ownership. My experience is only with the Volkswagen side not the Chevrolet side.
I know this place has recently changed names, but the service has remained on point! I do love bring my car here, I love the service I received. It is definitely 5 star.

Why make an appointment to have your vehicle serviced if you have to wait another 1-2 hours for it to even be looked at?? Dont expect anything to happen on time, just drop it off in the morning and hope that its done by closing time.
We got a 2011 Corvette we started to have a problem with it I took in and get service I usually don’t take our cars to get service I usually do all our work but I decided I would take it in and I was very Impressed with the service I got with Nathan has gone Beyond to help me out I have msg him and he has msg me back every time even on his day he send me to go see his coworker Jeffery he was great as well. Great people I highly recommend them
Most of the people at mike maroone are great. But sadly the GM customer service is terrible Ive owned 7 Chevys over the years and the last 2 Duramax diesels have been lemons. Dealing with GM about the last one and they basically were worthless, insulting and told me to get a lawyer. Im talking about GM. Not Mike Maroone.
The people at Mike Maroone fixed my car issues very quickly and charged a fair price for their service. I judge the quality of service by the cleanliness of the service area and that is why I gave them 5-stars.

I went to mike marooney north. I wanted a vehicle that was safe for my family. They sold me a vehicle that put my baby in danger because it wouldnt park at all. Do they do this to everyone? Please go to another dealership. Car hop would at least sell you a safe vehicle.
Waited an hour before asking how much longer for the courtesy shuttle. They said driver was at least thirty minutes away which I figured was probably another hour in actual time. Thus, just took a Lyft which I would have done earlier if informed of the wait. Great for retirees but thats about it.Second issue is the service wait. I have been there multiple times to get my window fixed. Everytime I have been they say its going to be two to three days because they are backed up and ask if I want to wait that long. Well no I dont want to wait for two days without a car but I also want a car in good working order! They need to either hire more people or provide loaners.Im thinking Ill try Phil Long next time and at least see if they have any better service.
Bought a new VW here last year. The overall experience with the salesman and the manager was very laid back and comfortable. The actual purchasing experience was actually very positive. The main downsides were that the finance manager was really quite grumpy. He seemed annoyed that we had our less than one year old with us. Luckily not much time was spent in the office. The second was that the car was not very clean at all (brand new car). It was super dusty inside and looked like it wasn’t vacuumed. However I’ve had this experience with literally every dealer in COS. Kind of weird.
Dis not have my work done here. As told there was not a problem found for stalling. Car stalled out again a week later and got work done at another location and no more issues.
Ordered a new key for my car after my original was stolen at a gas station while I was getting gas. After 3 days they didnt call to let me know it was in, and when I called to check the status, I was told it was in but they couldnt program it for 4 more days. My keys were stolen. I didnt know if the robbergot my license plate and was going to come to my house and steal my car. I had to call the south location to get it programmed today. The north side just didnt care. Wont be back. Also I had to pay a separate programming fee on top of the $100 cost of the key. Thanks alot

If zero stars were a thing...thats what this dealer would get. I have been here 4 times now, thinking Id give them another chance and have been disappointed every single time. The first time I took my car in for a routine oil change, it took 90 minutes (high for most dealers) and it took me asking about my car before anyone told me it was done. So who knows how long it actually took. The second time I took my husbands car in and they charged me way more than I have ever paid for an oil change at a dealer. Keep in mind we have been taking our GM vehicles to the dealer for service since we bought them years ago. The third time I took my car in for the second oil change, it took forever...again...and they told me that my car needed immediate transmission work for $200, and that my fluid was black. I said no and I got a second opinion (Best Western, highly recommend). Best Western told me that it looked like the fluid had NEVER been checked and that it certainly wasnt black. I had my flush done there a few days later, different review, check them out. MEANWHILE...EVERY DAY after I had taken my car to Maroone, I got an email saying I needed the transmission work, and that they would drop the price to $80. Then WHY was it $200 in the first place?! They HARASSED me to get this work done. I will NEVER go back to this dealer. If I have to drive my car to Denver to get an oil change, so be it. I also took my car in for some diagnostic work when my internal air fans quit working. They told me the entire panel needed replaced. Again I got a second opinion and was told I just needed a new bcm (body control module). I got that fixed at another shop and my fans and everything have been working fine since. So if I had left it at Maroone, they wouldve replaced that panel for x amount of money and it wouldnt have fixed the problem, or they wouldve come back and told me that I needed more replaced to fix it. Seriously dont waste your time or money going here. Take your car literally anywhere else for maintenance. Cant speak for sales...but the maintenance department here is the worst I have ever encountered and I am a GM loyalist who has had many GM vehicles and been to many GM dealers.
I should have used Carmax. I shouldnt have to go back multiple times to resign payment paperwork because they keep losing it. The pile of dealer markups also add an additional 30 percent to the sticker price. I do like the the car though. It would be even better if I got one somewhere else.Edit: Certified Pre-owned is a worthless title. If you find anything wrong with your vehicle or something as simple as needing a firmware update for your car you can bet your ass it will be up to you to get it scheduled yourself to get it done. I could have bought a car from a negligent owner and it would be in the same condition as Certified Pre-owned. This has been replied to but I acted anonymously to receive the usual dealer treatment. Once again, know more about your car than the dealership and check your car new or used for curb damage. I spent 8 hours there and watched a tech move sedans over a curb to reposition them.

I will never finance a car or truck through this dealership. I had the worst experience with the finance department that kept pushing the 10 year warranty on us when we respectfully declined the offer. I have also finance my truck back in May 2018 and the paperwork was barely sent to the DMV two days before the temporary tags expire. Still have yet to get the plates on the truck due to the Dealership charging the wrong amount of taxes. I have left sever voicemails to the title department with no call back... Worst dealership I ever been too. I will never go back nor will I recommend anyone to buy a car there...

I retract my earlier review. I called about an AC issue and left emails on their system and still no one has called me back. Their service department hasn’t put my car back together properly 2 times and lost my keys once and they did not tell me for 4 days and I was without a vehicle. Now the ac started going out after they replaced my heater core and they won’t even look at it without charging me $165.00. Before you buy a VW in CoSprings make sure you find a private mechanic that has the tools to work on your car otherwise both VW service departments in CoSprings will screw up your car and screw you on the price.... And the turn over is awful! If you can’t keep your employees don’t expect to keep your customers!
