I worked with Terrance and I needed help finding some forces for a very important day. They were out of stock in Colorado Springs and he found me a location in aurora that had a pair, and the “Bag was Secured” thanks Terrance.

Employees are super helpful and lax environment is really clean as well as welcoming. Product prices are reasonable

They would not help me find a shoe. They told me to find another store

Well, they need leadership and really the staff is just paycheck employees not there becuse they love their job.Lack of product stinks.

My teen picked out some great shoes for basketball. They didnt have them in his size but said they could order and have them shipped. I paid and the next day received an email saying the order was cancelled. Im still waiting on a refund and may have to dispute this with my credit card. What a scam. Ive wasted time and money for nothing but a headache.

To preface this, I buy more than my fair share of shoes. I went in to this Foot Locker (with other shopping bags, as I AM shopping and making purchases) and was the ONLY customer in store. I was neither greeted or even approached by the two female employees working, the entire time I was there! Browsed the mens shoes (picking them up, looking at prices, showing interest) for 5-10 minutes and had 2 pairs I wouldve tried on (at a minimum, but wouldve probably bought both as I make LOTS of impulse purchases) if given the chance. After still no attempt to acknowledge me as a customer, let alone a human being-- I left the store to go to another shoe store. One where at a minimum, I would have had someone say hello-- maybe even ask if I had questions or that if I did have questions, to feel free to ask.

I havent felt as uncomfortable in a Footlocker as I did this one. We had been in search for a little pair of shoes for our 6 month daughter. When we first walked in went straight to the kids shoes. There was two girls at the counter talking, they didnt even acknowledge my boyfriend our 3 kids or myself. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. My boyfriend ended up asking the girl at the counter if they a had a shoe size in the shoe we were looking at. She brought us two sizes of an infant shoe she had at the counter. So we proceeded to try the shoes for our baby. We did say we would take the size we wanted. She took the other one back to the counter then came back and made it seem like we were going to steal the other one and said she was gonna keep it up at the counter until we were ready. She didnt even ask if we were looking for anything else. Another gentleman walked in and she acknowledged him right away. So I go up to the counter and pay and ask if she had the shoe size we had but different box because the one she gave us was mangled. She didnt even bother to look and just said no. All along this the other girl kept talking to the girl kept talking about what she was craving for lunch as if we werent even there. Very unprofessional!!!!! All in all the customer service sucks here and we will never go back. The only reason we even got these shoes is because we finally found what we wanted. My boyfriend had wanted to look for shoes for himself but didnt because the way they were treating us. So advice for management. Give the girls working 3/9/19 some customer service training. And to even make it more clear one of the girls was tatted with NY tatts.

We are long time customers and very loyal customers as my husband is a hardcore sneaker head. And this is only location in town and has a lot of the new releases ... he had 2 pairs that he was exchanging today for a new release as he does very often We never kept receipts cause it’s always an exchange if at all and there’s never been someone to question that as again not for a refund the corporate policy on this matter is without receipt can exchange for in store item or store credit at the current value of the item .... and today a “manager”. (Not sure that was honest cause not sure who would make her a manager with her winning personality) named TEE was beyond rude and said basically no because she said so I believe wording was “hell no”. We mentioned it’s always been done by old manager and other associates she said “well that’s why she is fired”. That’s extremely unprofessional to share with a customer or state about any associate I also doubt true as it’s company policy. That manager maybe named kaitlyn was amazing she always knew all the customers genuinely cared about customer service and had a pleasant attitude that would work in a leadership role unlike Tee .... this isn’t just cause didn’t get our way she was so rude I was shocked at the lack of customer service Could have simply responded with that’s the rules and she’s sorry but can’t help instead was very oh well that’s what it is now get out. My husband has 300 pairs of sneakers many from that store and has spent thousands there Should not have been treated that way and disregarded. She was very nasty and I would be surprised to see her still working there in a few weeks with that attitude I know it she was my employee and my business she would have been gone. I recommend if customer there you avoid expecting a nice experience or any help from any associate as they all had no knowledge and should work at a Payless instead.

It has excellent selection, but they rarely have the shoes in stock. The employees are always checking to see if they can help you, which is definitely a pro, and they try to find the shoes you want. The employees are also very nice to everyone. I do wish for certain shoes to be in stock because almost all of which are out. But overall good selection, employees, and of course shoe cleaning supplies.

Has the trendy expensive shoes my young teenage boys are looking for almost everytime. Good location at the entrance of the mall by Hooters. Staff is helpful and ready to get shoes to try on.

Great place to shop. Great prices and discounts. Customer service is excellent as well, were always greeted, and asked how everything went. Five stars👏

Associates dont even know the name of Jordan releases for raffles and display bad attitudes. Will gladly take my money elsewhere. Horrible service just getting a raffle ticket by a girl named Nikki and whoever else was working. When I was coming in they were standing around talking. Need new sales associates at that location ASAP

Worst customer service, you walk in and all the sales rep are behind the register having conversations or on their cellphones. They dont greet or knowledge you.

Was waiting for help for over 20mins and still one came to help. All 3 employees were standing there talking and looking at me

Called to check if a certain shoe was in stock and the girl answered the phone laughing saying “yeah?” I asked if she could check if there was shoes in stock she just old me no she was too busy and hung up... I’ll gladly take my money somewhere else, bye.

The worst customer service ever. I went yesterday to buy new shoes $160. The sales lady came over and said May I help you? I said yes can I try these shoes in a 10.5 ? She went to get the shoes and didnt return to where I was sitting. She took the shoes to the register and took one out. I had to get up and walk to the register to get the shoes. She handed me 1 shoe. Im not making it racial because Im black and she was white. I spent 20yrs fighting for this country to be treated like im a thug and a thief. I declined the purchase and went to Champs and bought the same shoes cheaper. I also received GREAT customer service there. Thank you Footlocker I Will NEVER Spend 1 dollar with this company again!!!

Spent over 100 bucks on shoes I desperately needed for work because I have a ball in my back that presses against my spine an causes me much pain. Well the shoes they sold me are horrible. Like horrible. They feel ok to just stand in but the moment you have to really walk around they kill your ankles and now I have to live with sore af ankles everyday. Dosnt feel healthy or right. So I look up return policy. There is none. Literally if you try the shoes and find out yoy dont like them that voids the warranty. Footlocker goin down like toys r us.

Just went in to ask about gold foams. Lil black chick got an attitude like im bothering her. Then told me she dont knoe he if they have my size and proceeded to upsell me on the pink foams. After I got help from the lady. I saw this same clerk hugging up on her boyfriend or friends your wack and everytime I come in and see you straight trash from here on out.

Horrible customer service. Instead of the workers greeting you or seeing if you need help, they sit on their phones... took my business to Finishline.
