I cant say enough good things about Apex! You can tell this is a family owned business and they treat you with the upmost respect and attention to your needs. We recently purchased two bikes from Apex and our salesman Randy went above and beyond to make this process amazing. I have been back to Apex for other needs associated with the bikes, and everyone, especially Randy, has been there to answer all of my questions. My son was needing the tires swapped out, on his Honda CBR1000rr Repsol. He is in Colorado Springs. I chose Apex Motorsports, from the list of choices I had googled.. Mostly because of their facilities and capabilities with these bikes. His bike will need an engine upper end overhaul, this off-season. I prefer to establish a working relationship with a good shop, where I am. So, thats what we are doing here, for him.He had the tires swapped out, and was impressed both, with the facilities, and the service. So, he will be taking his bike back for the off-season work, and future mods. If only all our dealings with other businesses went this smoothly. :)

I recently purchased a 2021 Yamaha MT09SP from Apex Sports. The salesperson who took care of me, Chris Irelan, was fantastic. He quickly answered any questions I had and was always happy to help. He even provided his cell and answered me after-hours. I had a third-party shipping company pick the bike up, but they were running an hour late and would get there when Apex was closed for the day. Chris kindly stayed after just to make sure he could get my bike on the road. This experience was exceptional and the service was top-tier. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, and wouldnt hesitate to work with them again.

This is a great motorcycle shop. Easy to get to and lots of parking considering its downtown. Id give it 5 stars if the stock was better. Maybe its just the season but there selection isnt as good as my first visit 3 years ago. Regardless, the staff is friendly and helpful and the service department does a great job. The parts personnel helped me find just the right tire to fit my driving pattern. I highly recommend anyone new to the area or riding to start here.

We purchased a new motorcycle with them. A+ service. Every single one of them. They’re all extremely friendly and helpful. Chris was great to work with. The woman in finance is fantastic with handling things for you. And the older gentleman who delivered our bike, I wish I could remember his name.. but he’s incredible. So informative and really knows his stuff. They have a fantastic team here.

I walked around and was browsing bikes i seen multiple staff members catch eye contact with me not one person approached or acknowledged me verbally or physically. I left ill spend my money elsewhere and trust me my presents was known i was with my loud 6 year old daughter. I also visited Rocky Mountain Cycle Plaza right after leaving this place and received the same treatment, no worries i left review over there as well. Places like this just take your money and can careless about your experience.

If you plan on purchasing a bike at this establishment they will give you the royal treatment but after that dont expect any real customer service. They pretty much push any concerns or needs aside. They dont help you out with anything once that purchase is made. Its all on you to figure it out from there!

I know nothing about motorcycles or anything along in those areas lol! I only go here because of hubby. He leaves the place happy so they must be doing something right. The service is great, but the place does get busy and you will have to wait a few minutes to get help.

I went in today to buy a couple of helmets.I bought 3.In the past Ive bought an ATV, a SxS, and a motorcycle. Ive also purchased riding clothes, helmets, boots, Etc.Ive had my ATV, SxS, and bike serviced there.I have never been disappointed in any of my purchases, or the service there.Randy, the sales person who has helped me with all 3 of my motorized purchases, is awesome!I highly recommend Apex Sports, and their team.

KLR fell off my carrier and chewed up my handlebars... Apex only had some skinny kids handle bars in stock for being a too common 7/8 size... But had a clutch lever too for double what they sell for back in Wisconsin but,, I stayed riding around the Mountains for 2 more weeks !!!! 4 outta 5 for lack of stock replacement handlebars

This past week, I was traveling south from Denver and had a blown tire tube on the rear of my Yamaha Tenere 700. Levi took my call and told me to come on in. Nick at the counter met me, helped me unload the bike and was super respectful of my time and situation. He kept me informed and offered solid solutions to my problem while Tech Eric did the repair expertly. Despite my less than ideal situation (a flat tire while on a trip), I was in and out in less than one hour, with excellent, very fairly priced service. Next time I need any kind of repair or am ready to buy a new bike, Apex will be my #1 choice of dealership. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company! Great job guys.

Very low inventory, probably not their fault. I wish the manufacturers wouldnt hold back on the production. Im sure alot of U.S. and other countries arent sure yet how heavy the new democrats in Washington are hit corporate with outrageous taxes. Consumers are going to pay the consequences. Anyway Apex is a good place to do business with.

My wife and I have had our bikes serviced at Apex over the past couple years and each time, our expectations were met or exceeded. I recent purchased a 21 Vaquero from Apex. I had been eyeballing the bike for awhile, but test riding one was a challenge. Lance set up a test ride for me quickly after I made an inquiry about the bike.

