Always polite and expedient! Grainger always has what I need for the business I run, I really appreciate this business. They are also really good at finding the parts I need when I dont know how to identify something (like a furnace or plumbing part). Theyre right of the highway too--convenient!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very clean store! I was not expecting that at a tool supply company! They are strictly enforcing social distancing by means of chaining off access until the customer being served is finished with their transaction. This did seem to slow things down, but actually, it would be no different than waiting behind someone. I think it just felt that way since I was isolated and couldnt gauge how the transaction was progressing! They offer curbside pickup so I think I will use that service if protocol stands for social distancing, in the future!

Line to check out was super long wait time

Ordered boxes. The product was meant to arrive within two weeks. After waiting 2 and half weeks, we made an enquiry about the order because it was 2 days late. The order was canceled by Grainger without notice. This is why corporations like Grainger are becoming obsolete.

Phone rep/order was excellent. Grinder stand I ordered isn’t Grainger,s fault. Made in China .Post was made for a midgets,too short. Got another taller one from my local metal shop(42”) .Had to drill my own mount holes. Slots on the plate didn’t match up to my 8” grinder base holes. Overall,a heavy duty stand. (#4900H005)

First and last time dealing with this place. Needed an endmill on the fly for a job. With Covid protocol in place; Im expected to navigate their website (a nightmare in itself, and what theyre paid to do), place my order over the phone, and wait to make sure its right. All from the parking lot, mind you.We can have Wal-Mart, convenience stores, and protesters by the thousands... but Grainger warehouse needs operating room procedures. Thanks for assuring me that ordering from larger corporations outside of my home city, and waiting days, is less complicated.

Sorry customer service the guy didnt even hand me the part i needed he threw it at me like i was a problem. I will never return here.

Curbside service is awfulUpdate: tried to call ahead today for a thread tap.. got a call center not the store. Was no help. That was my last effort to support this business.
