Very frustrating experience trying to look for lamps here. Aggressive and unfriendly approach by a male salesperson as soon as I walked in the door. A softer approach letting me look would have been appreciated. I needed to remove my mask so he could hear me but he refused the same courtesy. Did not get a chance to tell him I have a significant hearing loss and read lips. I Did not feel my business was welcome.

Home Lighting was extremely responsive and the customer follow up was fabulous. I highly recommend them. We had a simple request to order a glass shade and they made it a priority. We attempted to work with another local company but had a poor experience.

We had all of our lighting done by Home Lighting, were happy with the selection and installation. A few years later several outdoor lights went out, and after contacting Jim the owner, they were replaced for free on warranty. Very pleased now.

My husband and I needed a new light fixture for our front porch, and we had some pretty specific requirements. They were very knowledgeable and helped us find a fixture that fit the bill perfectly, and was within our budget. Always glad to support a local business!

Great in stock selection. Helpful staff. Sale prices can still be a bit high, but its local and you can see and touch your fixture before ordering. Plus you can say hello to their puppies when you are there!

Absolutely pleased with my experience! We had some hiccups with the vendor sending the wrong items, but this didnt keep them from taking great care of me! They ensured I received the correct items and that I was completely satisfied with the product itself. I will definitely continue to shop here and recommend Home Lighting to all my friends and family!

We had to ask for service. The lady at the desk acted like we were interrupting her day. The fixtures are unique and worth looking at.

We are unfortunately forced to use this business through our builder in CO Springs. Not only did they retract their original discount offered, they sent us a quote sheet with fixtures quantities without the capability of also including an electrical plan or mark-up with locations reflecting the number of lighting fixtures they were quoting. Furthermore, our allowance to furnish a whole house was hardly enough to light 3 rooms. Instead of making it right and honoring their original discount, they argued with us and told us wed have to contact the electrician for a lighting plan to confirm counts. ... which is strange. How did they come up with the number they quoted us? Ohhh!! Also, their showroom is tiny--with only a very small fraction of what they show on their website on display. If you dont like what you order online, its final sale--no returns--even though they dont have them to physically look at in their showroom. Theyve just been horrible to work with and Id never recommend them.
