Ive been a customer since 2008 and they are my go-to vendor for irrigation supply.Id say that the guys at CPS are completely helpful as long as the customer has reasonable expectations. Extremely helpful and understanding...

Awful customer service. Came in twice to discuss some experimental work to deal with a syphoning issue within an automatic irrigation system. Purchased an item and asked if it was returnable as it was clear to all parties this was experimental. They said yes. Upon returning they refused to refund me the cost if item when it failed me because if it failed you then they cant sell it to anyone else because it might fail them. Does that even make sense? I bought an item, it was wrong, I wanted a refund or exchange within the a week and I was denied. I questioned their reasoning and the manager told me he was walking away because he was getting frustrated, as if he was going to hit me? I wouldnt spend a dime here if you can avoid it. They are a bunch of hustlers that dont respect their customers or common business practices.

Best place to get all your irrigation and landscaping supplies and fertilizers they know what they are talking about and they are there to help you any way they can. Thanks
