Buyer beware!!!! I had high hopes, but was let down!!! I contacted L3 screen printing with over 6 months to prepare for the the shirts my team needed for the Spartan Race at Fort Carson. Greg at L3 is not communicative, makes commitments and breaks them. It took me making multiple phone calls and emails just to get my artwork I submitted to a state ready to be put on the shirts (it was like trying to squeeze water out of a rock). Then he promised me a demo to show to the team so we could start taking orders. Never got that shirt and he is essentially ignoring my attempts to communicate. This has left me with very little time to line up an alternate source for the shirts, but thankfully found a printing organization that can get us the shirts in time. I would highly highly NOT recommend this organization. The only reason theyre getting one star is that I cannot submit without at least selecting one star.

Greg, who I believe is the owner, was awesome to work with. He was able to be way more competitive that other promotional shops here in town and was able to get our yard signs printed much faster than we anticipated. He even delivered them to the shop personally as soon as they arrived. Highly recommend checking them out if you need any kind of screen printing, embroidery or other promotional products.

I emailed some ideas and Jim turned them into reality. The mock-up looked great and the final product is amazing. Our family trip will be memorialized forever with these patches! Thank you Jim and L3 for the care you showed for our small order, well be back next year!Update the next year: couldnt get a reply email in any sort of timely fashion, after a month gave up and found another vendor. Updating from five to three stars.

May 28, 2013 - My wife and I came in for a screen printing job. There were two men in a room right behind the front counter who were discussing their daughters baseball game. They knew we were standing at the front counter. After five minutes of listening about the baseball game, we left. It wouldnt matter if their products quality and appeal were excellent - without service it doesnt matter. There are plenty of other screen printers in Colorado Springs. We wont go back and will tell our friends not to go to a store that doesnt care about customers standing at the front counter.

These guys do a great job. I work for a large landscaping company in Colorado Springs so we are always getting hats, jackets, shirts, etc. Their work is high quality and theyre easy to work with. I recommend them to everybody!

Great folks. They love America and stock flags for screen-printing. Their embroidery is top notch too! Going with the excellent customer service, I was extremely impressed and will continue to use them.

Dont use this company. We waited for over an hour for the sales guy to come back from lunch. Once we agreed on a price and shirt he told us the designer would be contacting us. That was 2 weeks ago!!!!!!We needed the shirts for upcoming events and they assured us they would have shirts ready for us.We found better results and prices online. Its unfortunate that we couldnt find a local business to support.

Outstanding group of guys who provide excellent service in a very timely manner. They were able to copy an existing number font for a bunch of jerseys and made excellent recommendations for coloring, etc. Do not hesitate to use this company for your printing and embroidery needs!
