I went into Target today and went down a main aisle between the books and pharmacy areas. There was a young woman chasing down customers asking what cable co they use and why they should consider the one she was soliciting for. Since when does Target allow an outside company to be inside soliciting shoppers? It was a real irritant to me and if it continues ill be taking my business elsewhere.It completely removed the leisurely shopping experience that I enjoy being in Target. You can do better!

REVIEW IS SECOND:So I mainly just want to let people know that this is the second time this event has happened and the exact same woman in the exact same isle of target, about a year or so apart.There’s a woman going by “Shelly” (who knows if that’s her real name). Both times, I was in the candle section.She (this woman, Shelly) starts a conversation about the scents and then tries to smoothly talk about how she and her husband “met a friendly couple” that basically helped them make X amount of money without working or something. The first time (a year ago or so), we talked and it felt like a normal interaction until that point. Then, when she tried this time, I remembered who she was as soon as she said “we met another couple”. So, just so people are aware, there’s a woman going around this target trying to scam people.Review:It’s a target. The employees don’t ever work, they just stand at the self checkout, talking. The actual check outs are never open anymore. It’s almost turning into Walmart.

Ben works in the PICK UP spot at target ! I went in the target to pick up my shelves he didn’t hesitate to ask me if i needed help or not with these heavy shelves. He just brought them to my car an told me to have a great night.

Clean environment, good selection. I had no fewer than 5 employees cheerfully greet me amd/or ask how they could help me - all within the first 5 minutes of my wanderings through the store! Management is doing a good job training on customer service and the simple art of being cheerful and helpful!

The service I received tonight at the the Colorado Springs location over on Academy Blvd was SUPERB. Very very pleased with the service. Thank you!

Chat support says a product has over 35 in-stock so I went in to pick it up. Its not on the shelf that I could see so I asked a person for help. It wasnt obvious he was an employee until he went behind the counter. He lets me know he saw some in back then after a few minutes he comes back out and tells me that they dont have any. I hop back onto chat support to check other stores and they tell me the store I was just at most definitely has them in-stock. Good to know that Target finds it completely acceptable to lie to a customers face.

This is for the girl w the bad eyebrows: was here for an HOUR AND A HALF and this worker followed me up and down the street isles, into the dressing room, and narrated everything i was doing. complained to other workers and they didn’t say anything. this is weird and disgusting!!!

Very friendly staff, always has what we need and super local to where we live. We frequent here often and have never had an issue. Great selection and always decently organized. Cart and baskets are always being sanitized which at this time is pretty important so I enjoy that I know for a fact im going to be getting a clean cart!

Still target prices and you still have to hunt for a bargain but it was a nice shopping time.

Kassandra and Aspen were amazing at helping me solve my problem and talking me off of a cliff. 3rd party shoppers should never be allowed to purchase items for other people. They dont have a vested interest in anyone but themselves. Target employees like Kassandra and Aspen have to clean up the mess these delivery people make.

Dont know what it is about Target, but we can never find anything to buy here. Store is clean, shelves are mostly stocked. Few staff, but those were busy trying to restock the place.

I frequent this target. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The parking lot is huge so no worries about finding parking spaces

This store is always seems to be a hot mess when I come here, the clothing racks crazy, the shoe areas chaotic, and clearance areas wrecked. The restrooms were absolutely horrific, understandable that its not a priority with holidays, but looks as if it had been a few days for some good upkeeping. The food courts prices are crazy and is usually just as disorganized. The lines are not so bad now that the self checkout is there, but if it works. Ours broke before we really got started so we ended up moving over to a cashier, very exhausted and well due to leave for his shift. Amidst his angst to get off he made our experience great, he was extremely kind and encouraged our purchases, didnt even forget to bring up the Target Credit Card pitch. Overall the prices are higher than other similar retail shops but if you spend enough time searching you will find some great deals.

Sonia was amazing while we were checking out. She helped us find out pricing and made everything easy. I wish more people were like her. It makes shopping more fun!

My absolute favorite place to go and do daily therapy while pushing a cart keep my balance and visiting withMany random people.

Target is the best for home goods and I give great clothes there for me and my 1 year old son.

