Stacia Morgan is a sales associate there and by far the absolute worst at her job. She will lie and scam you, be aware of using a credit card or providing your social with the clerks. She will cheat you.

All 4 of the employees on duty tonight were very young kids. Even the manager was clueless about almost everything we asked. Weve been loyal customers with Cricket for years but will not tolerate lack of maturity and inexperienced as the normal. Its not right. I will look elsewhere.

Switched to Cricket ~ 5 years ago, couldnt be happier. Service is good and savings even better. Recently, relocated to Colorado Springs and needed to add a new line with a local number for TruBlue Total House Care of Colorado Springs in November 19.They have been very friendly, helpful and accomodating in the Pikes Peak location every time I have needed assistance. In fact, I was in the store yesterday because a software upgrade on my phone changed some settings or something with accessibility. It is an important tool in operating a small business and Ferman was very helpful and resolved my issue.Thank you for your assistance!

This is a very clean store. Hayden got me set up with a free phone and new phone plan within 30 minutes.

Meh. Strange sales tactics. My mother wanted to buy me a an early Christmas present. She told them between $600-$1000. Total lay down sale. We walked out with no phone. Not every Cricket customer is broke Cricket. I just selected you at some point.

Came in to switch over to Cricket yesterday and got a great deal for my phone plan. Amanda was incredibly sweet and helped me set up my phone quickly and without any hassles. Highly recommend this location.

Im still having problems with my cricket phone service even when we called customers service we get the same results it said that maybe they have a tower down or the Nashville tornado is the problem but this started way before Christmas day I dont know what to think because most of the stores in our area is shutting down and I heard that two towers are gone for good from at&t I guess our service is going to hell with them now. I been with them for many years after I was with another phone company isnt in business now.

I have been a Cricket customer for 4 years in this time Ive had no problems, Ive always had excellent service and when I moved from Denver to Colorado Springs Ive only come to this location. Darlene is an excellent associate she always takes the time to explain features of phones, well versed in procedures Cricket values and always has a smile on her face and willing to help you. Thanks to her I will Cricket as my carrier!

The customer service from my visit was exceptional. Jasper was willing to stay open late on New Years Eve so that my friend could replace her nearly dead phone. He was beyond helpful and managed to save her money on the phone and a little on her monthly payments.

Jordan s is a really good guy and he will help you to get the right phone you need. But the other employees that work there will scam you if they can. And overcharge you for the same phone you would get at the corporate .store.

Called in today with some questions. Jordan answered the line with lighting speed. Which in my case is a plus! Honesty was a concern of mine at first. But Jordan eased my worries instantly, with his own background knowledge of the plans. *This locations customer service is on point*

I only came in to upgrade my wifes phone that was it! It was a decent price for a Black Friday but I just couldnt get over the fact that the store associate kept trying to get me to and more lines to my account and features. I kept telling him I just pay for mine and my wifes phone, and that I already have the Unlimited 2 plan so I was good on features. Just all and all it was a real annoyice to get what I wanted.

Wasted 3 months working here! Management is late daily. Faces no consequences! But employees get written up for being 11 minutes late! The “owner” is on a power trip and blames employees when things don’t go well. Take your business to corporate or digitech. Digitech is By far the best retailer to work for!

Jasper and angelo were very professional and informative. Very nice also! When i first went in i had questionable customer service from a guy who worked there and almost didnt come back but when i came back in it was them who assisted me in my service and i was pleased.

I love this place -- its so low-stress compared to the major carriers offices. Usually no crowds, pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable AND friendly staff.

Went with a friend to return her phone. What a experience. These employees are the worst and to make it more difficult the store polices are designed to cheat you out of your money. CRICKET scams, changes there made up return rules to cheat people. Words can not explain the smoke and mirror act they go through to scam the public. I felt helpless to help my friend. Hopefully when all this is heard at court the judge will correct this and put a end to crickets criminal scams. 👮‍♀️👮‍♂️😇

I WAS IN THE STORE TO FIND OUT WHY THE PHONE TURNED COMPLETELY OFF WITH FULL CHARGE. THE * MANAGER* CORRUPTED MY SD MEMORY CARD BY DISMOUNTING UNDER POWER. DURING THE ENSUING DIALOGUE SHE TRIED TO PLACATE ME WITH THE INSULTING AND SEXIST TERM **BABE**, NOT JUST ONCE BUT SIX TIMES. I ADMONISHED HER TO THAT FACT AND HER *THUG* COWORKER JUMPED IN AND THREATENED ME. THESE IDIOTS ARE DEFINITELY NON- PROFESSIONAL AND SHOULD BE TERMINATED. SHE HAS FAMILY IN THE FRANCHIZE WHO PLACED HER IN THE STORE BECAUSE MCDONALDS WOULDNT HIRE HER....BOTH SHOULD BE FIRED. Although I am sure that there is no problem with the actual store, the hours of operation on Sunday said until 7 so upon arrival at 6:50 I noticed that they were in fact closed.
