OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I needed something to promote my new business like “yesterday”!!! I called Jeremy in the printing department and explained my dilemma. He walked me through how to design a postcard on the website over the phone. Jeremy was so patient and kind to me. This young man literally put my fire out within minutes! I’ve never ever had a printing job done so quickly and precise. I was thoroughly impressed and pleasantly surprised. Thank you so very much, Jeremy! You was instrumental in helping “Balloons with a Boom” inaugural’s weekend a great success! I’m forever grateful!!!!!!!

They have very knowledgeable staff. Once I walked in I was greeted and asked what I needed and they knew exactly where everything was. I have to say Brittany provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. The store is very open, bright, organized, and well cleaned. Going down the isles browsing there was near nothing out of stock.

The only thing that saved this review was the nice gentleman helping me out in the document print section. I needed something printed and he did it quick plus answered a few other questions.I originally went into the store to buy a new printer, and the sales rep didn’t feel that knowledgable or listened to what I was looking to buy. Come to find out she is a manager, not impressed. On top of it, a majority of their printers in store are out of stock and need to be ordered online. Not worth going to if you want to buy a printer and take it home same day.

I got some stuff printed here for free which was nice.it was only about 5 or 6 sheets of paper total, but I still appreciated the kind gesture of the guy working here when I came in.I also got a good deal on a pretty big trash can!this is a cool place to get a lot of stuff that other stores like Walmart, Target, Safeway, etc. MAY also have...but those places dont specialize specifically in selling only household & office products like Staples does.they also dont have as many choices as Staples does!well, I really hope the company doesnt go out of business because I like coming here!

Everytime I come in, no matter who is working, there is always someone who immediately greets me and can point me exactly to where I need to go for what Im looking for.One time I had a question, and where one employee didnt know, another stepped in to help.The products can be a little pricy, but I dont mind when the have such helpful staff on hand.

Well I came here in Jully 2021 and the people werent very friendly. One clerk asked if I needed help but after telling me where to find what I was looking for didnt seem interested in other solutions, and when I paid and left wasnt authentic enough in their attitude.Walked the whole place looking at things and no one seemed interested in helping me other than the clerk, meriting the poor review. Not sure why I got ignored so hard and ultimately didnt leave the store with most of what I came in for which could have been a high ticket sale to setting up my new office became nickles and dimesnfor a few markers to give them one last chance.Could have been a bad day but the staff was more interested in talking to themselves than helping me.

I have had many visits to this store for some business printing, and the people their are very helpful and professional. Much appreciated, especially during this trying time of COVID-19.

Sam was extremely helpful! Came in to get a gaming chair before Xmas but they are out till after. He called up another store and reserved one for us! Such great customer service

I came in to get some printing done, and the guy working there (I should have gotten his name) was so helpful and patient with me. It took me some extra time to figure out how to get all of my documents sent and once I did, he allowed me to write down all of my page ranges and details for each job - about 12 jobs total. He also let me check all of my print jobs once they were done to ensure that everything looked good. Lastly, he helped cut down on some of the costs through the rewards program and other deals! I really enjoyed my experience today and will be coming back for any future printing needs.

The store seems to be stuck in a 90s Time Capsule. I thought the Office Depot down the street looked old but this location certainly tops that. The prices are some of the highest Ive seen for items that you can purchase in other retailers for a much cheaper price. On the plus side, they have Overhead Projectors for $125... Even though Im not sure whod even buy that.

Mr. Quinten, the manager at the New Center Point Colorado Springs store, was extremely helpful recently. Superbly organized, I needed 169 pages printed on the last day of the Veteran’s Day sale!!! I remembered this not long before store closing, hurried there and arrived to find customers ahead of me!😫 Anxiously waiting in line, calculating the expense including the AWESOME 25% discount, I prayed for a smooth transaction. Not only did Mr. Quinten patiently answer my questions, he also had some very helpful suggestions which enabled me to have multiple copies made instead of the one I had initially planned. Due to his timely service, I was literally able to find more great sales throughout the store, retrieve a specific form of payment I had left in my vehicle due to my well organized, hurried planning😅 and leave the store just AFTER closing! He graciously unlocked the door for me and thanked me, though he deserved many thanks! Thank you so much for your patience and impeccable customer service, Mr. Quinten! You R-O-C-K! First off i would like too say i did like going to this store ... untill tonight when i was shopping and was approached buy a store clerk and said one og the customers ... said they seen me stick something in my pocket.. And after i took everything out of my pockets... then even after i showed hur everything in my pockets to be mine ... The clerk sat there and a look on hur face that made me super uncomfortable i set the ideas down that i was going to buy down and...A started to walk fo the exit..THE OTHER clerk called the rent a cops. so in a nut shell if you dress a s rocker look grunge look dont come to this location they will bug you

