We had thought about buying another car, but our last experience buying a car in the Denver area was so awful, we kept putting it off. But in looking at the paper on saturday we saw a car that sounded like something we would really be interested in. We called and talked to Craig and made an appointment for that afternoon. We met Craig and really liked him- not pushy at all. We took the car for a test drive, loved it and after getting a very fair price quote for our trade-in decided to buy the car. This was the best buying experience in our life! We just dealt with Craig and not a string of people trying to put pressure on us. And the finance manager, Heather, was great selling us what we needed and not something that we didnt. Usually it takes about 4 hours to get everything done, but it was no where near that long and we were driving home in our new (for us) car! We highly recommend Craig and feel lucky he answered the phone when we called! We know where well be going back to next time we need a car!

Who likes shopping for cars? It is usually unpleasant on so many levels. Except (as I recently found out)...at Red Nolan. They answered all my questions about their car I was interested in...They were very professional in doing the trade-in/buy dance and I felt we arrived at a place that we both were happy with everyone still in an upbeat mood. The paperwork aspect was very expedient and they were not pushy with additional services and explained all the paperwork prior to signing. Overall, it was a great experience (for car buying). Every one of the staff that I came across was warm and friendly and the whole experience was actually pleasant. I was never pressured at any point. Thank you Rick Dymek for this experience. We have been on the hunt for a larger SUV for literally 3 years. I couldnt make a commitment. We happened upon this lot and were greeted immediately by Rick, who then said they were short handed that day and asked if wed like to look at anything while he went on a test drive. Great Experience so far! I spent a long time looking at vehicles online, and Red Noland was the only dealer that had a vehicle with all the upgrades I wanted, with low mileage. Greg and Lenita were extremely helpful. For those of you who had a bad experience, I suggest you call them, and Im sure they will make it right for you. I went to several dealers and looked at a lot of vehicles, and the vehicles at Red Noland were the best price for quality. Their attention to detail was excellent, interior of the vehicle was spotless. I lifted the carpet and found no debris or dirt, something I did not find to be true with other dealers nearby. I crawled underneath the vehicle and no dirt or oil buildup to be found! It was by far the cleanest used vehicle I have ever seen. Go and see Lenita, she was helpful without being pushy, and really knows her stuff!

Warm greeting but the sales person was pushy and condescending. Im very knowledgeable when it comes to cars and was not going to be pushed into something that I wasnt interested in for the sake of leaving with a car. The prices are incredibly inflated based off of comparisons in the area... Im talking a good 10%+. Some people may walk in and not know any better because theyre excited about a car that they drove by. Im not willing to 1) settle for a polished up Lincoln when I clearly stated I wanted an off road vehicle or 2) pay more for something just because the color pops.. For that I could go right across the street and buy brand new.

Rick came recommended to me through two levels of referrals. He is so exceptional in his service and kindness. He matched me with the perfect car within about twenty minutes in the morning and then delivered it personally that evening. He even taught me how to use the sound system. Found a used jeep with many great pictures on their website listed as a new arrival. Went the next day to check it out. Salesman was nice but checked in the shop and came back to explain that it was being serviced and would not be ready for 30 minutes. If a car is listed with 22 pictures I assume it is available to see and drive. Not at Red Noland. Better call ahead to see whats actually available. Not my cup of tea.

EXEMPLARY SERVICE! I enjoyed talking to our salesperson, Michael Noonan, as he was easy going and knowledgeable. I originally came in to test drive a 2 door Jeep Rubicon. Michael knew everything about the vehicle, and spoke to me about it while I test drove. When we returned to the dealership, Greg Wyatt, sales manager, had mentioned a Jeep Cherokee that they had just gotten. I test drove that with Michael, and he even allowed me to take it home for the night to show my husband. We loved the Cherokee, but when we came in the next day, we saw a 4 door Jeep Rubicon, and Michael was so patient when we asked to test drive that car too. As we drove the Rubicon, Michael told us about his love for Jeeps, and what he knew about that vehicle. We ended up buying the Rubicon, and Michael was so happy for us. The actual car buying experience was great. But about three months later when I went to get maintenance using the extended warranty I purchased they informed me that the clutch, which I had explicitly asked the salesman and was assured several times was covered, was in fact not. In fact just about nothing is. And they couldnt even fix it in Colorado Springs, I had to tow it to Denver. Now I want to make clear Im not happy about this but realize it was my fault for taking a used car salesman at his word and not really reading the fine print, thats why I am writing this review just to save someone else from making the same mistake and being out a few grand.Also side note. Just before all of this, about two months after I bought the car, I would receive daily calls as I was out of town for work asking to come down and redo the paperwork because they lost it. Fairly unprofessional.

