Awesome place, a little gold mine. My GL500 has a lot of discontinued parts. I walked right in and the gentleman knew right what I was after. Took about 15 minutes to find parts and made my day.

This place is the most compassionate, friendly & helpful out of any shop in Colorado Springs. Very helpful. Mom & Pop business. When I walked in this store I started crying tears of joy. Just went to this place a few minutes ago, awful service. No one greeted me and no one offered to help me nor did they help me after I asked for it. I was looking to spend good money there but now I’ll never return. The older lady who works there is rude. I had 3 people who were behind the counter look at me and not offer help or even talk to me. The place it’s self is absolutely disgusting. There’s a cat and a dog walking around in there and everything is dirty and unorganized.

Go check them out for no reason but to look cool place

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They have a great selection of leathers and other needs for riding. I highly recommend getting all your motorcycle riding gear here. The prices are extremely reasonable as well.

This shop is beyond phenomenal Im a new rider and they not only managed to hook me up with a wicked awesome helmet and white wall tires they even helped actually figure out what kind of bike I had because the previous owner gave me the wrong information 10/10 will go there again!

Just because its on the shelf dont mean its for sale. Found the 2 up seat Ive been looking for my 48 pan I was soooooo happy grabbed it off shelf and was standing in line to pay for it the owner comes over and says where you get that I said over there on self he takes it out of my hands and took it it back said that shouldnt be out here Im looking at him like w.t.f. really your just playing right.noo Im not that is going on my personal 50 something Im like what ever. Will not ever go back in there. I should have punched his lights out for grabbing it out of my hands like he did be its a felony to mess up seniors lucky for him Im a guy that likes my freedom carma will get you back dude you know who you are.

This is one of the coolest motorcycle parts and accessories stores Ive ever been into. Its definitely a mom-and-pop super friendly and extremely knowledgeable place that you can find anything and they can install it or help you with it as fast as possible. Walking through this place I felt like a kid in a candy store it was so cool they have so much new and used stuff to choose from and look through it is a fantastic place with super cool awesome stuff and really great prices

Went to get new tires on my bike. They did a great job at a reasonable price. Customer service couldve been a little bit better but the got the job done without any hassles. Would recommend buying the tires you want online and then bringing it to them to get installed just because they probably wont have the size you need and it will be a little cheaper. Feels good to support a small business thats close to where I live.

This place is awesome! It puts all other motorcycle shops I have been to to shame. It looks like a tornado went off inside the store and its awesome! So much to look at and the staff was super helpful and friendly I will return again soon.

Best service. My wife and I were on a road trip from Chicago to Denver, to Amarillo, to Laredo, then back to Chicago. A few hours out of Denver our rear tire went flat. I laid down my bike in the middle of the road. Luckily no one was injured. Action Cycle in Colorado Springs fixed us up with a new tire and tube. They took care of us in a friendly and professional manner. The owner of the shop looked over the work that was done on my bike. That is true costumer service. Laid back people without attitude. We continued our trip and made it back to Chicago without further issues. Well, except for the rain.

After waiting almost 15 minutes past when they were supposed to open the owner for our with his significant other and dog. The customer and owner were having a conversation right in the doorway. When I asked the customer to move the owner said, why dont you move to me. I have bought hundreds of dollars worth of stuff from this place and was in here to spend hundreds more to get all new riding equipment for a new rider. The owner never came up addressed us or anything after that. Didnt even turn the lights on for us to walk through the store.

No way to explain it, you just have to walk in and look around they have everything motorcycle related here.

If you need leather, parts, helmets, or any of your motorcycle needs dont bother with a dealership. This is your one stop shop for anything with two wheels and an engine in between. The staff is extremely helpful and very nice. They even pulled out a pair of chaps from the back that fit me perfectly.

