Kathy is so wonderful about taking the time to answer ALL my questions (and I had a lot!). The prices were by far the best I found. Plus, they work hard with you to provide the best hearing device experience for you as an individual!

Maria at the front desk and Kathy are wonderful people besides being very well informed as to everything about hearing and how to improve it. Before I went to Advanced Hearing Center, I hadnt realized how much of my hearing I had lost. Now, I can hear in crowds, at the cinema, and across the table at family gatherings. Kathy performed a hearing test, recommended the correct type (Phonac) and even let me try them out to be sure they were right for me. I go in periodically to be sure they are working properly and I am always greeted and treated like family. The adjustment to wearing them was so easy, I never had any problems from the moment I put them in. Thanks!!

These people are Fantastic! Super helpful and very friendly. Customer service like the old days is hard to find anymore but these people now just how to do it. Thank you so much for all your help with ordering my ear plugs.

I live in Boulder, and I ended up going to Advanced Hearing Center because it was the only durable medical equipment provider on my insurance plan that carried Phonak hearing aids. The staff is great. They helped me do as much as possible over the phone, so I only had to go down once. They were patient and helpful interacting with my insurance company, which kept requesting more documentation and contesting the claim. They even extended the return period at my request. (I didnt end up returning the aids, but it was nice to have the option when my insurance company didnt seem like it was going to pay.) Advanced Hearings service in the year Ive had the aid has been very good, too. I have mailed them to the center twice for cleaning and servicing, and they come back in excellent condition.

Wonderful and friendly staff. I felt at home in their warm comfortable waiting room. Highly recommended.
