Wonderful people and service. Cannot recommend them enough. Very honest, and knowledgeable.,highly recommend them
Wonderful experience! Went to the other cart dealer here in the Springs and got the run around with no carts in our price range yet had one available on their site which was not mentioned. We got a great and reliable cart at Ziggys that day! Couldnt be happier! Very nice and helpful staff.
This is not really a serious business, perhaps it is a part time gig for the retired vet owner. I called countless times trying to purchase a unit or have mine repaired. I talked to the owner multiple times but couldnt ever get him to get it in gear and conduct a proper business transaction. Really strange experience.
Cyndi at CALL ZIGGY is incredibly easy and so pleasant to work with! The golf cart we bought is in top condition for a previously owned vehicle -- it looks like its right off the show room. CALL ZIGGY is tops for sales and service. She could not have made this process easier for me. Thank you, CALL ZIGGY! I will recommend you to others.
Thank you for such great customer service! Quick, prompt and great pricing! We have purchased refurbished and new equipment from Call Ziggy and are very happy with the purchases! We would highly recommend Call Ziggy!!
Great service!!!
I show up around 10:30 on Monday. No one is there. I call and a guy says so and so decided to take vacation and that he would be back in 30 minutes. Sooo, I wait about 50 minutes and see nobody so I leave. NOT a good first impression!
STAY AWAY! These folks are nothing but Bad News! I had a cart in for THREE SMALL REPAIRS and left clear instructions. For the next FOUR and an HALF months (a full 18 weeks) I called several times a week, went by in person 3 times a month and nothing was happening. I could never get the courtesy of a return call. The only answers come from a receptionist who says robotically “Ill have John call you”. And I never received a single return call – ever. This shop has THE worst work ethic Ive ever seen, the worst customer service Ive seen, and it is hard to even begin to describe these people. John is ex-military, but he has none of the discipline he must have learned, and none of the Honor or Integrity surely he was taught as a military man. I believe he lives off his government gravy train and this little business is nothing but a hobby – a very sad excuse for a hobby. You can tell by looking at their shop they are HOARDERS, as you see nothing but projects, covered in dust, stacked to the celling and into every corner. My cart ended up in their hoarding collection. (See photos of their horrific shop)I finally had to call the Sheriff’s Office and the District Attorney to find out how to get my property back and to resolve this situation. I was told by an El Paso Co. Sheriff that this “Call Ziggy” group had committed “Theft By Omission” by taking so long and by not performing the tasks required and by delaying the job and not communicating with me for far beyond a reasonable time frame permitted by law. Further, according to the law, they were depriving me of the use of my property beyond reasonable time frame again by law. There was never a contract of stated repairs or shop policies as it required, they have never presented me with a bill or an estimate of any kind. A clear violation of Colorado Law in every case.Following my attorney’s instructions, I told them, I would be there to pick up my property; they had the amazing audacity to tell me they would begin charging daily storage fees if I did not pick it up immediately. Stunning is the only word I can think of to describe this situation. I showed up WHEN I told them I would only to find they are not in the shop. I found an employee out back busily working on the cart to make it run. And after 4 ½ months, it does not even run, it does not go in reverse and other cables, clips, clamps etc. etc. are missing. It could not have been worse. The employee helped me load it up and sent me on my way without ever mentioning a bill or requesting any payment.Right on que, the very next day, after 18 weeks of no communications, they are calling and emailing me for payment of some imaginary bill Ive never seen or approved.I have contacted an attorney and he is ready to take them to court if they make so much as a slightest effort to get paid. Ill spend whatever is needed to teach them a lesson about how to treat customers, much less a fellow Army Veteran! If they learn from this, then good, but I suspect they will be full of self-justification. My main concern now is that the Public learn from my mistake here. Now Ill have to take this cart to another shop to repair all their shoddy and incomplete work. On closer inspection, Ive found many things loose, missing screws, bolts, clamps etc. It is actually a safety hazard to drive as they released to me. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are not trustworthy, do not communicate, do not every work on anything, and when they do it does not work. 100% bad news.Just look at the photos of the shop taken the day I picked up my cart. Pictures are worth a thousand words. By looking inside this messy place you can see it is clear they never do anything. Again Learn From My Mistakes, Stay Away!!!!!
Super friendly staff
Dont even bother going anywhere else for golf cart parts or repair. Just go see Ziggy and get it taken care of.
Great people to deal with.
