The workers there have no idea what they are doing. I had business cards made and the lettering was so small you needed a magnifying glass to see it. And then when I told them about it I asked them to resend it back and have it fixed they refuse to do it. I will take my business elsewhere not only did they mess up business cards they messed up my yard signs they just cant get the job done correctly

If I could give them zero I would. Horrible!! Placed order online was advised a certain day and time the order would be ready. Called day after delivery (giving them more time) and was advised by the print supervisor Edgar he did not have the order as it was still Processing and would have to call the 800 number. Called the 800 number and waited on hold for over 45 minutes to be told they would have to look into it and have to wait another 24-48 hours. Mind you, these are baby shower invitations and need to be mailed cutting my time even shorter. Still have not received a call back!! Would not recommend to anyone!

This New manager Edgar has horrible customer service, I’ve been doing business with this location and never had problems, the beautiful black girl helping me was great, he waited until she has printed all my work to simply tell her not to laminate and bind two pages because their machines jams, I was there for about an hour, I’ve been doing the same biding for 8 years.

Huge compliments to employees Michaela and Bailee. They gave us amazing customer service. We were not in the best mood when we came in, having been unable to get what we wanted at another store. Michaela made sure we got everything we needed and that it was the correct cartridge for our printer. She was able to find another product I needed. It is online only, so she and Bailee got the product ordered and made sure the delivery time would be acceptable. Good job, ladies.

Wow Office Depot, Wow. What a sad excuse for quality service! I ordered 2 bundles of paper and THIS is how they come. Not a SINLGE one not completely ripped up out of 18 reams! Who knows how bad the paper inside of the so called packaging is. Our office has to have quality products in order to properly execute our jobs, THIS IS NOTHING NEAR QUALITY!!! Over $100 of good that has potential of being unusable.

Warning you do not want to do business with this company, they gladly accept your money, psst! that is immediately, tell you of a delivery date that comes and goes, offer you phone service to a robot so you can practice what to say, they love seeing their customers angry. You receive a handful of excuses and a mouthful of I wants, however NO RESOLUTION to the problem, you as a individual mean nothing to this company neither does your business as for delivery of the product they use a half stepping outfit that either refuses or does not want to communicate with the customers they are suppose to deliver to. As for your money they take it, they inconvenience you, and they use YOUR money interest free as you MUST wait 3 days or more after cancelling. Neither the staff at the store nor their corporate we ignore you number offer assistance. Now use this store at your OWN risk for anything being delivered.

Went in this week. Bought a new keyboard/mouse combination. I was told that they wont except returns on keyboards. now? Pandemic? Not a single staff member was wearing a mask. I wont be going back as they dont seem to care at all about customer safety.

Excellent service and quality in the printing center. I had a large, complex order anf it was handled perfectly. Store was clean and laid out well. Easy to find what I needed. Workers were helpful, but not bothersome. The thing I liked most was that everyone working there was actually working - no side social conversations/goofing off while I needed help, no workers standing around trying not to notice customers, and workers easy to find when I needed assistance. Great experience. Great store.

Wow thats all I can say! When me and my brother entered the store all three employees asked what we where looking for? we told them printers. befor they all followed us to the printers one of the employees tells me just so you know we dont have any cheap printers left they stood over us as we shopped constantly ask what we where doing and where we where going with the Merchandice in our hands, I noticed three other customers who where White they where greated and left to shop in peace while my brother and I who are black and Hispanic where Followed around the store and interrogated and continually told about the prices of everything we looked at, as we left the store we saw a black man come in after us and they stared following him! I have never had this happen to me I will never shop Office Depot again no matter how desperate I am.

Went in for simple copies of an email pdf attachment. Was sent to the self service machine. Waited 10 minutes for a confirmation email that never came neither did any associates to offer assistance. Will not spend my companys money where I get ZERO customer service.

I have gotten a few different IT items here and I have never had any issues with anything. I always feel like I get helped right away and can get what I need. The service is generally always pretty good.

Office Depot/ Office Max has good and bands. Unfortuinally a girl from office max named Caroline Russell brings the bad with her. She fails to separate friendships from work. It got to be not only us not being friends. She is very inappropriate and unprofessionalMaking rude faces.Not understanding I’m going through a bad year/ bad holiday rush as bad as 2004!!Not respond to my mom passing away.Walk away when I need her help.She can’t provide customer service let alone be friendly!

I went there asked for a print of resume double sided in black and white for jobfair here.She comes up askes me if i wanted resume paper and i said whats difference she said none so i said ok.So what would have been a print of 30 cents a bage ended up 60 cents a page. I ask for manage to complain and he turned around and said he gave me resume paper for free and he did not.Then cause i sked for black and White and she printed it in color he wanted to charge me even more.These people are scamers and dont know how to do their job

I found myself with a printing emergency. After a bad experience at another company who suddenly said they could not complete my order, the employee here assured me she could get it done. And she did in a timely manner! She handled a frantic person well.

This is absolutely, hands down the worst service Ive ever received. I had to call the Office Depot corporate number to get any kind of service when all I need was an itemized receipt to be reimbursed for a purchase.This is the last time I will waste my time or money on going to an Office Depot store. I came in today to buy some supplies for the office and I bought a whole case of paper and some other small things. when I was checking out I asked if I could take the cart out since I weigh about half of what the case of paper dose and the lady told me that I would have to carry it out myself because they only have two carts left and no cart thing outside and didnt want to lose the cart. so therefore I struggled with my purse, bag of office supplies plus a case paper. lets just say I will be going elsewhere for office supplies.

I just went to this awful store and tried to buy a printer but the checkout chick was the worst ever. We asked her to do a price check and after 5 minutes she says we were giving her hassle and giving us attitude. They lost out on $200 and walmart gained them. Nice job Office Depot, great customer service.

Went in to drop off a UPS package with a pre-printed label. Package still hasnt arrived after two months. I wonder what happened.

Custimer Experience Supervisor Daniel was absolutely unhelpful. Printer is a few days out of warranty, necessitating a claim through SquareTrade. Still charging me astronomical rates for printing. If this were under my discretion, my customer would have walked out with free printing or a working printer.
