Not a good place to get your car inspected/serviced.I took my vehicle for a depth inspection and they didnt even catch major problems and the oil leaks.Their charged prices are Equivalent to a dealership price, but the quality of work done is way Below par.Better to research prices before you drop your precious transport here. Also, the front desk lady upsells the parts/labor. She is clever and smooth in words & knows how to take advantage after the vehicle is dropped.

Myrna (sp?). Best Service manager I have ever met! Always in motion, described all the work being performed . Informed me in a timely manner as to the status of the repair. I was present for two days and she was always kind and considerate of every customer she helped. My car started to shudder midway on a several hundred mile trip and this repair saved the day! Thank you Assurance! (Now wheres that well deserved sixth star?)!

I used to really love this place. But the last few times I’ve used them I feel the attention to detail is not where it used to be. A few months ago I took one of my vehicle to replace the front brake pads. The cost was around $120 I supplied the pads. I didn’t realize all they did was slap the pads on without turning my rotors. That’s the main reason I took it to them. I could have replaced the pads just as fast.I just had them install spindles, coils and shocks on my Silverado. They called and said my truck was ready to go. Once I drove away the front tires were rubbing so bad and couldn’t even make a full left turn.By the time I got home my driver side fender was bent! Did anyone test drive it after they finished the work? Now I’m towing it to another shop to have them fix the rubbing issue. I just can’t believe they would let a customer drive away like that. There was no way the mechanic would not had felt or heard the rubbing it was that bad.

I brought my RV in and they changed my back inner rear dual wheel. They were very friendly and the price was great. I will definitely return if I have tire issues or any other auto issues.