Great fast honest customer service! Feels good buying from a local mom and pop shop that sells quality new AND used parts for less! I went in a few weeks ago and asked if they had a used windshield that would fit my older enduro bike. They didnt have any in stock that day and when I came back a few weeks later to buy another part they said that they held two screens for me. One of the screens was a perfect fit, was actually recommended on many online forums, and they sold it to me for less than anyone I could find online! They treat their customers like they would treat family and it feels good having a trustworthy shop for all my parts needs.

This place was pretty awesome sort of like a travel back in time when you walk through this shop lots of lethers hanging lots of gas tanks and hard-to-find parts they do have some rolling chassis you can build your own bike in a weekend if youre smart. Staff is very knowledgeable. I believe they need to hire a younger person because the two owners were overwhelmed the day we were there with lots of questions from myself and the other customer that was there looking for bike parts. They did help lead me in the direction I needed to go even though I didnt get anything from them but information they were very helpful regardless if I spent money there or not and that speaks volumes of a ma and pop shop. I know I will definitely go back there even though they are two hours away from where I live its definitely worth going there to be able to build your own one off bike. Theyve been open since the seventies and theyre still rocking it for the bikers

These guys always have the parts I need, when I need them, without special ordering (with the exception of some risers that I had a specific size in mind on, and then they were in 2 days later). The prices are great, service is most often fantastic, and they know Harleys beyond a doubt. Ive been going to Action Cycles since the early 1990s, and will continue to shop there until the day they close.

The bad reviews are extreme I can assure anyone. This business has been there for decades and would not be there if it were as bad as a few have stated. I know a person who would give a bad review to this business, he is jerk and I would not be surprised if he has trouble with every business he enters.The owners are good people and they know their business. They do not have every part ever made in stock and how could they? They get 99% of my business.If anyone has a problem they should take it up with the owners and not in the reviews. If you must post a bad review then put in the details behind your experience otherwise you are just being childish which is not an uncommon trait in the biker community. And in 100 years who is going to care anyway?!The review by Josh P cannot even be real so ignore it please.

These cats make excuses for every reason they cant do the work. They also refused to do tire service because I didnt buy the tires from them. Cash in hand you dont want to make some money? What a joke of a place.

Wanted 120 for a used rim told me it would be another 75 to put it on and then said if I could take it somewhere else that would be better because he doesnt need the service business. Ive never experienced this type of customer service when wanting to spend money.

Very poor service (if you can call it service). Extremely high price for used parts. You can have most parts custom made for the same price. (Colorado metal craft)The owner is a real jerk. He and his minions outside smoking and joking while I am trying to fit parts (DOING THEIR JOB). When I opted not to purchase the part because it DID NOT FIT he began to make fun of my bike and told me to powder coat the tires. I took the hint and wont be back.PLEASE!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!

Ive stopped by this place twice, Firstly I was just curious as to what exactly they had, lastly (I have no intention to return) I was looking for a used part for a bike Im working on. On both occasions, Ive had to wait forever just to get the attention of an employee, even though they were dead both times. Once I had someone helping me, I was asked what I was looking for, explained myself, and was brought the wrong part...I went back and forth with them explaining what I wanted and finally got it through what I was looking for. It took nearly an hour for the owner to rummage around their salvage yard and find my part. At which point he tried to sell it to me for nearly double what its going for regularly on Ebay, when I mentioned the price being a little too high, he started hard selling me, explaining how valuable it was, how itll be sold by tomorrow (he didnt even know he had the part when I first arrived), and how I obviously didnt know what I was looking at. Perhaps 34 years ago, before the invention of the internet, when they were the only shop in town, they could get away with poor customer service, and high prices, buy that era is long gone. Their shop Grungy, their parts are overpriced, and their customer service is none existent. Im willing to pay extra in shipping online, strictly so I never have to deal with these guys again.

If you dont own a harley dont even bother going. Like everyone says, high prices on used parts. Google has better customer service. If they dont have a part, or need to check their other yard and put your name on the list to call you, just start looking elsewhere. They wont call. Ever. Shame, too as I like supporting smll businesses, but if youre not buddys with them, forget it.
