Communication was abysmal. Our hot tub was serviced and not fully functional the next day. I tried to get confirmation that is was operating properly when the technician left and never got anyone to call me back. They scheduled another appointment then never showed up. Finally I got ahold of someone 4 weeks later. When they called back I was told he hadnt been out to repair our system due to needing a replace the control panel system, a $1000+ part. They had known what was wrong with the hot tub and never told us, the owners. They said they would order the part and call us back. Well we didnt get a call back, someone just dropped by and installed the part. Only reason Im not giving a 1 star review is that the hot tub is now operational.

We found Hot Tub Heaven to be very easy to work with. They are easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. They were willing to answer any and every question we had whether or not we were going to purchase anything! We knew nothing about spas and walked away with everything we needed to know! When we are ready to buy our spa we will be going back! Very Impressed! Thank you Hot Tub Heaven for the great experience, honesty, and willingness to help no matter what we decided to do!

Hot tub Heaven is the place to go! I had a hot tub that needed replacement fittings. I brought them in with pictures and was out the door in 10 minutes with everything I needed to make the repair.I stopped at 3 other places before Hot Tub Heaven and no one had what was needed.

Answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly, all while being extremely friendly and pleasant. I bought my current spa from Hot Tub Heaven in 2005 and still love it! Any time Ive had need for repairs or replacement of parts they have been responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. Rarely does it take more than one visit for my spa to be up and running! Their team has always kept my health and safety as their #1 goal! Family owned and it shows!

Is this even a legit business? I inquired about service on the website a week ago and never heard back. On top of that, when I called I got some lady with an attitude who told me she would check the schedule and call back. Five business days later and I still havent heard from them.

Staff here was great. We were able to find the tub we were looking for without any pressure to purchase one or another. After browsing multiple stores, we were pleased with the selection, prices and service of Hot Tub Heaven. Installers were willing to come out as covid restrictions were being implemented. We have gotten a ton of use out of our spa since March and look forward to many satisfied years as Caldera Spas and Hot Tub Heaven customers.

Purchased a new Caldera Tahitian Hot tub with salt water maintenance. Absolutely love it! I have had it about 5 months and have no complaints. Had a minor problem with the secondary controls after about a month and the team at HTH took care of it in days. I would recommend the salt water system as its easy to maintain and feels great. In the time Ive owned it I have only had to add chemicals during the first week after setup. Once established I only have to adjust the setting in the panel for usage. Would recommend this tub and company to All for a great product and service!Update after 16 months: Still absolutely impressed with my hot tub. I cannot say enough how great the saltwater system is! The only product I have ever added to the water is slowly over time the PH and alkalinity increase, so a lid of PH decrease works fine. Always adjust the PH only, the alkalinity will follow. If you have heavy usage, do not add the chlorine, but simply hit the 24 hour boost button and it will correct. The ease of this system is incredible. I had a motorcycle accident in April, and having this tub has definitely made a difference to my body. Cheers!

What a great company!!! I can’t wait to receive the tub we ordered today. We worked Jimmy John first thing this morning. He was great! We told him that we would shop around. He understood and he courage’s it. Not only was it the BEST customer service we’ve received in a long time but the most friendly. Please go meet the staff and ask questions. Very knowledgeable and impressed!

Fantastic team at this business. They were timely and courteous. The spas that they have are far superior in value compared to other hot tub stores. I am so pleased with the Caldera name brand. They have a great dealer here at Hot Tub Heaven. The new salt water system allows for less chemicals and only one water change per year. Obviously, my family and I could not be happier.

I love hot tub heaven! I have used them for the 22 years that I have owned my home. When we bought, there was an old tub built into the deck, and Sam came out many times to keep it going and help us until we were ready to put in a new deck and tub. That was just 4 years ago! When we remodeled the whole thing, we of course bought a new tub from them, and they worked with our deck guy to get the job done beautifully! We love our new tub and are so happy with it and the service we have always gotten. Any time I call, they know me and which tub I have and get me taken care of quickly. They are a family business, and they make me feel like part of the family when I call! So happy I called them 22 years ago!!

I bought I house recently that came with a hot tub. Went to use it and found it to be in pretty rough shape, with algae or mold growing and general need of help.Jim (I believe) and Pete came, (called to check if they could come early) on a very cold day and not only did a fantastic job, but helped me to understand the in’s and out’s of how to care for the new tub. Being my first one I was full of questions and they happily took the time to help give me the run down.Couldn’t have been happier with the experience, they were cheaper, and able to see me much sooner then another company I had contacted. I have used hot tub heaven years, they have been in business for over thirty years here in town. The new store on Tutt Blvd is convent, and organized so you can quickly get what you need. Great prices on hot tub supplies. I used the service department a few times for one leak and to install a new electric motor/ pump. They were timely, professional and very knowledgeable on my brand of hot tub. I try to shop locally when I can and Hot tub heaven is a great family owned business with decades of hot tub services in Colorado Springs. The caldera brand of hot tub they sale are great and their sale staff is friendly and experienced. I found they know a lot about all the brands of hot tubs and they answered all my questions honestly.

