Assistant Manager Andre is courteous, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. All my questions were answered in a thorough manner and I departed knowing I received great value for my time and money. This Jiffy Lube team works well together.

The service here was excellent. The two young men who helped me out were professional and knowledgeable in everything they were doing. They were courteous and I had a great experience overall. I recommend to anyone looking for an oil change in this area.

Had an oil change, good clean job. Drove away and van sounded different. Got home and opened the hood to notice that my air boot had been loosened and moved to perform work but left open. This is after the mechanic called for a quality check from a co worker. Not a big deal but lack of focus. Just makes we wonder what could be overlooked.

The guy that did my oil change was great and i never pay more than $119 and a different gentleman decided to charge me $147.10. Ive had the same car for years, nothing different. But he did decide to charge me $52 in labor, which is a rip off. Be careful going to this place

Way overpriced. Had visited the store a couple months earlier and was quoted $79.99 for a full synthetic oil change(confirmed that should have been the price with an internet search). This was already at the top end of comparable prices. But after moving my car into the stall they told me it would be $115 for the oil change. I had to request a discount(they have a coupon on the main Jiffy Lube website for $10 off) so they gave me the $10 off an my total was just under $105. Compared pricing while waiting on the service to finish and discovered that was more than double the price of the lowest priced competitor. Should have price shopped earlier so thats on me but left feeling like I had been ripped off. Lesson learned, wont be using them again. Mechanic who actually did the service was professional.

I called in to get a vehicle inspection for Uber and was told to come in and I could definitely be helped. I was told there would be about a 40 minute wait, to which I agreed. After arriving, a man approached me and said let me check if our guy came in today. He left us sitting for another 40 minutes. After another while long, a third guy comes up to my car, tells me his vehicle inspection guy isnt available and that I wouldnt get passed either way because my windshield is dirty.

I got there early and as soon as they opened they took my car in. Alfred was very helpful and courteous. This is always my go to place for an oil change because of service.

I have been coming here for a little over a year and they have taken car of my car. Especially the one time when I accidentally drove into the pit and they gracious saved my car. 😅 also for a while I was getting the wrong oil and they gave me the best options for it and ended saving me money. They are also very friendly and know what they talk about.

Ok. So I was out of state and panicked because my Check Oil light came on and I thought I needed to go get it changed right then.So I searched for who could get me in with a rate Im comfortable paying like my mechanic back home. I arrived at the drive thru jiffy lube, had a wait which was ok.I entered the bay and oops there was a problem. I had a skid plate hanging and it was scraping bad. The employee was nice enough to let me know what it was and offered to assist.The oil change was quick, I was able to stay in my vehicle and out if the cold rainy weather. #success

The people here are always super nice. I wish there was a payment app with a tipping option since I drive a crazy amount of miles every year. I have to go to Redlands because the Colton, and San Bernardino franchises are owned by the same corporation and they frequently run out of my size of oil filter. I drive a 2005 Toyota Rav4

Andre was swarmed with cars and short staffed and kept me updated on when my service would be completed and got it taken care of very quickly. This is my go to jiffy lube.

Andre runs a good shop. Hes got a good crew and hes honest. Gives Jiffy Lube a good name.

Had gone here for 20 yrs. Had my oil changed, thanks guys. Then ended up going to Autozone. Spent less than 16 bucks to do something management said would have to cost 168 bucks to rectify. Very disappointed in the management. Ill keep checking in to see when you change management. Thanks again for the good yrs. ✌

Was in for an oil change. Drove less than 2 miles, see a trail of oil behind my vehicle and a puddle below the engine. Start driving back to Jiffy Lube, dashboard lights up, lose all oil pressure, and message states Stop Engine Immediately to Avoid Damage. Had to pull over on the road a couple blocks away. THEY DIDNT PUT ON A NEW OIL FILTER. Oil sprayed all over the engine, I will have to monitor for internal damage, burning oil smell, trail of oil across the city. They did come to meet me a couple blocks away, go back and get a filter and enough oil to drive it back to the shop, then fill with oil and wipe some parts of the engine. They never apologized for their mistake or almost destroying my engine. Luckily I didnt get on the freeway and have the engine seize. Apparently when the mechanic was in training, he was absent on oil filter day. Oil changes are simple, drain oil, replace filter, tighten drain plug, fill with oil. How do you screw that up? My Labrador could do it if he had thumbs!! Really disappointing.

There supposed to be open at 7 am and last weekend i went and went at 6:45 and waited for 40 minutes and still didnt open the doors, i wouldnt recommend this place for your needs

Knowing that there are closer ones in Ontario, this location has become my place for my oil changes. Employees are polite and knowledgeable. They always answer the question I have. The service is quick which is a plus and I love how they always take me in right away, then again I like to go early.

The staff here is amazing! Andre was extremely friendly and adaptable to explaining the situation. There was a slight cosmetic error but was fixed after realizing the mistake. Common human error. They did everything they were supposed to do and more.

All gentlemen were very nice and friendly From payment to service all was great! My oil change was so quick and they even vacuumed my car!! Lol super happy totally recommend will be going back forsure. :) thank you for the work!

Needs some help with supplys and labor the last two times Ive been their they didnt have my oil or time to do it, I hope they get better.

I was greeted at the lot and walked through the whole process. The staff was very respectful and informative. They listed all of my options and explained the benefits of every package. I wasnt pressured into purchasing exclusive or premium services by the staff. Fully inspected my car and were very honest with what my car needed and didnt need at the time. Over all very pleased and the presented prices were the icing on the cake.

Made it very clear what my vehicle needed and was very knowledgeable about the services offered, explaining exactly what they were going to be doing to my vehicle. I got my front brakes, transmission flushand an oil change here yesterday. When I arrived I was greeted and sent inside. Waited for 10 minutes then andre arrived. I expressed the work I needed and Andre gave me a price that was above my budget. I informed him I would do half the work because of my budget and he was able to deduct a coupon rate and was able to fit all the services I requested to be done yesterday. He then I formed us of the time it would take and over heard my husband and I discussing what to do, then offered to drive us to my house. He was very pleasant and gave us amaizing customer service. When we arrived to pick up our car another gentleman I formed us of everything they completed and showed us how all of our fluids were topped off or replenished. I cant remember his name but he took our payment and said he was new. He was doing a really good job. I think I will be returning to this specific Jiffy Lube!!!

Jiffylube usually does a quick vacuum and clean the windows included in the oil changing service but they didnt do those things. The guy was really nice but when I asked them to vacuum they said they were out of bags and couldnt vacuum. I go to Jiffylube even tho its a bit more expensive because of the extra odds and ends in their usual service. Therefore I am disappointed with this one.