I have been getting excellent and quick service on my older model Kawasaki 2007 ZX10R at Apex. I always appreciate a hard working dealership/service department who employ honest technicians who take pride in their workmanship. While I do perform the majority of my own work; items such as tire mounting are done quickly

Wonderful place to check out some motorcycles. Plenty of Naked, Race, and Cruisers however we didnt see any Cafe type bikes. Salesmen werent all over you making it much more enjoyable. Over all a great place to look at some Bikes

Levi Jones from the service department went above and beyond to help me out. Bought a Kymco scooter from Apex less than a year ago. servie light came on and I could not figure how to reset it. Levi searched the owners manual and servie manual still no luck. He called Kymco to figure out the problem. Then called me back the next day just to let me know he did not get a responce. He called me back the next day and got the answer I need to reset the light. He then offered to bring down the scooter and he would help me. It worked. Levi is top noch guy in my book. Randy was helpful but now its hard to contact him. Lady that answered the phone was rude. She seemed annoyed when I asked for him and at the end of the call, basically hung up on me...didnt say have a good day, or thanks for calling, nothing. If youre the first line of communication someone hears when potentially buying a motorcycle, learn some customer service skills.

The guys in the service department are awesome. I have had a valve stem replaced a few months ago. Today they mounted a new rear tire on the wheel I brought in. They called within a couple as the job was finished. Very efficient and a great value for the price. I will recommend them to anyone needing service on their bike.

These guys are fantastic. I needed new tires, and Trey hooked me up and the techs/mechanics were able to get my bike in and out in just a couple of hours, even though they were already pretty busy.Since they did such a great job with the tires, I decided to let them do the oil change. Trey eas there to greet me and Levi was there to help me during pickup. Every single person I interacted with was extremely helpful and seemed happy to be doing their job.Will recommend these guys to anyone :)

I went to Apex for a repair and was assisted by the most skilled mechanics Ive seen in ages. They had my bike (a 2020 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R) running like a top in short order. Hats off to Apex Sports! Theyve got my business... for life.

I love the amount of sales that they have. I love the products that they carry. But service wasnt very helpful when I was trying to send them very detailed information with pictures so I could get a quote for repair. Unfortunately, I do not have the luxury of coming home to show them what they could easily see in a photograph.

Apex is by far the best place in town to buy bikes and parts. The sales dept is the best. If you go ask for Lance top notch salesman! He will never pressure you. Service department is awesome and during the summer is super busy but if you can wait its well worth it.....very knowledgeable service team! The parts department is fantastic and will bend over backward to help you and they are very friendly and knowledgeable!

Chris on the sales floor and Eric in gear were both attentive, friendly and helpful. Not a lot of bikes in stock right now and they do not stock much in womens gear, so knocked off a star for that.Edit...i think i accidentally deleted part of my original review that stated the sales rep did say that bikes would be coming in from the manufacturers in September and have been affected by Covid-19. I live in California and the crfs are impossible to find just about anywhere i called literally every dealer from California to Missouri and nobody had any. Lance took my number down (as most salesmen do) and said hed contact me if they get something in for me....fast forward 2 months later and Lance contacted me saying that they received a shipment... so im just really happy that Lance remembered me and that he made things happen like he did..im one very happy customer with apex and Lance if you need a good bike for a great deal please dont look any further because apex in colorado springs is the place... thanks again Lance youre the Man!!

We took our motorcycle in to have a few minor repairs done around Thanksgiving. We were quoted $360 for the work. They said it would take a couple of weeks. Well, we JUST got our motorcycle back mid-February?!?!?! We had to keep calling and calling to find out what was going on with it. So frustrating! We wondered if someone broke something and were afraid to tell us! First, we were told a part was on back order. Okay, no big deal at that point. Then, we were told the guy working on it was no longer there and someone else had to take over to get it done. They kept saying it would be ready soon. However, we had to keep calling - no one called us to keep us informed. Two and a half months later when we were told it was finally ready and we were shocked - they said it was going to be $720.00?!!!!??? Double the original quote! They said it was because the prices went up the first of the year - um, they said it would be ready in two weeks from Thanksgiving... they kept working on our bike -due to their issues and then tried to charge us MORE because it went past the first of the year? Unbelievable. After discussing the situation, they reduced it- as they should have - but it was still way more than the original quote. Someone really dropped the ball on this one. BEWARE! Make sure you get your QUOTES and turn around times IN WRITING!

Absolutely horrible service, they were supposed to install rear lights on my motorcycle, ended up not putting it on right, fell off within the second short ride. (Yes thats right it fell off) I lost my license plate and my light was hanging by its wires rubbing against my tire, for who knows how long.Best part is after talking to the shop they said they would work something out as an apology, its been 3 mths and I havent heard anything from them.

There is nothing more annoying than going somewhere to just look and have people not leave you alone. Apex does NOT do that! I love it. They politely ask once then let you be to wonder around. Great selection of good products. And most of all people who actually know about what theyre selling.