Very kind and helpful staff here! We found these awesome covid time capsules they were giving away, we were able to ask for some extra copies for my mothers preschool class, they were awesome and accommodated us! Definitely will he returning to this specific location!

Be very careful and make sure there are no obstructed or subtly placed disclaimers about return policies. Due to covid is a business excuse to steal your money. Signage for earbuds was tucked nicely behind product and now I am out over $30 for inferior product and a sorry. Be very careful.

Dont think they sell stamps cause they havent in over a year so dont waste your time like I did thank you

I wont be doing business with Staples again. Guy on the phone just told me they didnt leave me a voice message because my voice mailbox is full, when my voicemail is 100% EMPTY. After I hung up from him I even had someone call me and leave me a voice message! Dont lie to me.

Jeremy in the copy & print center is amazing. I have been here many times and his customer service was exemplanary!!! I will continue to only come to your staples location for my service needs!

The people there help me print blueprints for my place of work, and accomplished them in a timely manner. The service was great and the employees were polite and helpful, great prices, clean and organized. I recommend you stop here for your next office supply needs.

Officemax up the road from this Staples closed up shop so I thought I would give this place a try. From time to time I need color copies for my job, not many but a few at a time. I went in about 11:00 am and I was second in line and there was one person behind the copy counter (Which was the copy center manager). When he was done he asked me what I needed as if I was interrupting his day. I asked him how I could email him a copy and print it. He walked over to the counter, grabbed a card and threw it on the counter and walked off. I thought ... well ok. So I emailed it to the store, which took a total of 5 seconds. Meanwhile this gentleman never looked at me again. He was messing with some kind of paper in the back of the copy center while I stood there waiting. I decided to just leave and not deal with this horrible customer service. I found The Copy Center on Academy which was super friendly and got me in and out in under 5 min.

The staff at this store is always so helpful and kind. I really appreciate their service.

I like Staples. They have just about any office supply I need and they have breakroom and cleaning items too. If you want to save time you can purchase the items on-line and they are waiting for you 1 hour later. They have great copy machines, black and white or color, self help or done by their staff.

Staples has a large selection of office supplies and a moderate amount electronics. However, when compared to other stores, their items are way over priced. It is easy to see why online shopping is preferred to shopping in stores. There is no comparison to the savings found on line. I paid $3.49 for 500 staples, but 1000 staples were $2.99. The fact that I paid as much as a stapler for 500 staples is baffling. Probably my last stop there for any office supplies. I did compare other prices and noted that I paid $75.00 less for my printer online and computers were between $100 and $300 more than other stores and online. However, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Most employees do know how to help, but those prices ouch! I shouldnt find the same toner online for $25 less when its the same store. Online prices are great, but totally different in store.

I tried going and printing something that I emailed to myself. The woman helping me acted as if she couldnt be bothered by what I was asking. Mind you she was in the PRINT AND COPY department desk. She just gave me a card to walk myself through it, even after exclaiming I wasnt tech savvy. Not helpful at all. Left with no copies printed. Complete waste of my time.

Dont trust them with your printing needs. Same day printing means that if they feel like it, they may get it done. If not, youre out of luck.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I turn in a order to have a small booklet duplicated and enlarged. I dropped this off on 1 Oct 16 which was Saturday. I called today 7 Oct 16 at 430pm as I havent heard anything from them all week on the status of my order. After being on hold for 30 min, they came back and said they had their hands full and would call me back. After not hearing from them, I headed to the store. When I got there, the guy there couldnt tell me anything about my order and when he found it, there was nothing done at all. What a waste of my time. A hole week and nothing done at all. The customer service was none Existent!!!!

