I have a problem with Bluejays emptying my bird feeders. The lady I spoke to knew what the problem was and made some good suggestions.It was an interesting place to visit. No high pressure selling at all. I will be back.

With the previous manager being gone for a while I feel like it has made the team shine. The team is amazing and knows what they are doing. They are intelligent, kind, sweet people. The energy in the the store always had a bit of a toxic feel about it when the last manager was there. Without her fake smile hanging around the corner not leaving you alone the place has aired out its negative and toxic vibes. It is a wonderfully peaceful place to be and you dont have to worry about being around toxic amd horrible people. This team is one of a kind and the products are amazing. You wont be disappointed. :) happy birding.

Prices are high but they have the right stuff. And since birds are pets, it pays to get the best for them.

Great when Tara was managing the store.... She was kind, understanding and not unfair but not easy either.... A legit return was always taken and questionable ones were even better compensated than anyone Ive ever dealt with at a retail store.... They care and the whole team is knowledgeable and great at what theu do.... Ask questions.... Get your yard just how you want it..... This is the place for supplies for bird watching and feeding... Amazing but less so since the last manager not being around anymore.... Still shows her as the manager on the web so who knows.....

This is one of the best places to buy ANYTHING birdy. Magnificent top-of-the-line products, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Delightful and wide selections and varities of birdhouses, nesting boxes, feeders birdbaths, plus books, windchimes, novelty items like mugs and stationary, and great deals on seed. Give them your patronage!

The kind team at the Wild Bird center have always been helpful with suggestions on good types of food. The team has also been helpful helping me identifying the types of birds that visit us on our patio. Thank you

I love this store! It is so relaxing! Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. And prices are not too bad.

I went in and within seconds was greeted. I asked about hummingbird food and the young lady working pointed out one she says works good for her. I looked around some checked prices out on other bird food and prices all reasonable. I took my hummingbird food home and mixed it out it out and within minutesHummingbirds all over the place. They seem to like the brand she pointed out to me better than other brands I’ve gotten at other places like Walmart. It was 7.99 and makes about a gallon so cheap and no dies or additives and the birds love it! Thanks to the young lady who helped me.

Whenever I go into the store, I am greeted immediately and with enthusiasm. The folks are pleasant and understanding with any of my Bird questions. The store is always clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend this store for anything wild Bird needed.

This place is amazing! Earlier today I went to another store with a similar name where I was treated poorly and talked down to. So I left and came here, I was greeted by Joan and learned a lot and was treated with such kindness. Thank you guys so much! I will be back, a LOT!

They are unhelpful people and very rude. They were so pushy and wouldn’t leave me alone long enough to think. I felt like they were constantly looking over my shoulder or staying close by and not giving me space to see if I was interested in anything on my own. They just kept trying to show me things that I wasn’t interested in. I just wanted space to be able to think and browse. The manager has an attitude and has an air about her that screams she thinks she better than everyone. Her smile is fake. I saw right through it and she honestly gave me the creeps. Not a store that I wish to return to and definitely not a store that I wish to give my money to.
