Im very much pleased with my overall experience with this gamestop, by far its in my top 10. Ive gotten so much stuff from this gamestop store specifically its insane but at the same time they need more because some things sell out quick and then its never to be seen again while others are still over stocked.

The sales person who help me, Kevin Vazquez, was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions in picking out a new phone.

Standard Gamestop. Good selection of games. No new systems (Xbox or PS5). Those are online only. Great service, very friendly here. Trade in service is a nice bonus. Not the best value, but saves the hassle of selling things yourself online.

A great place to get games and hardware. The staff is very knowledgeable and up to date on almost all of the latest gaming news. The store is clean, easy to navigate, and well organized. I went to pick up my PS5 preorder and everything went very smoothly. They had everything organized and ready to go.

Its okay. They are trying to sell an opened Castlevania figurine box for 17$. Not worth it. Its not even a genuine edition of the franchise. I know that its not a video game but it amazes me how lame gamestop is even with merchandise thats not their own.

DO NOT BUY ANY USED GAMES FROM THEM, ALL THEIR USED GAMES ARE BROKEN ONES, THEY LITERALLY JUST SHINE THE DISC TO MAKE IT LOOK NEW. THEY THINK THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH THIS BECAUSE ACTIVE DUTY SOLDIERS CANNOT GO TO COURT, I AM NOT IN THE ARMY ANYMORE AND YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM MY LAWYER, SCUMBAGS.

I bought a video game here called Spyro the Dragon. Its safe to say I finally have a friend now, Spyro. He doesnt make fun of me like Carl does. Carl says that I smell like onions and batteries. It hurts my feelings. Thanks Gamestop.

So went to game stop on FORT CARSON on the website they were open which is at @ 0800/0900 once there the sign stated that they were closed and opens at 1100 due to CONVID which was understandable. There was a sales person inside and I just needed to ask a question as she stands there fixing her hair on the phone she responded that she will not answer questions until they open @1100 she didn’t even have to come to the gate I stood outside while she stood behind the desk. So unprofessional as a sales rep.

I was sold a PlayStation that keeps overheating a controller that has to stay plugged in a headset that hums the entire time

We came to Gamestop on post today; we were greeted by a very disrespectful employee at checkout time (employee# 344594). Not going into specifics, but she was extremely condescending and rude when I asked her questions about their point system. This is one of the reasons why gamestops business model will fail. Dont shop here. Its not worth it.

The workers here are always really friendly and willing to help. A lot of training gets done here though, so dont expect the most experienced and knowledgeable people here 100% of the time. Great atmosphere and pretty good selection of games.

Its a nice little place to buy/trade in games and consoles.

Went to preorder the destiny 2 Forsaken, they gave me the annual pass instead. Got the code today and asked before I left if the code was for the game as well as the annual pass and was told yes. Come to find out it was only for the annual pass so now I have to spend even more money since they gave the wrong information.

Some of the best deals in gaming are at this store.
