Hands down the best service I have ever received in ANY car dealership bar none. You know that feeling of entering a car dealership when the sales staff begin to circle around you like sharks smelling blood in the water, and you feel like they just cant wait to take advantage of you...NOT HERE! Not only was everyone professional and upfront but I never felt they were just trying to sell me a car. They listened to my concerns and put me in a car that was WELL ABOVE my expectations at a price WELL BELOW what I expected to pay. Reyes, April and Conley were exemplary. Reyes (Unlike every other car dealer I visited) never once tried to get me in a car that was outside of my financial means. Conley explained to me that Mike Maroone Honda was going to take care of me and my car every step of the way, and April explained how to use all the new features of my car and made sure I was ready to get on the road. I cant remember the last time I smiled that wide....I usually remove the dealer stickers from my cars....but I think I will keep the Mike Maroone sticker right where it is. Its not just a dealer sticker to me, its a badge of pride! Thanks to everyone who made this a reality for me!

I had purchased a 2022 Honda Civic Touring from Mike Maroone back in June. After a few weeks I had noticed some dash lights were not illuminated so I found it odd and took it back to Maroone whom (I don’t recall names it was a gentleman at the desk closest to the service dept exit) whom told me that is how the car is supposed to be and shoved me out the door. So I went home and began doing some research and found that those dash lights are supposed to be illuminated so I returned to Mike Maroone with an appointment with service advisor Terri….they only kept my car for 1 hour and returned and based off whatever source they used claimed that the dash lights aren’t supposed to light up, on Touring AND EX trims…I showed Terri my research showing they are indeed supposed to be lit up but Terri refused to assess and again. Shoved me out the door….I took my car in to Freedom Honda whom evaluated and found the issue and just like magic my dash lights are illuminated! Thanks for shoving me off not once but twice Mike Maroone! Oh. Here’s a before and after picture of what I am talking about. The first image shows the dash lights not illuminated not working (yes with the headlights turned on) and the second picture after FREEDOM HONDA fixed it

We were traveling from Phoenix to Denver, when we got a flat on our run free air tire. It was around 7:30 pm on Monday night when we pulled into your dealership. I spoke with Josh Marron about our situation and he was willing to help us. We left the vehicle with him and he set everything up. Your service department (Michael Moss) contacted me the next day with detail information about the vehicle. Unfortunately they had to send out for the tires, which took 2 days to get. I understand that some things are not in our control. Everyone at Mike Maroone Honda did an exceptional job. If I lived in the area I would definitely bring my vehicle to you. The process was pretty seamless. Tony greeted me when I arrived with my Ridgeline, went over what I reported online and walked me to the lobby where I waited for my ride. I received a text and a phone call with a list of services I needed done and was able to approve all the items online. The part wasn’t supposed to come in until Thursday so I wasn’t expecting my truck until Friday. To my surprise, the part came in early and my truck was completed by Tuesday. Tony went over the repair details, answered my questions and walked me to my vehicle. I would definitely be using Mike Maroone Honda again.

I stopped by Mike Maroone Honda because my tire inflator indicator would not turn off. The Service advisor found a mechanic to look at it in 3 minutes. The mechanic was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem quickly in less than 4 minutes. He also gave me great advice about my tires, car operation, expected milage, and engine life. He was a well informed guy who certainly was an asset to the service facility. There was no charge for the work performed. I was glad I stopped by Mike Maroone to ask a simple question about an indicator light.

Maroone Honda was better than I expected when I took my car in to get it serviced. I needed to have my car serviced and when I arrived they were very helpful and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to the vehicle. I had called several weeks in advance and spoke with Sally Gallegos who was a most pleasant person and helpful in every regard. When I arrived another service manager greeted me, Terri, who helped me with the advisement of the service and got me to understand what needed to be done to the vehicle. There were parts that needed to be ordered and general oil change and filters replaced. Then there were other services that needed to be done, and Terri advised all that was needed and was very helpful. I waited for approximately 7 hours for the service to be completed, but I had planned on it....and even went to the Taco Bell for lunch while service was performed. It was a bit pricey, but after all, they are certified and installing genuine Honda parts in the car... After all was said and done, the car was ready to go. I even looked at new cars while I waited for service. Everyone was mostly nice. I will visit them in the future for my Honda needs.

