This was my best visit Hearing Rehab in my five year relationship with them. Dr. Mathews gave me extensive tests compared to others giving me the exam. She showed me an app that will allow me to control the level of my hearing aids. She also gave me a larger hearing plug that is allowing me to keep one of my aids in my ear rather than having it frequently pop out. Hearing Rehab has always been very professional and effective. This visit was remarkable for me! Thanks, Dr. Mathews, for an outstanding visit!

First... I highly recommend Dr. Mathews, for her empathy, professionalism, and knowledge.The story of how she helped me is pretty cool. I suffer from very sensitive hearing and misophonia, such that it limits my social life. The world is too loud for me. I had no luck finding an audiologist who could help me here in the Springs.One day, I was at the park and a nice young lady (Tiffany) with a small child started chatting with me at the playground. I eventually asked her what she does, and she said she works for the Hearing Rehab Center! I asked her if they make custom (musicians) ear plugs- she took my number and said she would get back to me.On the next business day, she and Dr. Mathews called me on a conference call. Dr Mathews asked me how she could help me, and when I described my struggle she was very compassionate. She said she could help me, and they set up my appointment .Dr. Mathews fitted me with custom earplugs, the process was quick and easy and in less than two weeks my life changed forever. These ear plugs have custom filters that allow me to have conversation without the overwhelm I used to feel, everything is taken down a notch or two without compromising my ability to interact with people close to me. I am now able to go to noisy public places like restaurants and movie theaters, in comfort. My world has gotten bigger thanks to the wonderful people at Hearing Rehab Center.I am forever thankful, and very impressed with the doctor and her staff. I know other people with hearing issues and have referred them all, and will continue to do so.Thank You Tiffany and Dr. Mathews!!!!

I am so glad I have come to the hearing rehab center. Tiffany and John are very professional. John has taken the time over the last few weeks helping me to learn the ins and outs of having hearing aids. Theses hearing aids have helped me to enjoy conversation again without straining to hear what people were saying or straining to watch tv. It’s wonderful to hear again. Fantastic experience all the way around. Been a year now, and Katie and Kristine have made good on every promise. Katie is an excellent listener and makes recommendations on point. Dr. Katie Williams fitted me with new hearing aids in May, 2015, the best ones Ive had since I started wearing hearing aids 12 years ago. When one failed after a year or so, possibly due to sweat getting into it, Katie replaced it under the warranty. Ive had regular appointments to clean my hearing aids or my ears, plus annual hearing tests, all at no extra cost. The original fitting was based on careful testing, including word recognition, and all visits since have been very professional, unhurried, friendly, and complete. If you need hearing aids, and want to deal with people who stand by their products and services, I recommend Hearing Rehab without any reservations or qualifications.

From the beginning, they fit me and set me up with the right devices for my hearing condition (high humidity environments, ability to function with my electronic devices - phones, computer, tv). Kristine is also fantastic - she knows my name when I come in and always gets my devices back on track when they are needed.

After decades of dealing with military service connected hearing issues, I happened to find HRC in Colorado Springs. During the course of two short visits, my hearing issues were resolved quickly and professionally to a degree that I never thought possible. I knew I was having some hearing difficulty, but when Dr. Katie tested me, I found it was much worse than I thought. Dr. Katie explained things wonderfully to me and recommended a splendid pair of hearing aids. Im hearing things I didnt even know were there! Im still amazed at how quiet things get when I take the aids off at night! The aids are so comfortable I forget I have them on. The aftercare is superb, they are always so attentive to getting things adjusted just right. Tina (receptionist) is a peach and takes care of me quite well. I cant give Dr. Katie and her staff a high enough rating.

My dad has severe hearing loss in one ear, and no hearing in the other. Dr. Katie has worked tirelessly to help him get a hearing aid that will help him hear the best he can. Dr. Katie truly cares about your total health and wellness and the ability to hear correctly is a huge part of that. She has spent soooo much time getting the right hearing aid for me, one that fits well, is very comfortable and is in the process of painstakingly tweaking my settings in the booth to get it PERFECT. I am almost there. Its just amazing how Tina is so warm and friendly. This level of care and service is unheard of these days. My husband has had hearing aids from the VA for 5 years and he is so very jealous of the kind of service I am getting. They are so busy, but my appointment times are never rushed. I have been struggling with tinnitus and hearing loss and also struggling with trying to find someone really concerned about my personal situation! I found that in Dr. Katie Williams. She took all the time necessary to fit me with the proper hearing aids. There was some some trial and error; but the end result has been fantastic. My wife took me to Hearing Rehab Center suggesting that I was having some hearing loss. I was in denial and resistant to go. We arrived at a professional office and were greated by Tina. Tina and Dr. Katie helped put me through a hearing test, showed me the results, and confirmed my wifes suspicions. In some areas I had hearing loss.. Now the fun part came exploring the options. I tried behind the ear, disposable, before I settled on one that inserts in the ear. My hearing is very good in most situations, and my wife doesnt have to have the TV blaring. At work, I can hear even soft voices in meeting rooms. Im very happy with the product I chose, and the after service checkups from Katie, cleanings from Tina. Doing business with this team is very pleasant right down the last piece of candy in Tinas bowl!