I went to Staples today to pick up some things, most on sale. I had 4 pages of things printed out to buy and had made an reservation for one of the items. I got an email today saying that my item was ready for pick up. Going through the store I found only a few items that were on my list. I went up to the service desk to ask for help. After standing there watching 2 employees talking, and another helping a person who arrived after me I finally said are you going to ask if I need help. I got told they didnt have the first missing item from my list. I asked for help on a few more locations.Out of the 4 pages of things to buy, they had 3 of the items on my list from their sale ad. Its Tuesday, so their ad has been on for 2 days. Insane. I almost expected the .25 cent items to be gone, but not all the rest of the items. So I asked for my order that I got informed was there. One girl looked and then had to call a manager. My order was not there. I gave up, said they could put my few items in my cart away and left vowing that I WILL NEVER RETURN TO STAPLES.

If you need it for the office or school they probably have it. I ordered business cards, fast and competitively priced.

The fax machine took a while to send my faxes but they have good customer service right as you walk in the door

Tried to call with a question regarding getting my computer serviced, got put on hold each of the 3 times I called, until their machine hung up on me. I know I must be crazy to call back 3 times and spend a total of 21 minutes on hold, but I thought they were actually interested in providing a service and obtaining business.

Took in paperwork for shredding. They are having a discount on shredding right now!

This is what I get for trying to order from my local Staples again. The machine is down. No phone call so I can make other arrangements. No switching to another location.

Went in to get some enlargements and copies, wasnt able to get the enlargements due to copy right laws but did get the copies. The young gentle that waited on me was very pleasant and helpful.

People have zero personality, but they were quick.

Clerk took time to help me find the charger and when he did not have one that would work he suggested other options. He was very helpful.

3 bad experiences here. We ordered an item, and it didnt come on time. No big deal, we went back a week later, they sent the wrong quantity. Thry also took about 40 mins to locate thr order and call management about the error. Said we needed to ship it back so they could send us the right quantity. Weve ordered these from other Staples before and we know they come in bundles of 50, so why send back 50 so they can send it back with a second bundle. We needed the item, so they said to take the 50 and come back in a week and theyd have the full order of 100 for us. We went back today and they did not have the full order for us, just another half order, so this was a huge waste of time with no compensation. While we were there we were going to pick up ink, since they have dozens of signs all over their ink that day 110% price match guarantee. They agreed to price match best buy, but not beat it by 10%. Cashier says thats only if its out of stock, which nowhere in the fine print does it say that. It says they match competition and beat it by 10%, but they will not. We will not be shopping at this Staples (or maybe any staples) again

Nothing like getting chewed out by the boss when Staples sends you the wrong stuff.

Like going to this store. Only thing is a few times I did have some issue with a price or a return other then that it is great.

Theyve got these self serve print machines that cost less than working with an employee so the employee showed me how to work the self serve machine...so he still did the work, but I got it for less and I learned something.

I bought a desk chair in January and have since moved, somewhere in the move, I lost the receipt, the chair has since broken while I was sitting it it, causing me to crash to the floor and bash my head on my desk. The man on the phone, who didnt identify himself, rudely asks So what do you want me to do about it? then tells me they wont exchange it without a receipt. Never buying from here again

The night manager DJ.. whom thinks he can bully his employees around needs to be fired. Telling folks ill have you crying working with me... As a manager you just dont speak to folks and treat kids in that way. Be a role model not a di*kweed.

The worse staples I have ever been to....their copy/service center always has dome type of issue or fax machines not working. If theu are behind on work they will tell customers to come bavk or wait 30 mins or more for service even though all employees are not actively working on the issue or any issue/problem at the time assistance is needed....GO TO OFFICE MAX.....

The Copy Center is fantastic! Almost every time I go in -- theyre swamped. Even so, they make sure to attend to my needs. Ive worked with all three of the associates (Jen, Chris, Ryan) and they really go above and beyond.

So much for same day service as advertised. Place order before 2pm and pick it up same day. Yeah, not so much.

Typical store employees, lazy dont know anything and just pretend to know they know exactly what youre Wanting to hear.