I love our hot tub but something went wrong with it and I have had to call several times. Every time I call I get the same “we are really busy, I’ll call you back tomorrow” I finally got an appointment scheduled for a week away from now. If he fixes it when he comes out here it will have been down a little over 2 weeks. Every time I call I have to start over explaining what went wrong. The customer service leaves something to be desired...

I have yet to be able get ahold of their repair scheduler, in 5 calls, and have yet to be called back in a week and a half of trying. Its not even that the appointments are far out, or they didnt show up, they just literally wont schedule me or call me back.Looking for a better company to deal with and will put their contact on my review when I find one. If I have to just buy a new hot tub because they wont ever come service the brand I bought for them (nor will about 4 other places I have gotten ahold of) I will not be buying from them again.Be wary.

We couldnt be more satisfied with our purchase from Hot Tub Heaven! Customer service by Jimejon is phenomenal! Not only was every question answered, he came to our home to ensure we knew how to program everything, gave us chemical knowledge/demonstration, demonstrated the various functions, and even followed up again after the fact. We will definitely go back for chemical supplies and any future hot tub needs.

I got a wonderful spa from them a few years ago and have gone back to them for supplies and service. They have great spas and reliable service. You cant find more helpful and experienced service in all of Colorado Springs. They are a great business and great people.

I dont like giving bad reviews at all. But our hot tub was delivered about a year ago with tears in the cover. We were told that it would be replaced. Still no new cover. Ive called, emailed and stopped in at the store. We are just told that it will be next week, or well call you or someone is sick, short staff..... terrible customer service.

I just bought my second hot tub from Hot Tub Heaven. We still have a 19 year old Caldera Hawaiian and now a new Caldera Vanto. From mine and my husbands families, we have bought a total of 5 hot tubs from this family owned business. Sam, Steve and Damon delivered my new hot tub this past Friday without a hitch, and we had a big hot tub party that night! Our first hot tub from Hot Tub Heaven is 19 years old and still going strong. We loved it so much I called them up to purchase our second one. One of the worst customer service experiences of my life! I have called several times to schedule repairs, and even with two scheduled times, they have never shown up. Now they have stopped returning my phone calls. Some of the times I called I was told that they were too busy and I would have to call back to talk to the right person to get on the schedule. Believe it or not, a couple of times the secretary made fun of the digits in my phone number--as if I had a choice in that! They must not be organized enough to keep track of what they are doing, which is sad because they really helped me in the past.

READ THIS REVIEW...Dont go anywhere else in town. Dont fall for the Costco deals (I know, I know...Costco is amazing and I love them) or even bother shopping around other hot tub places (I did...save yourself the time dealing with car-salesmen-like dealers). Youre about to spend a CHUNK of change on a long-term square/rectangular piece of heaven for your home - customer service is IMPORTANT. Jimmyjon (Jimijon? Jimmy-John? Idk), Sam, and the rest of this family didnt pressure us into anything at all. We learned a lot on the first trip, came in for a second visit, and the third we actually wet-tested (DO IT) a couple of their tubs. After that I ordered our tub. The day after it arrived, HTH had my tub delivered and installed. Refined Electric (amazing electrician) was able to come shortly after and plug me in. My wife, kids, and I have used this tub at least every other day since then (2+ months ago).

I called Hot tub Heaven this morning because the used hot tub a friend gave me wouldn’t turn on after I attached to 220v. The lady who answered the phone was the bookkeeper and was super friendly and let me talk to a service technician Jim. He told me what he thought was the problem and told me how I could fix it, I said that I would like to make sure that it worked to surprise my mother and had the day off. Jim was able to squeeze me in and after analysis his previous solution was correct. Jim also told me what other things that were going to be replaced on the tub and the tub should work w/out replacing so my mother would come home to a working tub and the tub would not be damaged if the tub was used until we could replace the part. I’m super appreciative of his honesty and workmanship. He even said that other companies may be closer to purchase chlorine etc. for the tub but I will definitely drive the extra mile to make sure I buy from a company that has integrity and takes pride in their work!! Thanks for fixing my tub, giving me sound advice, being honest and being personable. A++

This company came out and replaced a few parts without diagnosing the problem and left without even communicating. When I called them they didnt even remember doing the work. Once I reminded them, they said as far as they knew the hot tub was working when they left...the only problem was the hot wasnt filled at the time of their repair, because they had asked us to drain it before the service. In the end I had to call another company to finish the repair. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICE.

I have an older Vita tub that I bought used and was in need of some TLC. These guys have done an excellent job on finding the right parts and fixing my tub the first time even though its not their line. They have given me the best advice and service to keep this old thing running efficiently year after year.

Friendly, very helpful staff. I would also recommend then to anyone. In and out with what I needed and great advice.

Extremely poor customer service, no concept of communication. The person who serviced my hot tub, Jim, was rude, didnt show up on time and ruined my hot tub. They believe that because there are not many hot tub services in the springs they can be this way. I would suggest using someone else!!!