Went in today needing a vehicle with great “to me” mpg. We were initially contacted by Luis prior to arrival. He gave us full attention from the start and listened to our requests. He is very knowledgeable and an overall impressionable young man. There was no “back and forth” which made the process go very quick and smoothly! We ended up with a vehicle that we really like and it’s amazing! Beau was our finance guy and he was just as amazing as Luis. He listened to us and made the process very pleasurable. I could tell that there is a definite team atmosphere with this place which brings me to my final impression. When all was complete we were greeted by a delivery specialist that walked us through all the special features of the vehicle to ensure we were connected and knew how to use them. That was such a comfort rather than having us figure it out on our own which we could have done but this felt like a luxury. This staff is definitely tops and I would not hesitate to do business with them again!

Not cool they sell you a care then dodge service related, services because we have the service plan and our sunroof shattered out of the blue wile we were driving and because of a little ding on the door frame they wouldn’t fix it we had to pay $500 for it and know we tried for weeks to get the oil change in our agreement and after numerous try’s emails calls ex. They gave us the run around and gave me a number to give the Honda place that actually respected us and got back to us and the Honda dealership said that’s a scam they do so they don’t have to pay and this Honda won’t except it. So if you want to get treated with respect after you buy a car don’t get it from here 😡😡😡😡

My experience was amazing. I had bought a Honda when the business was still Front range Honda. The original Sales person had sold me a warranty and told me that a specific part was under warranty but it was not. They gave me the number to the Front range Honda service line and they ended up covering the service. I would highly recommend this shop.

I bought my car here back in November of 2018. I had to recently take it into the shop August 2021. Mike helped me out, he was fantastic and super helpful. I was prepared to wait a few hours in the lobby knowing it takes awhile for a diagnosis, but Mike hooked me up with a loaner to accommodate my busy mom life. He kept me updated with the details as they so covered issues and fixed them. I got my car back a day and a half later all fixed up and I will definitely continue using their services for any future requirements.

We have been wanting to trade in a vehicle we dont use much for a family vehicle. When we didnt like the inventory of Minivans, Lauren was awesome and quick to recommend the next best thing. The experience I just had here was just amazing. I asked for a lot I am quite a picky car customer and the sales associate Matt was amazing. He wasn’t pushy at all with buying the car it was very much a no pressure situation. Literally the best experience I’ve had with any car dealership. My wife is really happy with her Honda Pilot Elite. They even went above and beyond and found a bow to present on the car for her since she has always wanted to get a car with a big bow on top! Excellent experience all the way down to the finance department and they even had someone to go over all of the special features in the car with my wife. When I had gotten my car I received excellent service from Brandon and Chris, and it continued with checkup ensuring I didn’t have any issues or questions regarding the vehicle. When I had issues with it they were quick to help me out and kept me updated on the status of it being serviced. After it was finished getting repairs done Josh had taken me for a test drive to ensure that it was driving properly. By far the best experiences I’ve had dealing with a dealership and will happily continue going back for the routine maintenance that is needed.

10/27/2021 I am doing car shopping online and found two honda accord sport in Colorado Springs on offered by Nissan and one offered by maroon honda. The one offered by Nissan is listed price for 28500 and the one list by maroon is 33000. Both cars looked identical and similar miles. Except Nissans accord is 2018 and red. And Maroons accord is 2019 and it is black. So I am curious why there is a 4500 difference, because I prefer the black one. Then I called Maroon. Guess what they told me. Because it is RARE, so price is higher and need to be higher. So ridiculous. I will say this is not a car dealer, it is a car museum and they charge for collector premium.Especially there is another identical car in the same city, they call that rare. My recommendation will be go somewhere else, instead of you wasting your time and money here. Also dont consider something they called, oh our car is certified pretty owned. BS, good quality not because you certified it, it is because honda makes good cars

Scheduled an oil change online.Show up to the service person (Mike - Great guy by the way) telling me that itll take 1 hour 45 minutes !!! For an oil change!!! He told me that 2 guys were out sick and that he was sorry... Well, I am too.. I guess. Please review your procedures to call scheduled appts. well ahead of time to see if people can wait that long for an oil change, or reschedule. I expected more from a dealership service dept. Oil changes take 30 minutes !!!!

