We came in to rent a trailer for a steel tank, and although we were in there because of wiring issues and lights for two hours, the staff were in a good mood and were able to get us going. Great guys! They even filled the trucks tires as they were low on air!

Price was good. Service was good. The rental equipment was good. The only negative was that United Rentals is not open on weekends - perhaps a means of going off-rental would ameliorate this shortcoming?

The rental store in San Diego owes me $640.00 from a truck bought. The truck would not meet DOT specs. Our company paid for work United Rental agreed to. Good luck getting paid for your rental bill.

My son reserved a generator 3 weeks for a week long camping trip. The person at United rentals told him we needed to pick it up at 3:30 on July 3rd. We arrived at their location at 3:30 As instructed and the place was closed up tight. No one around. And now we have to try to find a generator in the next hour before all the other rental stores close for the holiday weekend. We will never use the services of United rental again. Absolutely a terrible experience.

Sure enough, he found one for me. Id normally give 4 stars because the price was pretty high. But, since the service was excellent and they accomplished what no one else in town could, Ill give 5 stars. Thanks for being there!

Get the right lift for the job from these guys and it will be more than worth every dime - every time. My sign painting jobs would be back in the stone age of drudgery if it werent for United Rentals.
