Good company. I bought a headlight modulator. Wouldnt work; when connected I have no high or low beam. Ive been emailing and calling the company, but no response to my email and nobody answers the phone during business hours. I can put up with a defective product; I cant tolerate poor customer service.Update: I received a call from Andy. He said hed send out a replacement. He was very pleasant and courteous. It didnt work again, so he send out a third unit. Now it works fine. Thank you Andy.

I advise everyone NOT to waste their money with this company. Their products are poor quality. Their customer service is poor and dishonest, or they will simply ignore you completely. I have had several of their tailblazer bulbs fail. Each time I contacted the company, and spoke to Andy, I was given one reason or another why the product failed. I was told that the technology had been updated to fix the problem. Each time the replacement product failed quicker than the last one. After the last failure, I was given instructions on how to receive a replacement, with a promise of sending me the latest and greatest version. I followed the instructions and waited a few weeks without receiving a new tailblazer or any contact. I called again and was told that they were working on the replacement. Again, I waited several weeks without hearing from them. I initiated another call. Andy put me off and gave me one excuse after another. This went on for a few months. Finally, the company just ignored my call and did not honor their commitment.

Andy will take care of you. Ive been using their products for 20 years now and their customer service is exemplarily. Andy has the knowledge to determine the best fit for your bike. The products are life savers. Ive lost count of how many cagers have started to make a left-hand turn in front of me but stopped with they saw my modulating headlight. I wouldnt ride a bike without one of these. It is a minimal investment for maximum benefit.

Ordered a headlight and tail light modulator. Received the headlight mod but never received the tail light, tried several attempts to reach them but no answer.

This company does not respond to any inquiries. I placed an order and they have charged my credit card, but the order is labeled as processing for over 10 days. No response from emails. I will start a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.

These people know their stuff! I worked with them for the flashing headlight and tail light modifications for my motorcycle and have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Highly recommend these guys.

No support on weekends apparently since no one answers the phone. Paid $180 for LED modulators a few months ago and the wires coming out of the modules are not strain relieved and slave module has already failed. Unacceptable for a motorcycle application.
