From the moment that I walked into the showroom, I knew I was in the right place. Talk about golf cart and utility cart heaven! Wow it was a beautiful thing. Dave and his wife were so friendly! I was able to look around at each cart without any pressures. I ended up speaking over an hour simply enjoying the staff and the carts. If you want a golf cart in Colorado Springs, think no further than Master Quality Carts!
For our 50th anniversary, we decided to treat ourselves to a new golf cart. Several of our friends had worked with Master Quality Carts and were extremely satisfied, so we went to visit Dave and Angie at their store. They were outstanding to work with…professional, friendly, and oh so helpful. They never exerted any pressure on us, but were so great in helping us choose the cart and all the accessories. In fact, we bought a used cart from them 10 years ago and they still remembered us and the cart. That’s pretty amazing!

The crew over at Master Quality Carts are Great!! I went in there a few weeks back to rebuild a $100 golf cart. The first thing they said was, I am going to spend more on parts than the cart will ever be worth, but agreed to help me anyway. As we started to buildout the parts list, they claim was becoming very real. So they mention a used cart they have outside... I took a look at it, it was much newer than my $100 cart and was pondering it, when they thought of any other golf cart they had that was also used and nearly exactly what I wanted! The price was right, so I came back the next day to buy it. During the 24hour period they checked out the used cart to make sure all was well and now a month later, its still running well. Thank you!!!
Friendly knowledgeable great amount of inventory
A terrible experience. They acted like they were not interested in our business. Finally prodded them into selling us the cart we wanted. They said they replaced the coil. Within thirty day the coil failed. We contacted them to see if the coil was under warranty. They couldnt remember if they had replaced the coil and couldnt tell us if it was under warranty or not.We removed the coil which was obviously not newly replaced. This is why they couldnt remember if they had replaced it. We ordered a new coil from a vendor and replaced it. It failed as well.I contacted them again to see if they could look at it. They said it would be a week because they dont have room for our cart or time to deal with it.It seems as though they might have room since about a dozen of their carts will be at my facility this week.I should have just shopped elsewhere when they were not interested in my business. They didnt have time for me then and they dont have time to service their customers now. Steer clear.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service!!!! It’s almost like their annoyed to have to be talking to you!Spend about 2 minutes talking to their Female employee on the phone and you’ll know immediately what I’m talking about..Do yourself a favor and read all of the other negative reviews of this company and don’t take any chances...( I suspect they will be out of business sooner than later which is why they are as angry as they are) Buy your parts online or use one of the several other golf cart companies around that actually appreciate their customers!!! Honestly anyone would be better than this company!!
Purchased a used electric golf cart for a good price. Had unexpected problems with one battery. Dave Stull took care of it with no questions asked. Dave was great to work with. Highly recommended.

Dave and Angie, the owners, provided the worst customer service I have received in 30 years of living in this community. Got quoted a solenoid for $30 drove up there from fountain was told it was $40 paid for it and Angie went to get my change was about two seconds from handing it to me when Dave stepped in. He said that is not the correct price looked up the price told me it was $109 sorry they got my change and set me out the door. Not one Apology was said to me in reference to the price difference which is drastic. Not only that I called and Dave refused to tell me who he was and told me that that’s the way business is done there nothing can be done because I called back upset With the customer service I received. He hung up on me after I asked to speak to a supervisor other than him. I called back got Angie and she told me that they are the owners and hung up on me as well. Most pathetic service I have actually ever received!! Never shop here!!!