I dislike how when your younger and you walk in the store if your trying to do some real shopping they automatically have people following you and treating you as if you are stealing. I understand that you need to keep your stores safe however you dont need to completely take the joy out of shopping. Also, I know its due to COVID, But I cannot wait for the fitting rooms to be open again. Half the clothes I bought I have to take back and Im just not interested in the back and forth.

Just got my first Drive-Up / Pick-Up at this location and...

An employee stopped me at the self checkout and told me about the shoe coupon on the Target App. She saved me 20 bucks that day. She didnt have to do that, I was already going to buy them. It was a wonderful gesture that showed she genuinely cares about her guests that come into the store. My family talked about the experience on our way home and told our neighbors. Everyone agreed that kind of attention gets repeat customers. I wish I got her name. She was wonderful.

There was a young lady at the cs desk. Long reddish hair, dont remember her name but she was just so sweet and warmed my heart.. she made my whole day!! Thankyou!! My grandson it!!!!!

Love target but this location is deep in anti-mask territory (North springs) so beware of people not wearing masks and no one enforcing it.

I recently went into the store, that has not happened at the time of this pandemic. I was frustrated to find that my Target card did not work. They said for your security protection. BS! you say you want to help in this time of covid, people are housebound, and when the opportunity to get out you find your card does not work! Helping during covid would be to leave my card alone. Even if I dont use it for a long while, it is because Im at home being mindful!

I went to Target since the Nintendo switch controller I was looking for was on sale. When we got there, the in store price was higher so the employee not only was willing to match the online price but even checked other sites like Amazon to make sure we got the best price match deal. Fantastic service!

It was the only store that had my coffee beans in stock. I love Target! They have a great selection, and the prices are perfect. I also love the fact that I can order items for our great-grandkids and have them delivered to their house. Have never been disappointed with Target.

I came in today hoping to get the Lego set of The Child from Disneys The Mandalorian. The website said there was limited stock at this location. When I got to the lego isle I could not find it. So I asked a kind gentleman named Miguel to help me. He went and searched in the back and got me the last one!! I left the store with a huge smile on my face and so happy I can gift this to my brother tonight while we stream season 2! Thank you again Miguel you made my week!!!

Horrible customer service I went in today and picked up some air filters well they rang up a different price so I said something and Janet the cashier kinda started off a little argumentative and I told them they could look up the security footage. So I went over and the guy then proceeded to blame me for his section being a mess. I believe his name was Josh. What the heck I have been having horrible customer service lately. People if you don’t want to work in customer service please don’t. This by far was the worst experience I have ever had at target.

Unlike the NE Target in town where they meet me as I pull up with my order, the curbside is only getting pulled by one poor person at 6pm on a SATURDAY so even though I’m the only person here no one has brought my order in ten minutes.

My husband & I inadvertently left one of our bags at checkout. Target once again exceeded our expectations of outstanding customer service by working with us to see that we were able to collect our merchandise. This remarkable customer service, teamed with the friendliness & cleanliness, are the reasons that we shop Target.

In store pick up was quick and easy, almost no line and the lady at the counter was very nice. Best pick up order experience yet. I love ordering only what I need online, even when the store is closed,then going in to grab it when its open without getting distracted or walking through the whole store.

Target continues to offer everything I love and shop for. It is easy for me to go and find what I need. If something is popular and sold out the item is available to order. Target also changes with time - always staying current, modern, and providing what a customer wants.

I use to shop at this Target for years. Always clean and well stocked. Friendly staff. We moved away and have come back. Went in there twice now in the last 2 weeks. If your lucky they have 1 cashier now. The rest is self serve checkouts. Hate those. Ive had to stand in line for both at least 10 minutes. Listened to the customers complain under their breath. This Target will close one day because of this. Cashiers are faster. Their trained for checkouts. Average person stands at the self serve dumbfounded. Long lines now. Sorry Target I use to love shopping there. Not anymore.

I visit this Target at least once a week. I love the online order pickup option, and the fact that there is no minimum on order pickups. The customer service here is always phenomenal, and hardly ever a line. We even did order pickup on a huge portable air conditioner, and they loaded it into our Jeep for us, we didn’t lift a finger. Thanks for all the help!!

A cleaner Wal-Mart with good customer service and faster service prices are a little higher but its not to bad of a place...