Just got done changing the oil on my girlfriend’s civic. Last time she had it changed here. Whoever changes the oil back there needs to go flip burgers. Oil drain plug was well over 100 foot pounds. That’s being generous too. Oil filter if I had to guess maybe 50 or more. It was clear that he tightened the filter with a filter socket. Use your hand dude. Those are used to take them off when they are tight. Almost had to go full send and hammer a screwdriver into it. Not cool man. I’ll continue to buy parts but I will properly install them my self.

My boyfriend and I have been to roughly 5 other dealerships over the past week together to sell my car. We came to this dealership today to see what they would offer for my car. They gave an average offer which is totally fine and expected. Tony the sales person that helped us was very friendly and stayed late to help us. However the Used car manager, Mike, that was brought over to explain why they arent willing to go higher than their original offer was extremely rude. This vehicle is MY vehicle. I am the only one on title and the only one on the loan yet he would not make eye contact with me and he only talked to my boyfriend who had literally nothing to do with this transaction. He never asked whose car it was or anything just assumed the man of the house makes the decisions. They had a decent amount of vehicles that I would have been willing to purchase through them but because of this experience I will not be shopping here no matter what kind of amazing deal they may have. This was the only dealership that has treated me this way...

Fortunately, contacted by Lauren and purchased a new CR-V the next day. I am a senior citizen with many such transactions behind me. We had a great experience at Mike Maroone Honda! We first met Tony Roche at the door and he did a great product demo. Then, Sales Manager, Felecia, crunched some aggressive numbers for us. Due to short supplies of vehicles these days, our trade value was very high. All dealers are selling at MSRP or over MSRP these days. At least there was no additional pack.We took delivery yesterday and Beau, the finance manager, did a great job too! We were in the car biz for over 25 years and have seen a lot of poor sales & management performances. Not here! We only had our Subaru for 2 years, but fell in love with the Pilot. It is very smooth, quiet and the tech features are very user friendly. Id reco this group very highly!Kudos to all!

After endless hours of dealing with a previous dealership (not Honda), I decided to walk into the Honda dealership where I was greater by Lauren. She immediately made me feel comfortable asking any questions I had, took me on the most fun test drive I ever had, and sold me a fantastic vehicle! Went to drop my car off for an oil change today. I was unfortunately a little late for my appointment which was towards the end of the day the advisor Timothy wasnt there at the time (great guy) and they had me sit with Tony which was a mistake. My customer experience was great until then, I bought a car from this dealership that says a lot. Tony made me feel as if I was doing something wrong being there, complete attitude. I couldnt even get a time to come back for my vehicle. I asked for a ballpark figure wouldnt give me one but made me very aware that if I was a second past 6pm he would keep my car until the morning. I have never been to an advisor that was so unhelpful and seemed as if he hated his job. Why are there hours of operation if it is a hassel for there employees just to check in my car. I was extremely disappointed with this person cant stand bad customer service especially when you by a 38000 dollar car from the same place you are giving money back to take care of my vehicle. I could go to other dealerships but I was loyal to them, thanks for the great service. I was so worried that he didnt even change my oil that I checked it in the parking lot before leaving. Unfortunate he ruined my Mike Maroone experience and hope you do not have Tony as an advisor or are a little late to your appointment.John

After the service on my vehicle I went to the parts department for a new battery for my key remote and Bill helped repair my damaged fob. Husband and I recently bought a new CRV from Mike Maroone Honda and had a very pleasant experience. The whole process they walked us through everything and made it as easy as it could be. Everyone was nice and knowledgeable, we never felt pressured at any point in the process. They also have a sales consultant who will sit with you in the car in orient you to all the features and help you set everything up the way you want it. This was very helpful to me because this is the first vehicle Ive had with the newer safety and other type features.

