I ordered a strawberry banana shake, and I don’t think cranberry juice should be an ingredient and I’m pretty confident that’s what I saw being poured in heavily. And I paid $9 for this. The service is very fast and timely. The store is impeccable clean. In these days of labor shortage, all businesses are facing an employee shortage in turn affecting service times everywhere. It would be beneficial if customers show understanding towards the situation. This ice cream store delivers top-notch service.

This place would be great if they could actually make the items they have on their menu. They lack some of the popular ice cream flavors and some of the syrup flavors.

Honestly the best ice cream I’ve ever had and this was our first time going. We tried the mango sorbet, cookies and cream shake, birthday cake shake, and the irish cream brownie shake. And the cones are amazing too- will be back!

This is a nice little ice cream shop with many great flavors of Häagen-Dazs ice cream. The employees are helpful and management is very accommodating.A great place to hang out any time of the year.

The employees and management are very caring about customers and their job. A trip to this store told me management has trained their employees very well in caring for the customers.

Not only awesome ice cream but the waffle comes are home made. I walked into the store when the employees were making them. There was a new hire training going on when I visited. The employees are super sweet just like their management.

Used to love this location. Today when we tried ice cream here the vanilla ice cream tasted sour like frozen yogurt, I’m now sick thanks to eating about half of it. My family member threw out theirs after a couple bites as it tasted off too. Somehow both of us got salty pieces in ice creams that aren’t supposed to be salty. One employee was new but definitely wanted to answer my questions and asked the other employee about them. The woman who was supposed to be training him flat out ignored one of my questions and told me she didn’t know whether the hot fudge contained gluten or not. I’ve asked that about certain ice creams before so I know that previously people have looked in the allergen book on the counter that was out and visible today. We were the only people in the entire store so I know the woman heard my other question but she didn’t bother to even give me a response. This store has gone very downhill in terms of food quality and customer service. We regret having gone in there today.Thank you for taking the time to respond. I won’t be back as I’d rather not get food poisoning again.Ana

I was at this place last week and the employees had happy faces. The store was very clean. The employees answered my questions diligently and apologized they couldnt offer samples due to the pandemic. Their management has seemed to train them well.

The place is very neat and clean. The cakes are wonderful. I like the fact the cakes are made of only ice cream and not a mix of flour and ice cream. I liked the chocolate drizzle in the catalog. Will order one!

The brownie cookie ice cream sandwich is a novelty. I havent seen this product in any grocery store nor any other ice cream stores. Good job Haagen Dazs. For a vegan there are sorbets and pre packed pints in dairy free flavor. I ordered a mix of the strawberry and raspberry sorbet in the small size with rainbow sprinkles and M&Ms. My cup was loaded . Well worth the price! NOT AT ALL A RIP OFF! Will be revisiting! Thank you Haagen dazs

Amazingly clean and friendly environment. We ordered a seal salt caramel cake from the display cabinet. The employees were prompt and courteous to give us a lettering on the cake instantly. Even though we went at rush time, our order was handled carefully.

Came in a little while back, store was very clean and comfortable. Their cake selection was awesome. Ordered a coffee frappe, very tasty. The employees, Meg and Amanda, were very welcoming, and made great suggestions with samples. Definitely recommend to everyone, and will be back soon!👍🏻

First time here. Not impressed. Paid $8 for a small strawberry sorbet with chocolate and rainbow sprinkles to only get about one small teaspoon of sprinkles. Not that tastey to charge so much. Total rip off and won’t be coming back.

As a parent with children who have Dairy allergies, this used to be a wonderful destination as they carried 1-2 excellent Non-Dairy flavors. Very disappointed that Haagen Dazs decided not to serve Non-Dairy over the counter; selling it in pints only now--which makes a trip to the store a crushing disappointment to kids who cant eat standard ice cream. Well be taking our business and our recommendations elsewhere.

Excellent place for ice cream, smoothies and sorbets. Thank you for bringing Haagen Dazs to Colorado Springs. The store has newly opened and the staff seems to be still learning and getting adept at everything. Visited at rush time on a Saturday. The staff was making every effort to serve their customers the right order. They had only 2 blenders for smoothies so it was understandable it was taking a little time. The prices are very reasonable too. There was another family that came in after me whose child had allergy issues. They requested to have ice cream toppings from back of the store for fear of cross contamination. The staff made very effort to serve their child the right toppings. Saw a happy family walking out with their ice cream.

Huge fingernail in my sundae! Sundae was awesome, but bit down into a fingernail that was the size of a pea. Stuff happens, but this was a first and nothing done to make it better other than a refund. Manager should have spoken to us. Very disappointing...

Was in here last night and had a great experience, the boy & girl serving me were very respectful and the ice cream tasted wonderful. Looking forward to being back in!

This place is amazing, and I am so glad they’ve come to our neighborhood. Haagen Dazs ice cream uses the best ingredients and you get what you pay for. They do not put some of the chemicals you see in most other brands of ice cream. Their ice cream cakes are also amazing, and the customer service is wonderful.

We have had excellent service anytime we have dropped by for the yummy treats!

Came in right at opening, owner was super friendly, was offered several samples. All the workers were very polite, did have to wait for the owner to count the cash drawer, but he gave us two free mini ice creams for the wait! Pricey, but worth it!

Went in at the beginning of a small rush. Was the 3rd of an order of 3 smoothies in our group. Three smoothie orders behind me were served before receiving mine (this doesn’t include the ice cream orders which is understandable as those orders do not need the blender). They had to ask twice after my order what my order was. When I finally got my smoothie, there was smoothie down the side of my cup. The other two smoothies in my group also had smoothie down the side of their cups when it wasn’t as rushed of an order. This also isn’t a matter of under staffed as there were 5 people behind the counter—then it becomes poor leadership and training. Ridiculous, especially at the price of $7.52 for a small smoothie.

Their employees are well trained and know how to take care of customers. Owner is available at times to answer questions that employees cant.

Below average flavor options. Rude staff asked us to wear masks while eating.
