Every time I’ve gone in here, the customer service is on point. I’ve dropped documents to be printed that have had dark spots on the originals and they have taken the time to call and ask if they can lighten the areas and have fixed items I never would have caught. This team seriously goes above and beyond and I’m constantly impressed. I will not go anywhere else for printing. I appreciate you guys so much!

One stop shop, great Coustomer service! I come here for stamps, shipping, and printing. Their line is usually shorter than the post office on Research. They meet all my printing needs at reasonable prices .

I went to the website prior to going to the shop. The website is up and running but the store is permanently closed... I went for nothing.

The go to place for postal service.I went to my local post office to use their automated service to mail an IRS document. All of the self service machines were off line and the it wasnt open yet. When googling post offices Copy It popped up and I noticed they were open. Super quick service, friendly and so efficient, I was out of there in minutes. I trust Copy It to do it right. Post offices here locally drop the ball on so many levels. Its good to see another non-governmental company is around to do it right.

Ashley was wonderful! I always come here to get Christmas letters printed, and she did it right, quickly, and I was out in 10 minutes. Great place for quick copies- plus having a post office annex is handy this time of year to avoid the regular post office long lines.

I used copy it to send emails to have documents printed that contained spyware links in a manifest and other malicious files on my devices. I printed these to preserve evidence of illegal and unauthorized activity on my device and accounts. Going through my files and preparing my report for the police and FBI, many of the crucial details I send in original email completely gone. There are files where the print job stopped at exactly where the evidence would have been. Or appears it was somehow edited and removed.I sent a few emails this week printed every single one but the document with the legal name of my cyber stalker printed. This was intentional by Mason. After the reality of someone tampering with my evidence another example of who the employee at copy it could be interfearing. If he didn’t print the entire email might not have been so obvious. He smirked at me laughing at what he intentionally did.Cyber hacker is local and does not act alone. This hacking organization also members of mk-ultra gang stalkers.If this “little boy” is involved no ones personal info is safe to be sent here for copies. My idenity is compromised in a massive way.In store staff does not hear me in my saying a staff member is interfering in my emails I sent to print and my evidence. I requested him to be fired immediately.Richard the business owner calls me and I begin to explain he cuts me off and says he is not going to entertain what I have to say.Well if it was your mother your daughter targeted by a domestic terrorism group you certainly would care.I cannot believe how I was just shut down by this guy.If it was your evidence you would care buddy.I spent a lot of money with your company.I own a business and damn would never not hear a customers concerns by cutting them off.What a shameI won’t mention how this punk harassed me with ml-ultra gang signs each time I came in as a paying customer either.Booooo. Customer satisfaction crumbled thanks for showing me how much you care about customers.

The staff here have always been amazing. Very polite and helpful.

So easy to drop off prepaid packages- their staff is prompt and friendly! I stop there anywhere from 1-3 times a week.

Do not go to Richard, i did not like some of his prints and told him, he became rude and unprofessional which ended up with him tossing the copies violentely in the trash can.
