This company is a new company and making mistakes but at the clients deteiment. Placed an order almost a month ago which I was assured only took 5 business days to print. The company made another rookie mistake and went ahead and started printung without showing me a proof I received my order 3 business days before my event to find ALL the shirts were WRONG!!!!! The logos were warped and stretched vertically about 2.5 times the height of the actual logo!!!! I contacted the owner who is also the person who stretched the logos who came in right away to see what the issue was. I showed him the issue which is glaringly apparent and he did not understand what the difference was between the two logos that I showed him. Wow!!!! He assured me he would get it fixed and get me my shirts in time and left my office with the box of shirts I then received an email late that night (Friday night keep in mind with now only 2.5 days until my event) stating they could get new shirts in in time however they were choosing to not reprint my shirts. I responded letting him know that that result was unacceptable and was told I was no longer permitted to contact the company in a derogatory manner????? They fully screwed up and an ethical business would fix their mistake and make it right. I tried doing the right thing by giving a new company a shot that I met at a Chamber event. Never have I been burned by a company professionally such as this. I will repeat myself, shame on you.To make matters worse, I was told they were mailing our funds back to us yet we never received our $1,100+ back!!!!!!