There’s a reason why u should have a 2nd mechanic look at a new vehicle or used just Incase to prevent future cost $$$. I bought a used vehicle from this location everything was good even the sales person very friendly and professional during the time of purchase. Forward a month later not even my first car payment is due, I experienced that they are just car sales ppl is not about your safety or your needs is about them trying to run you off with a quick sell. If you reading this review, I recommend that before purchasing a vehicle to make sure to have the mechanics do a full inspection AGAIN before u buy. In my case, I was told bumper to bumper coverage on the warranty but later on told that some parts are called “exclusionary coverage” meaning some parts are covered others don’t. Let alone, during the time of purchase the catch was is that I was told that it has gone through a 3pt inspection line with certified mechanics that everything is good. Now a month into it I was told that it’ll cost me about $905 for repairs WOW!! So highly suggest you trust you gutt have them performed a new inspection or take it to your own preferable mechanic to have them do a test don’t buy into any Warranty if necessary otherwise disclose what parts and pieces are covered First!! And mind, I couldn’t even hold of the sales guy that helped me smh..

I had the most pleasant and smoothe car buying experience I have ever had with Rick Dymek and Red Noland. Rick was very thorough in going over every detail of the car. I was looking at a 2016 Honda CR-V Touring,which looked like a spaceship to me after driving a base model 2007 Jeep Liberty for 11 years. I was absolutely clueless about the Navigation system, Bluetooth,you name it. If it was on that computer, I had no idea what to do with it.He patiently answered all my questions . We went on a beautiful test drive during which Rick pointed out more features and calmly endured a couple of hair raising turns.(I am not an excellent driver..the whole world is a safer place because of all the additional safety features on a Honda)Car buying can be stressful but Ricks laidback manner, friendly and down to earth manner made me feel very comfortable. I have never had a salesman call the next day to see how my new steed and I are getting along. Furthermore,he has encouraged me to call with anymore questions.I would also like to add that Bobbie Blanco-Rolf, the business manager, was a delightful person with whom to iron out the financing.I highly recommend Red Noland,and that you ask for Rick Dymek as your salesman.

The husband and I were looking to trade in our Nissan Rogue and we found a Limited Edition Jeep Grand Cherokee on the Red Noland parking lot that we immediately fell in love with. Within seconds, MS. LeNita Zubrin was on the lot greeting us and within minutes she had the keys and license plate in hand for us to test drive. Upon return to the office, we gave her all of the information on our Nissan, as well as ourselves to pull credit, and told her where we wanted to be. She took the information to her people in the back, returned within 5-10 minutes, provided information back that exactly matched what we wanted and BAMMMMMM - We started the process. I was looking for a used car and had been to a bunch of places that were shady, rude, pushy or just plain never called me back about the car. I made an internet inquiry about a Mini Cooper S and within hours a sales manager had called me to make arrangements to come see it. Living in Denver and it being in the Springs I wasnt convinced it would be worth the trip, but Im so glad I came down. I met up with Rick and they had the car ready to look at and drive. I was able to take my time test driving it with Rick and then inspecting it visually as well. Rick answered all my questions and was very nice and professional. Everybody there was super helpful and genuinely seemed to care about selling me a good car. I also came in pre-approved with a line of credit and interest rate and they were not only able to beat it, but gave me by FAR the best offer on my trade in and the KBB value of the Mini was higher than what they were asking as well as agreed to replace a tow hook cover.Every used car comes with a 3k/3 month warranty. I had a very minor mechanical issue on my car after 1100 miles and they not only honored their warranty, they even allowed me to take it to a MINI dealership in Denver so I wouldnt have to drive back down to the Springs, which is their normal policy. Their service department has excellent customer service. I ended up not needing to take my car in (nice to know mechanics in the family) but it was nice to know I could have if Id wanted to.Added bonus? I was in and out of the place in about 2 hours. Easily the most comfortable car buying experience Id ever had (and Ive bought a lot of used cars). Hands down will come back if Im ever in the market for another vehicle.

We purchased a used vehicle from Red Noland pre owned and for the most part worked with Greg the GM and Dave in Finance. We were initially very impressed with the flexibility and customer service provided by Greg in the purchase of our vehicle after some miscommunication with the sales person, Greg made things good. We later had some issues with getting our plates from the DMV, initially the issues were with the DMV side, but after 3 wasted trips and frustration and our temp plates expiring the next day, I called Greg and he was aware of the situation, sensed our frustration and just handled it all. Took it off our plates. Gave us a loaner, came to us so we didnt have to drive anywhere, took our vehicle to get emissions, paid for it, going to go to the DMV and get our plates on our behalf and pay for them due to all the hassles we had to endure, and will be meeting us this afternoon at our location to swap vehicles back so that we are not inconvenienced any further. This is way beyond anything in my experience that any dealer has done/would do to ensure 100% customer satisfaction, we are truly impressed and grateful. Although our process is not completely finished, it will be this afternoon without any further issues and I wanted to be sure I had time to post this review for them. Truly went above and beyond, making us really feel valued as a customer and not just a sale. Go see these guys when you are looking for your next vehicle!

I went there to buy a mustang GT and the sales person didn’t act interested in even selling the car and he basically was saying I couldn’t afford the car without taking any information so I went down the street and bought a camaro ZL1

Only checked out some vehicles on a Sunday, just to see what they had. It was closed!
