I took a leather jacket for alterations in the sleeves and to have a button replaced on one of the cuffs. 2 months and 4 phone calls later i now have my jacket and the button is still broken. i never recieved a phone call to tell me the jacket was completed even after i left 4 messages. Unfortunatly I work 2 jobs and this place is only open Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday. when i came in to get my jacket the lady (who i am assuming is the owner) recognized me instantly and went to get my coat. i told her about how i called to check the status and never received a call back to which her reply was Huh?! She then charged me $50 for a 2 months incomplete repair. Its now February, winter is almost over, what do i need a heavy jacket for now? I droped this coat off 3 weeks prior to Christmas. Also the button was not repaired and when i brought it to her attention, she said We dont have snaps and told me to take it to a purse repair place to have it fixed. After i reluctantly paid i asked for a reciept to which she replied No, i dont know what you would do with it anyway.Do not take your clothes here unless you want to have a similar experience. i should have taken my coat when she gave it to me and left. I hope the worst for her and her business.
