Awesome showroom, convenient location, but what really motivated this review is the BEYOND incredible service I received from Bre. Simply the best customer experience Ive had anywhere, ever. She is SO good at what she does that Im considering replacing all the lights in my house just for the pleasure of working with her again. This company is local and has a great showroom. I purchased a 10 year old home and needed to replace every lighting fixture. I spent about $2,500 and had wonderful customer service. During a pandemic its been hard to get deliveries. However, Donna worked very closely with me and kept me up to date on schedules. I now have house full of lovely ceiling lights that are just perfect for my new home. I recommend this company.

This is the first time I have ever been in this store and it was a good experience. I was shopping for a lampshade and found exactly what I wanted. Employees were helpful, courteous and not overbearing. I will definitely go back when we are ready to upgrade our existing/dated light fixtures.

Staff too buried in their computers to get up and help. Use the internet, it is friendlier and more helpful - and the prices are cheaper.

The ladies running this store are very sweet and honest. They will do everything in their power to help you find lighting that works for you. They also have many choices for Made in America along with very unique pieces.

We were looking for a chandelier for our foyer. After visiting a few local lighting shops, we went to Peak Lighting. Best decision we ever made. Great experience with Peak Lighting both for business and home. Walked in on a whim and was able to find exactly the perfect lighting fixture for a hallway in my workplaces new showroom. I returned on the weekend with my wife and we found a perfect light for our master bedroom. Great customer service. Cant speak to their installs but I have had nothing but quality interactions with every member off their team.

I have a very old style of chandelier in my living room that requires very unique light bulbs. The workers here knew exactly what type of bulbs I needed and got them to me promptly. I was very happy and excited to have light in my living room again!!

Came to this store today for the first, only, and LAST TIME EVER!! This was 8/25/2018 between 11:30 and 11:45 in the morning, the girl at the front desk didnt ask if we needed any help or anything and when I asked her a question she directed us to Home Depot! Really, ok you dont want my business! Ill just get my outdoor lighting fixtures for my Colorado log home somewhere else then, FINE BY ME, THIS STORE IS AWFUL!!!!! THEY SHOULD BE CLOSING THEIR DOORS SOON!!!

I worked with Dian Oatman furnishing all my exterior lighting needs after a severe hail storm damaged them. I sent her a photo of our house along with a budget. She responded with a number of options. My wife and I made our decision, and after a couple of emails and phone calls all the lights were delivered as promised. All went flawlessly. Excellent experience.

Before remodeling, I search the web for weeks. looking for decorating ideas, for fixtures, tile, lighting, etc.. I ended up liking a Kichler vanity light. I could order it from multiple sites but decided to give Peak Lighting my business. Buy local you know, support home town businesses. Well, it came in and with the way the bathroom remodel is shaping up the fixture needs to be returned. This is the surprise ending. They are charging me a 25% restocking fee. Thats $50.00. I am very disappointed. Happy customers are what keeps a business in business. Were your cheerleaders. Your biggest asset. I have nothing good to say about that kind of service and will never again purchase from them. Customer service does wonders, word of mouth, not so much.

We had planned on buying all our lighting through Austin Bluffs when we were building our custom home over the summer. I tried to show them pictures of what kinds of lights we were looking for but they didnt seem to understand what our style was. They kept insisting that they knew what kinds of lights looked best because theyd done so many designs for parade of homes. Ultimately we decided to purchase most of our lighting online for nearly half the cost. When I called back to try to purchase a few additional parts through them, they insisted that they couldnt do it. So I had our electrician call to order the parts and they told him that they wouldnt sell it to him because they knew he was working with us. Not only are they overpriced but very unprofessional. I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Had to walk out of the store because the rep with purple hair (I dont have a problem with purple hair just the way I can distinguish her) had no interest in listening just talking . In order to be heard we had to try to interrupt. She told us things that are just not true like chandeliers dont go in living rooms even though we wanted one. Made me feel like I had no idea what I was talking about (which you should never do in customer service) even though I had done plenty of research. Do a quick search on Pinterest and you will find plenty of examples. She told us you cant install chandeliers or fans on a slanted cieling.She was extremely argumentative and one track minded and impossible to have a two way conversation with. My husband got more impatient than me and had to just walk away, which I have never seen him do. Our interaction was so off putting we will not be returning even for a different rep.

The folks were very helpful. Of course, I had no idea what I needed. I just brought a bulb in and said that I need the socket for that! They helped me find what I needed without being condescending, and without making me feel like an idiot (which I already felt)!The counter person (ok, she was a girl) was not only pleasant, but knew her stuff.Id go back in a flash!

Peak Lighting was the only store in the area that had a the bulb I needed and the sales knowledge was great.

Incompetent and rude. Ever since theyve replaced their seasoned counter personnel, its hardly worth even going in. I dont want to buy lighting products from staff that have no knowledge of the product, especially if I have to be barraged with hateful comments about ex-employees who arent even there to defend themselves. Incredibly unprofessional. There are other lighting distributors in town that have now earned my business.

Well, never made it in the store. Stopped in to look for lighting for our new house around 2pm in a Saturday..... and they were closed! Hours online and on door say 4pm. Home lighting ended up getting my $3,500!!

Ordered a suggested kitchen ceiling light fixture, waited three weeks forits delivery. After inquiry about its status I was told by the same salesperson that it had been discontinued. Avoid the headache andincompetence, shop somewhere else !

We walked in at 4:53pm and the two ladies at the desk by the door started whispering to each other and then said where we could hear them.we should have locked the door. Im not interested in spending money somewhere they dont want my business.

We purchased two ceiling fans from Peak. One is defective, and the other has been on order for over a month. We have made several attempts to follow up on our back order, and the sales rep has never returned our call. I have no idea what will happen when we try to get a replacement for the defective fan. Certainly wont ever do business with them again.

The website shows lampshades in the products section but when I got to the store they informed me that they do not sell shades.

This company is far from being professional, very unorganized could not find my order in the warehouse and it took 15 to 20 min to find it in the back, after I was told it would be on will call.