The prices shown on their website are lower than what they are in their store. This is why brick and mortar stores are losing business to online retailers. I ordered the item off Amazon as I was walking to my car.

I had an excellent shopping experience at this superstore this morning. I was alone, in a hurry, had a certain item I wanted that was on sale, and was not familiar with the layout of the store. So I asked an employee that was near me as I walked in to the store if she could help me find the particular item I was looking for. She said, sure, and immediately used her device to locate the item, told me the specific location of it in the superstore, pointed to where that was, and I got to the section of the store. Once I was there and couldnt find the exact item I was looking for, I asked another employee who was nearby, she was glad to help me, walked me right to the item, and scanned the barcode of to make 100% sure it was what I wanted. Fantastic!

Well stocked and easy to find things that you’re looking for thanks to the organization system. The different brands in the hair care section and the wide variety of options to choose from - pleasantly surprised at the wide variety! Thank you Target !

Whats not to love about target

Love when they have deals but otherwise overpriced on a lot of items especially home goods.

Target has the easiest BACK TO SCHOOL shopping tool on the planet! I was able to retrieve my sons list and have it all drop shipped to my house with a touch of 1 button. In the past I spent hours roaming around to purchase everything. I also love the Target brands because they are high quality and amazing values! The 5% discount with the Red Card is awesome also!

Missing some basic needs items. Hopefully it will get better.

I wanted to say thank you to the people who work at Target . I can’t think of a better place to shop, but also of most friendly and up building community to be . I lost my wallet there and was really upset that I had lost all my documents and cards. They put all the effort to find it and had called me right away to let me know it’s at the desk ready to be picked up ! Can’t thank you enough ! You are all amazing !

I was very disappointed when shopping for Easter items today. There was not ONE thing that had to do Jesus Christ. He is the only reason for Easter. It is a Christian holiday and if you are not willing to agree that Easter’s roots are about the resurrection of Jesus Christ then why do you celebrate it? Sadly I feel I can no go to Target for its convenience if you are going to have a “tolerance” stand but not tolerate the gospel of Jesus Christ.

However, if a product is too pricey for me, between my Cartwheel and RedCard discounts, I have a decent chance of being able to better afford the item I desired.Target...do not let this go to your head! ;) We love you because we can afford you.

I am a single mother of three kids. This target is by far the best and least overwhelming. The other stores are larger with (what I feel like) more business. I like that I can bring my kids and not get weird looks or have anxiety kick in because there are so many people. The staff is always so nice says hello and always asks if there is anything they can help with. Overall, every single time, great experiences.

Talk about being Black Friday ready! I had a strict budget and Targets BF add/sale had exactly what I needed. When I got there, associates were standing at the ends of every aisle to make sure you could find what you needed and they knew where *everything* was. I was in and out with my entire list in about 20 minutes! Best Black Friday experience EVER!

I normally do not take time out of my day to sit and write a review. However, I have met some of the kindest employees at this particular target. Not only does the cashier, Marianda(my go-to) try to help me save money but she also takes the time to explain all the good deals to me. And just as other employees do so! My visits here are always welcoming, and has my every want and need!!!!

Pros of this location:Always stocked, never crowded, easy to get to, good customer service, wide selection of products.Cons:Longer lines due to the lack of open registers, self checkout always glitches out.Overall:This location is good, and has a wide selection of products, but that seems to be EVERY Target in the area, oh and it is well stocked.

Used to like this target, but last night their security guy randomly stopped me and asked to see my receipt, thats fine, but then he demanded to see in my bag and subtly accused me of stealing until I went through the receipt item by item. Made me very uncomfortable.

Genuinely the best Target store Ive been to (including in other states) - not only is it well-stocked with a broad selection of items and convenient location-wise, but its always super clean, the staff are very friendly and very helpful, and the noise level is minimal at best - no music blaring loudly over the radio! Excellent!