Always successful experience, they certainly provide the best service in Colorado Springs. I have recommended them on several motorcycle forums I frequent, to folks traveling through the Colorado area. Recently I had a minor tip over on my Yamaha. Levi, Trey, and Jim all worked with me to have completed repair funded by my insurance. My insurance was a pain but Jim managed to get everything approved. Very pleased with the quality of repair and handling of my claim. I will continue to give Apex Sports the highest recommendation! Thanks, guys!

By far the best place to shop for motorcycle parts and accessories. The employees there are very helpful and knowledgeable.Just say what make model, and year youre bike is, and say what is broken (i.e clutch lever, left fairing) and theyll get you exactly what you need whithen a week.The price is also really good in my opinion, and a lot of the time theyll have what you need, and you can walk out with the part you need.

I bought my very first bike with them a few days ago and Lance was my salesman. He was very polite, didnt pressure me and helped me find a bike that suited me. Parts department is very friendly. The finance lady is super nice as well. 10/10 will keep going to them.

I’ve been wanting to purchase a UTV for years. I finally pulled the trigger. I initially wanted one very popular model. During this pandemic, all UTVs were hard to acquire. Apex finally got my model in stock, and they sold out before I could come down. Jaime was exceptional, and he continues to be exceptional. He invited me down to test drive my “wanted” model, although it was already sold. He also encouraged me to test drive another model. Well, after driving them side by side, my mind was changed. I put a down payment on a fantastic buggy. Due to COVID, it took a while to arrive from the manufacturer. However, when it came in, he personally delivered it. Today, he came to our house and helped me install the snow plow blade. Service like this is hard to come by these days. I’m a forever customer to Apex due to his fantastic customer service. Thank you Apex and Jaime for such an amazing product and customer service!

Everytime I have gone to this store even just to look around the staff was extremely pleasant and willing to help if there was anything I needed and were not pushy about it. Wide selection of bikes to choose from. Great selection of riding accessories and the service team is extremely knowledgeable about whatever it is they are working on. My family has only gone here for years and will continue to go for many years to come.

I went in couple months ago young kid in the parts department helped me. Anyway I bought two back tires and a pair of hand grips for my 660r rapter 2004 I received the first two tires and changed them out that same week. The sale never closed but I never got a call telling me your other tires are in and I ended up leaving my hand grips because I had to carry my own tires to the service center. I felt very unappreciated and I felt this place as very unprofessional. Im still waiting on my tires and the sale is still open so they should have me on record. Im very angry at apex I love the shop great prices but no one is good at their job as far as looking out for the customer.

I have been going to Apex since I was a kid, their customer service and knowledge is top notch. I purchased a bike from here recently and couldnt be more pleased. Randy was a great salesman, no pressure at all, very knowledgeable and even stayed late to get everything done. If you are looking a bike this is a great place to make it happen.

Family owned with 3 generations of family working daily. They will treat you like family. They have plenty of inventory of new machines, routine maintenance items, apparel and helmets. They have been great to our family for 3 generations as well.

Great bikes and riding equipment for all ranges of riding levels and styles. They have everything from ATVs, UTVS and motorcycles. Their riding gear is also top of the line. It has everything you could want for a good time in the woods and trails.

Went in Tuesday to buy a motorcycle and was IGNORED completely!!! Watched employees standing around chatting with each other. Finally asked a sellsman if anyone wanted to sell a bike and he said he would get someone....waited another 10 minutes and left!! Will NEVER step foot in that place again!!!

Nice place but the employees dont care, have no personable skills at all and are mostly rude and unenthusiastic. Given these guys tons of chances but we will now gladly make the drive north to not shop somewhere where business is not appreciated. The owners need to intervene or more business will be lost. Small monopolies dont last forever.

By far the worst customer service experience today! My husband and I did our homework on this place. All positive comments great reviews. We walked in ready to purchase 2 ATVS. The larger gentleman that never introduced himself was stand offish from the get. Seemed upset that 1) had questions 2) had a print out of ATVS we had printed out. He did not care to explain the reasoning behind why certain ATVS were not permitted for certain ages simply stated “I have a job to do and secret shoppers come in here all the time I’ll be fined” this being our first interaction we decided to take our business elsewhere! Thank goodness for Rocky Mountain Motors! We were welcomed with a smile they were able to NICELY and PROFESSIONALLY answer all of our questions (actually allowed us to ask and speak) without judgements. Listened to our wants, needs and concerns about getting 2 ATVS for our kiddos. Thanks to their professionalism we were able to purchase 2 brand new ATVS for our family. I would never recommend APEX based on our first experience and interaction with your unprofessional salesman who truly lacks basic customer service skills and basic interpersonal skills. First impressions are always the lasting ones!

Good people but parts never answers, keeps you on hold for days, service just charged me 99.67 to mount 2 tires I brought in -wheels off the bike-. My bad for not checking the price beforehand, but that is insanely expensive. Apex is in my rear view mirror from now on. MAKE SURE YOU ASK PRICES FIRST
