Ordered our countertops through Lowes and Nicole was super helpful explaining the process. The countertops turned out amazing!
Kevin and Mitchell did our granite install and they were fantastic! The were accommodating and Very good at their trade, were very cautious with our floors and items in the home, the install went perfect, they did a good job cleaning up. Ensured everything was well supported and level. Thanks fellas for all the great work! We Look forward to having you come out and install more counters in the future for us!
First off, we really like the product we chose. The people at Crossville were very helpful and friendly when we were choosing our slabs and backsplash, etc. As for Tops in Countertops, after many emails to get the correct estimate, we finalized and paid in full upon request. The installers were very nice. Three of the pieces out of six broke upon installation. We are still very worried about using the countertops! The installers did a nice job of glueing them back together. They worked very hard and cleaned up after themselves. Due to the broken slabs their 4-5 hr job turned into a 9 hour job. Wed requested a specific type, although not custom, edge to our countertops. They were not formed with that request in mind. We were told we could see the drawing and placement on the slabs prior to installation and that did not happen. Its too bad, because they put a vein on a corner, which is where it broke. and they put the most colorful part in a place that is generally covered on our countertops by an appliance. So, the highlighted areas arent in very great positions. Im surprised that after spending thousands of dollars on countertops and such the salesperson or company hasnt called to see how we like our countertops. For those reasons we will not recommend them to our friends, nor will we use them when we do the rest of our remodeling.
Lowes sent us to Tops to look for bathroom vanity top. We worked with Diana at front desk, she was very helpful and Wyatt walked us through the yard and helped us pick granite. We used Tops in 2016 for install of kitchen countertops. Great company.
Tops did a great job installing our quartz countertops. We started the job through Lowes and the entire experience was great. Installers did a great job, arrived on time and were very helpful with any questions we had.
Tops In Countertops did a wonderful job with my solid surface kitchen countertop, the job turned out beautiful and everyone I worked with from the company was professional and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend this company and I will use them in the future. The entire job was hassle-free and Im just thrilled with the completed project!
Engaging Professional installation team! Any issue is addressed promptly and dealt with quickly. Older homes settle and shift (and some newer homes have walls that are NOT even!) and trying to get things to fit is a BIG issue, but Tops In Countertops gets It Done! AMAZING! Worry Free and dedicated to pleasing the customer! A+A+A+A+A+A+A+
Great experience all around. We felt we got a decent price on a soapstone remanent and they held it until we were ready with the remodel. The team was easy to work with and the install team, Kevin and Mitchell went way above and beyond when we hit problems. Doing a remodel project is full of stress and headache, you might just want a team on your side that can help overcome the stuff that will inevitably happen. None of it their fault by the way.I did not know where to go when I needed counter tops....... I took a gamble, all you have is these reviews on the net. I want to say thank you by leaving this review and advising review readers, this is a good choice.
Always a helpful and good place to find your countertops. One of the best on the front range
Everything went well until after the granite was installed. Preface: We found a remnant piece with a particular color and vein pattern that we really liked so had them put it on hold as we continued to look at other places. Our discussion with the design person had been to always cut the remnant to retain as much of the color and pattern as possible - she agreed. So, about 30 days later, we wrote up a contract and paid in full $1300.As this is the last part of our remodel, it sat at their warehouse for about another 30 days after paid before a template could be drawn since the new vanity wasnt installed yet.Long story short - they cut from the wrong side thus eliminating the color and vein we wanted. It wasnt noticed by my wife until after the install. Because it wasnt in writing on our job order, the error is entirely on the customer even though the design tech remembered our desire but forgot to note on the job form also. Seems it was an even miss on both sides but not according to owner Mark. Other than stating he really didnt think we were even attached to the color or vein pattern it was made abundantly clear that nothing was in writing so the burden lies 100% on the customer. He also stated I said I was only going to settle on getting a full replacement but when asked when I said that he backtracked and moved on to another topic - my fault also for not telling the PM it needed to be cut from a particular side. While they say ..pride ourselves with striving to give you the countertop you envision, is a touch misleading to say the least. Id try elsewhere or take a recorder with you.
Tops was subcontracted to install some Silestone we purchased from Lowes as part of a kitchen model. The crew they sent did an outstanding job. They were on time, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Im very happy with their work.
Quality work.... loved the granite... it was a pleasure to work with Diana .. the 2 gentleman that installed our bar top did an awesome job.