Well At 5:50 PM today 19 MAR 19 I went into the store to buy some towels, bug killer. Milk and cereal. at 6:05 pm I went up to the cashier #3 .She told me that she was closed so I then went and looked for another cashier due to I dont use the self check out. If I use the self check out then I the customer should get even more off the price. When I go to cash out I use the one that is done buy people not a machine. We know that this will make your prophets bigger but I make a point to just use real the Cashier to checkout. When I didnt see any other Stations open. I went to ask the Cashier at station 3 . I was about 3.5 feet from her back when I asked in a nice normal talking voice. Mam are you gointg to call another cashier? No answer or acknowledgment that she heard me. So I asked again and there was a line of four carts where I had been standing in line.Again no response. So I said to heck with it and put down the 1/2 gal milk, cereal, towels and bug spray on the station right across for her back. An left.Well I went to Safeway down from your store and found everything and some more items while there . i spent a total of $61 there. You lost my sail and I wont stick my head back in there for the next year. I spend my money elsewhere. Most workers were nice

Was part of a Nintendo Switch event this morning. The line was kept calm, tickets were handed out designating the number of units available before going in the store. The staff was quick, professional, and what stuck out was the manager then praised his crew on a well done and rapid series of transactions. Will definitely make this my go to store.

Target stores are well organized, clean and carry a wonderful selection. My recent online purchase with pick up at the store was easy and convenient. I also find returns completely hassle-free.

Black Friday Shoppers: This store did a GREAT JOB handling customers. They had a fully staffed store, with extra people at the end of each aisle to help folks get in and get out with their purchases with a minimum of fuss.

Got hungry waiting for my online pickup order, so Glen, a maintenance man, was behind the cafe and graciously offered to help while the regular cafe attendant was on break. Thank you, Glen, for going above and beyond, and having a great attitude about it as well!

This Target store is easy to shop and orderly. I almost never wait in line and all but one of the cashiers is pleasant and efficient.

There was a long line that went by very fast, they have everything you could possibly want having to do with furniture, clothes, accessories, or hygiene products.

This is a small Target but they do a good job with their merchandise. Not a large selection on many things but a nice variety of goods. I do enjoy a smaller store when I only need a few items.

Target stores have better quality products and cleaner stores than Walmart at competitive prices. I LOVE the sturdy, quiet-rolling shopping carts - they really make a difference in the noise level in the stores. Every store should have these. Target also has a more extensive selection of products than Walmart, and the Super Targets carry a good selection of grocery items. Their same-day pick-up service for items purchased online is quick and convenient, and employees are pleasant and friendly.

Love this Target. Its in a safer area of town and they always have what Im looking for. The lines are usually short and its not too crowded.

Its perfect: A neighborhood store feel with national chain store prices. The staff remembers me and my children, they engage my kids in conversation, help them make purchases, save treats and special offers for them and have developed the kind of customer relationship that is almost impossible to find anymore. In addition, the store offers just about everything we need at great prices. What more could you ask for?

This particular Target doesnt have all of the merchandise you would expect. Its as though someone at the corporate office is determining that for you. I hope they realize that the consumer is much more sophisticated and savvy than what typically ends up here. The staff is friendly.

I bought a womens cruiser here and within two months the seat & handle bars had fallen off, and the brakes were completely out. I took it in for an exchange and the employees were very nice about getting me a new mountain bike, though an $80 difference. A few days after the front wheel of that bike completely blew, but I made it there literally AT closing time and the staff was so nice about letting me in and getting me yet another bike. Quality of items: Awful. Service: Amazing.

This is a great Target store which has a wide range of products to choose from. Prices are pretty good and there is a supermarket area which has a large range of ice cream products like Ben and Jerrys. There is also a free wifi service and bathrooms which are convenient for visiting

I was just in on Thursday dec 6, and had the unfortunate experience in dealing with Margaret at the customer service section. I picked up an online order and asked if I could return an item from there since I just bought it in store. I was told by Margaret that I could not. Then I asked her for a large bag to place my other large items in it, and she sighs and hands me a bag. Luckily a customer in line was willing to help me place my curtain rods in the bag. During the entire process she was unnecessarily rude. I understand that there are other people waiting in line, but I waited about 10 minutes in line as well. One I got my order I asked for the store manager who would be on break for 4 minutes. I was told that a supervisor Amy was available to talk. I told her what happened and she offered to refund it. She promptly issued a refund on a gift card. Something Margaret didn’t even think of or offer. Afterwards she told me that she will email her superiors my complaint against Margaret’s rudeness and lack of customer service. We shall see if she actually does.