Steve Prell set up service for me for an important safety recall, and he really personalized the whole experience. We were looking to upgrade to a bigger vehicle since our Civic will soon be getting a little cramped with our growing family. When we arrived, we were greeted by Lauren Carroll, and she was more than helpful to show us the 2020 and 2021 models as well as to bring up the Sonic Grey Pearl (my preferred color choice) CRV so that we could check out the vehicles. She had recently started working at this location, but she was super nice and professional. She was able to answer most of the questions that we had, and when she didn’t know the answer to the rest of our questions, she was proactive in getting us accurate, reliable answers in a very timely manner. She understood that our time and getting reliable answers was important to us, and she more than accommodated us on our needs. Getting prices to compare between the vehicles we looked at, and our offers and counteroffers were provided promptly by Mr. Josh until we were at a price and interest rate that we were comfortable to make a deal at. Lauren, again, was awesome as we had our 3-year-old daughter with us. She provided a nice supply of gummy bears and coloring pages/crayons to my little one to help me keep my kiddo occupied while we processed paperwork and started signing contracts. Paperwork was prompt but not rushed. If we had questions, things were explained to us. Overall, our experience at this dealership was prompt, and we had a very professional and positive experience. My husband is active duty Army so we look forward to doing business with this location the next couple of years that we are in the Colorado Springs area.

Sold my vehicle to Mike Maroone Honda. They took possession of the vehicle on 6/23, paid off my existing loan on 6/28, and then sold the vehicle a few days later. However, after 3 weeks since selling my vehicle to them, I still have not been paid the difference of the sale price and the loan payoff amount, which amounts to approx. $7,100. MM Honda wont release my check to me. They say they wont pay me until they get the title in their office, which could be 4-6 weeks. However, as part of our agreement when I sold my vehicle to them, I signed a power-of-attorney giving them unfettered permission to handle any and all title transfer work. They obviously have no concerns that the title transfer will be completed successfully since they already sold the vehicle to someone else. But, they wont pay me my money. Thats right, they are sitting on my $7,100 PLUS the nice profit they made when they re-sold the vehicle weeks ago! Ive called several times about this. I get transferred around, dropped into some unknown voicemail, and until yesterday, never got a return phone call. There is absolutely no reason for them to withhold my money. Oscar (General Sales Mgr) says it is their policy. Well, this policy was not disclosed to me prior to them buying my vehicle. And when I explained that this is creating a hardship for me, Oscar just told me to call the finance company to see if they can speed up the process of getting them the title. Only then will he release my check that is sitting in their office. MM Honda, it is nonsense like this that contributes to the negative opinion many hold of the car dealer industry. If I were to buy a car from you, you wouldnt let me take possession of a vehicle until I paid you in full. Yet, when you buy a vehicle from me, you get to hold my money for weeks, re-sell the vehicle, and sit on the cash from both deals. Do the right thing and send me my money NOW!

When I came back in to ask about it, the Service Director gave me his personal cell so that I could contact him directly to follow up on finding it. My experience has been great at Mike Maroone Honda, especially with Lauren Carroll! I came to the dealership with my dad to just shop around for a new car in the near future and ended up finding my dream car the first time shopping around. I wasnt anticipating finding a car I loved so soon and became overwhelmed with it all and ended up passing it up. Lauren was super supportive and not pushy at all. She kept contact with me to figure out exactly what I was looking for and what price I was comfortable with. She ended up talking to several managers above her to get me a better deal on my car and I came in a week later to get the 2019 Honda CRV I fell in love with initially! I must admit that we had no intention of buying a car today, we were more just looking around and in browse mode. However, when Lauren came up to us and introduced herself to us, we were taken in by her warm hospitality and charm. After Lauren went over our needs and wants for a vehicle, she pulled up a list of what was in stock and showed us several and took a test drive in one. One that really stood out was on the showroom floor and at first, I was not interested in spending a lot of money on a new vehicle but just dealing with Lauren and hearing her expertise about the vehicle really made me feel comfortable and that this was the right decision to purchase. Spent 2 hours and 50 min on an oil change and tire rotation and my appointment was at 9am on my 1 yr old car due to lack of communication within the employees and had no given update until I decided 2 and half hours later to stop an employee and ask what’s going on and to only be told that no one told that employee who was assigned to me that I was even checked in or there waiting. Make sure to give yourself a 3 hour window and ask to not be forgotten.

Sold them my silver Honda civic coupe which was in more than fair shape for $4000 asked for more money for it which seemed like a problem to them. The Kelly blue book on it according to them is $6535 they then turn around and list it on their lot at $9130 which is way over blue book value. The sales rep Brandon said they cant sell it for more then blue book but they turn around and list it for $2000 more than blue book. These people are nothing but con artists, conniving liars. I am extremely unhappy with these people and their greedyness. I will never do business with them again and I dont recommend them to do business with. If you buy that Honda dont pay more than 6535 otherwise you will be ripped off by them just like they did to me.
