Great customer service. He wasnt able to get me what I needed in my time frame but was more than willing to share his knowledge and resources of who could for the best value. He was about taking care of the customer and not their pocket book.

So far so good working with the owner, Mike, taking care of all my motorcycle maintenance needs.

Awesome place to get your harley fixed up and done right, mike helped me and was very communicative every step of the way with my shovelhead. Everyone had a great attitude and was very very friendly.

As per the new website update they will definitely take there time on the bike. They did ok work on the engine. Carb was too rich so I had to lean a 1/2 turn and replace the new spark plugs. One riser bolt came back stripped out. After paying in full 10 months prior to completion they wanted another $2000 to take the bike. A couple days prior to completion they called to say I needed a new outer primary. I bought one brought it there then told me they fixed the leak. It’s dripping in my garage at this moment. Update. All the new oil lines put on by Frontier that were leaking were replaced by Pikes Peak Harley. No more leaks there and and the hoses fit properly. Just damn!!!

If you own a Shovel this is the only place. I have done nearly all the work on mine for over 40 years but when it is something beyond my level, I take it here. John and Jeff know their business. I had a complete engine rebuild 7 years ago and still running strong but it took awhile. They dont let it out till its right. Caution: I did say these guys are the best which translates into they are REALLY busy... Bring your bike in and youre in the queue but travelers get taken care on a first come first serve basis which is how it should be. If its simple theyll get you going right away.

Not my favorite place I was trying to find some custom parts for a custom cycle . So I had a few questions to make sure I was ordering the right stuff. Gentleman seem to be annoyed with me asking questions. I believe I was trying to be a smart informed customer and not a chucklehead.

We have a membership love going as often as we can, never boring.

Awesome guys down there. They didnt have the gasket on hand but went ahead and ordered more. Took the time to walk me through some of the nuances of my new, to me, bike.

The ONLY place Ive found in Colorado Springs that will work on my older (2003) Indian Scouts.
